Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung bestehend aus einem Handtuchspender und einem Sammelbehälter.
Bei bekannten Handtuchspendern hat das Handtuch die Form eines breiten und langen Bandes, das auf zwei gegenläufig verdrehbaren Rollen gewickelt ist. Während der Benutzung zieht der Benutzer am Handtuch, wobei der benutzte Abschnitt des Handtuches aufgewickelt wird. Hierbei kann nicht vermieden werden, daß auch ein bereits benutzter Abschnitt des Handtuches wiederbenutzt wird, was unhygienisch ist.
Ferner sind Handtuchspender bekannt, in denen gewickelte, gestapelte oder gefaltete Papierhandtücher angeordnet sind (EP-A-0 276 662 bzw. DE-U-7 200 641), die im Bodenbereich des Handtuchspenders entnommen werden können. Der Nachteil dieses Handtuchspenders besteht insbesondere darin, daß das Papier entweder so beschädigt wird, daß es nicht mehr wiederverwendbar ist, oder aber kostenintensiv recycelt werden muß.
In der WO-A-9 113 582 ist ein Handtuchspender mit vorsortierten Handtüchern offenbart, der zwar eine einfache Entnahme der Handtücher erlaubt, jedoch das Vorsortieren der Handtücher und die Bereitstellung des Spenders ist mit erheblichem Zeitaufwand verbunden.
Ferner ist in der GB-A-1 180 434 ein Handtuchspender offenbart, bei dem Handtücher aus Textilien verwendbar sind. Die benutzten Handtücher werden sodann zentralgereinigt und gelangen wieder in den Handtuchspender. Ein Nachteil dieses Handtuchspenders besteht insbesondere darin, daß die benutzten Handtücher bis zur Auffüllung des Handtuchspenders von mehreren Personen angefaßt werden, was insbesondere dann unerwünscht ist, wenn die Handtücher in Krankenhäusern verwendet werden.
In der US-A-4 706 845 ist ein Windelspender offenbart, wobei unterhalb des Windelspenders ein Sammelbehälter für benutzte Windeln angeordnet ist, dessen Innenraum mit einer herausnehmbaren Plastiktüte ausgekleidet ist.
Schließlich ist in der FR-A-2 236 463 ein Handtuchspender mit einem Sammelbehälter für benutzte Handtücher offenbart.
Ausgehend von dem obigen Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Anordnung bestehend aus einem Handtuchspender und einem Sammelbehälter ohne unangemessenen konstruktiven Aufwand so weiterzubilden, daß der Benutzer garantiert saubere, unbenutzte und von fremder Hand nicht angefaßte Handtücher erhält, welche nach der Reinigung wiederverwendbar sind.
Eine weitere Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Handtuchbenutzungs-Reinigungs-Kreislauf zu schaffen, der mit keinem zusätzlichen Aufwand verbunden ist, da im verschließbaren Netz gewaschen, getrocknet und befüllt wird. Danach dient das leere Netz wieder der Aufnahme benutzter Handtücher.
Die gestellte Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
Weitere zweckmäßige und vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung gehen aus den Unteransprüchen hervor.
Eine besonders zweckmäßige Ausgestaltung sieht vor, daß die Entnahmeöffnungen dem Benutzer zugewandt und im Umfangsbereich des Bodens ausgebildet sind. Dabei ist es zweckmäßig, wenn zwischen den Entnahmeöffnungen Trennstege ausgebildet sind, deren Breite kleiner ist als die Breite der Entnahmeöffnungen. Durch diese Maßnahmen wird zum einen ein einfacher Zugriff zu den Handtüchern gewährleistet und zum anderen sichergestellt, daß der Benutzer ständig Übersicht darüber hat, ob im Handtuchspender hinreichend viele Handtücher vorhanden sind.
Eine weitere zweckmäßige Ausgestaltung sieht bei einem Handtuchspender mit einem quader- oder zylinderförmigen Grundkörper, der mit einem ortsfesten Körper, z.B. einer Wand, betrieblich verbindbar und dessen Deckseite mittels eines Abdeckkörpers abdeckbar ist, vor, daß der Grundkörper einen Gelenkkörper aufweist und mit Bezug auf den Körper um eine horizontale Achse verschwenkbar ist. Durch diese Maßnahmen wird zum einen eine einfache Verbindung mit einem Tragkörper, z.B. einer Wand, hergestellt und zum anderen wird das Auffüllen des Handtuchspenders erleichtert. Dabei können diese Maßnahmen auch so getroffen sein, daß der Grundkörper zwischen einer Betriebslage und einer Füllage in Pfeilrichtung verschwenkbar ist, wobei der bevorzugte Schwenkbereich im Bereich von 45° liegt. Eine einfache und sichere Verschwenkung des Grundkörpers ist insbesondere dann gewährleistet, wenn der Gelenkkörper in Form einer Platte ausgebildet ist, die im Bodenbereich des Grundkörpers angelenkt ist und den Abdeckkörper trägt. Ferner ist vorgesehen, daß oberhalb der Gelenkachse ein mit dem Grundkörper und mit der Platte verbindbarer Schwenkwinkel-Einstellkörper angeordnet ist, durch den der Schwenkwinkel des Grundkörpers mit Bezug auf den festen Körper (Wand) definierbar ist.
Eine weitere zweckmäßige Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, daß der Schwenkwinkel-Einstellkörper in Form eines Bandes bzw. Streifens ausgebildet ist, das bzw. der mit der Platte fest verbindbar ist, während es bzw. er mit dem Grundkörper durch Reib- und Klemmverbindungen verbindbar ist.
Um sicherzustellen, daß alle im Handtuchspender angeordneten Handtücher in den Bereich der Entnahmeöffnungen gelangen, sieht eine weitere zweckmäßige Ausgestaltung der Erfindung vor, daß der Boden des Grundkörpers zur Entnahmeöffnung hin abfällt.
Um die benutzten Handtücher zentral sammeln und sodann auch zentral reinigen zu können, sieht die Erfindung vor, daß unterhalb des oder seitlich vom Handtuchspender(s) ein Sammelbehälter für benutzte Handtücher angeordnet ist, der zweckmäßigerweise in Form eines Quaders oder Zylinders mit abnehmbarem und eine Öffnung aufweisenden Deckel ausgebildet ist. Der Innenraum des Sammelbehälters ist mit einem herausnehmbaren Netz ausgekleidet, das über den oberen Rand des Sammelbehälters teilweise gestülpt und vom Deckel festgehalten ist. Schließlich ist vorgesehen, daß im oberen Bereich des Netzes ein Schließkörper, z.B. Seil, angeordnet ist, durch den das Netz abschließbar ist.
Es handelt sich um ein System mit einem Handtuchspender aus zweckmäßigerweise weißem Hochglanz-Polystyrol-Gehäuse mit anscharniertem Deckel und nach vorn abklappbar zur leichteren Bestückung. Rückseitig sind Löcher zur Wandbefestigung vorhanden, wobei der Boden des Spenders als "schiefe Ebene" ausgelegt ist, um sicherzustellen, daß die kleinen Handtücher zu den Abgabeöffnungen nachrutschen. Das Fassungsvermögen beträgt je nach Größe 40, 50 oder 75 Stück, allseitig gesäumte, kleine Frottierhandtücher mit den Maßen 22 x 30 cm. Abgelegt werden die benutzten kleinen Handtücher im Sammelbehälter aus weißem Hochglanz-Polystyrol, in den ein Wäschenetz mit viereckigem Boden und Dimo-Verschluß mit Kordell eingehängt ist. Gut geeignet ist ein spezieller Klemmdeckel mit ovaler Öffnung. Die Lieferung von frischen Handtüchern sowie der Abtransport der benutzten Handtücher erfolgt im rollierenden System.
Die An- und Ablieferung kann in einem eigens für diesen Zweck modifizierten Rollcontainer erfolgen, der die Rein/Unrein-Trennung durch eine Containerhülle mit Deckel gewährleistet. Das Netz mit den benutzen Handtüchern wird im unteren Bereich des Rollcontainers abgelegt. Nach Händedesinfektion wird ein Netz mit frischen Handtüchern entnommen und in den Spender entleert. Das leere Netz wird in den Aufnahmekorb eingehängt und dient nun wieder als Sammelbehälter für die benutzten Handtücher. Die Handtücher werden in der hauseigenen oder Zentralwäscherei gewaschen, getrocknet und ungefaltet im Netz von neuem dem Benutzer im Spender zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Benutzer kommt somit ausschließlich mit sauberen Handtüchern in Berührung. Während des Reinigungsvorganges können die Handtücher im Netz bleiben und sodann in den Handtuchspender übertragen werden, ohne sie anzufassen.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung schematisch dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher erläutert. Es zeigen

In Fig. 1 ist ein Handtuchspender 10 für wiederverwendbare Handtücher (nicht dargestellt) aus Textilien dargestellt, der einen Handtuchaufnahmebehälter 12 für eine Vielzahl von voneinander getrennten Handtüchern aufweist, in dessen Bodenbereich 14 vier Entnahmeöffnungen 16 - 22 für die Handtücher ausgebildet sind. Die Entnahmeöffnungen 16 - 22 sind dem Benutzer zugewandt und im Umfangsbereich des Bodens 14 ausgebildet. Zwischen den Entnahmeöffnungen 16 - 22 sind Trennstege 24 bis 28 ausgebildet, deren Breite kleiner ist als die Breite der Entnahmeöffnungen 16 - 22. Dabei sind die Entnahmeöffnungen so bemessen, daß ein einfacher und guter Zugang zu den im Bodenbereich 14 des Handtuchspenders 10 angeordneten Handtüchern gewährleistet ist. Ferner ist zu erkennen, daß der Handtuchspender einen quaderförmigen Grundkörper 30 aufweist, der mit einem ortsfesten Körper 32, hier eine Wand, betrieblich verbindbar und dessen Deckseite 34 mittels eines Abdeckkörpers 36 mit einem abgebogenen Rand 38 abdeckbar ist. Der Grundkörper 30 weist einen Gelenkkörper 40 auf und ist mit Bezug auf den Körper 32 um eine horizontale Achse 42 verschwenkbar. Dadurch ist der Grundkörper 30 zwischen einer Betriebslage und einer Füllage, wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt, verschwenkbar. Der Grundkörper ist um mehr als 20° verschwenkbar, und der Gelenkkörper 40 ist in Form einer Platte ausgebildet, die im Bodenbereich des Grundkörpers 30 angelenkt ist und den Abdeckkörper 36 trägt. Oberhalb der Gelenkachse 42 ist ein mit dem Grundkörper 30 und mit der Platte 40 verbindbarer Schwenkwinkel-Einstellkörper angeordnet, der die Form eines breiten Bandes aufweist, das mit der Platte 40 fest verbindbar ist, während es mit dem Grundkörper 30 durch Reib- oder Klemmverbindungen 46 zusammenarbeitet. Der Boden 48 des Grundkörpers 30 fällt zu den Entnahmeöffnungen 16 bis 22 ab. In der Vorderwand ist ein Sichtfenster 50 ausgebildet, durch das festgestellt werden kann, ob der Handtuchspender zumindest bis zur Hälfte mit Handtüchern gefüllt ist.
In Fig. 2 ist ein Sammelbehälter 60 in Form eines Quaders dargestellt, der einen Deckel 64 mit einer Öffnung 66 aufweist, und unterhalb des Handtuchspenders 10 angeordnet ist. Der Innenraum des Sammelbehälters 60 ist mit einem herausnehmbaren Netz 68 ausgekleidet, das über den oberen Rand des Sammelbehälters 60 teilweise gestülpt ist und vom Deckel 64 festgehalten ist. Im oberen Bereich des Netzes 68 ist ein Seil 70 angeordnet, durch das das Netz 68 abschließbar ist. Der Grundkörper 62 des Sammelbehälters kann aus Kunststoff-Schaumstoff bestehen.

Claims (11)

  1. Anordnung bestehend aus einem Handtuchspender (10) für wiederverwendbare Handtücher aus Textilien und einem Sammelbehälter (60) für benutzte Handtücher, wobei der Handtuchspender (10) einen Handtuchaufnahmebehälter (12) für eine Vielzahl von voneinander getrennten Handtüchern aufweist, in dessen Bodenbereich (14) mindestens eine Entnahmeöffnung (16 - 22) für die Handtücher ausgebildet ist, und wobei der Sammelbehälter (60) unterhalb des Handtuchspenders (10) oder seitlich vom Handtuchspender (10) angeordnet ist und der Innenraum des Sammelbehälters (60) mit einem herausnehmbaren Netz (68) ausgekleidet ist, das über den oberen Rand des Sammelbehälters (60) teilweise gestülpt und von einem Deckel (64) festgehalten ist, wobei im oberen Bereich des Netzes (68) ein Schließkörper (70), insbesondere ein Seil, angeordnet ist, durch den das Netz (68) abschließbar ist.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Entnahmeöffnungen (16, 22) dem Benutzer zugewandt und im Umfangsbereich des Bodens (14) ausgebildet sind.
  3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß zwischen den Entnahmeöffnungen (16, 22) Trennstege (24 - 28) ausgebildet sind, deren Breite kleiner ist als die Breite der Entnahmeöffnungen (16 - 22).
  4. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 mit einem quader- oder zylinderförmigen Grundkörper (30), der mit einem ortsfesten Körper (32), z.B. einer Wand, betrieblich verbindbar ist und dessen Deckseite (34) mittels eines Abdeckkörpers (36) abdeckbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Grundkörper (30) einen Gelenkkörper (40) aufweist und mit Bezug auf den Körper (32) um eine Horizontalachse (42) verschwenkbar ist.

    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Grundkörper (30) zwischen einer Betriebslage und einer Füllage verschwenkbar ist.

    daß der Grundkörper (30) um mindestens 20° verschwenkbar ist.
  7. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,

    daß der Gelenkkörper (40) in Form einer Platte ausgebildet ist, die im Bodenbereich des Grundkörpers (30) angelenkt ist und den Abdeckkörper (36) trägt.

    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß oberhalb der Gelenkachse (42) ein mit dem Grundkörper (30) und mit der Platte (40) verbindbarer Schwenkwinkel-Einstellkörper (44) angeordnet ist.

    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Schwenkwinkel-Einstellkörper (44) in Form eines Bandes bzw. Streifens ausgebildet ist, das bzw. der mit der Platte (40) fest verbindbar ist, während es bzw. er mit dem Grundkörper (30) durch Reib- oder Klemmverbindung (46) verbindbar ist.
