Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zum Falten von Papiertaschentüchern und dergleichen in einer Maschine, die eine Vielzahl von Walzen oder Zylindem (2, 3) für das Abschneiden und Falten der Taschentücher ausgehend von einer Bahn (1) umfaßt, die kontinuierlich von einer Rolle abgewickelt wird und in mehrere Bänder oder Kanäle (10) unterteilt ist, im Zusammenwirken mit Hilfswalzen (4) in den Stationen zum Schneiden (T) und Falten (P), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es folgendes umfaßt:
    - an den Stationen zum Schneiden (T) und Falten (P) der Taschentücher eine Papierzufuhr, die einen vom unteren Bereich der Maschine zum oberen Bereich ansteigenden Vertauf (F) in der Weise aufweist, daß das Falten der Ränder der zu faltenden Taschentücher durch die Wirkung der Schwerkraft erleichtert wird, die auf den in Richtung der Vorwärtsbewegung des Papiers jeweils vorderen Rand nach dem Unterbrechen des Ansaugens in der Berührungszone mit der entsprechenden Hilfwalze (4) einwirkt,
    - Festhalten des in Bearbeitung befindlichen Produktes auf der äußeren Oberfläche der entsprechenden Bearbeitungs-Walzen (3) und -Zylinder (2) mit Hilfe eines erzwungenen Ansaugvorganges, der durch mehrere getrennte, benachbarte und koaxiale Segmente (20) der Walzen (3) und Zylindem (2) mit eventuell vermindertem Volumen und für jedes Segment (20) durch mehrere Reihen von Löchern (24, 35) hindurch erfolgt die in Längsrichtung ausgerichtet sind, derart, daß eine Vielzahl von Kammern (22) umgrenzt ist, die mit einer Haupt-Ansaugkammer (28) vermittels mehrerer durchgehender radialer Löcher (29) in einer unter der Steuerung des Ventils (21) mit der Drehung des Zylinders (2) oder der Walze (3) programmierten Folge in der Weise in Verbindung stehen, daß selbst mit verminderten Werten der Druckdifferenz zwischen dem Inneren und dem Äußeren der Walzen (3) und Zylinder (2) über die gesamte Länge ihrer Achsen gleichförmiger Unterdruck ermöglicht wird.
  2. Maschine zum Falten von Papiertaschentüchern, Servietten und ähnlichem gemäß dem Verfahren von Anspruch 1, die eine Vielzahl von Zylindem und Walzen (2, 3) zum Abschneiden und querverlaufenden Falten des Papiers umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Faltzylinder (2), der das Papier mit einer Vorwärtsbewegung (F) von der Basis der Maschine zu ihrem oberen Bereich in Zusammenarbeit mit Hilfswalzen (4) antreibt, von einer Vielzahl von koaxialen zylindrischen Segmenten (20) gebildet wird, die in einer Einweg-Kaskade unter Zwischenschaltung eines festen Ventils (21) zwischen jedes Paar voneinander benachbarten Segmenten (20) miteinander verbunden sind, das mit einer Luft-Ansaugquelle (AS) verbunden ist, derart, daß eine entsprechende Haupt-Ansaugkammer (28) umgrenzt wird, daß die äußere, d.h. aktive Oberfläche eines jeden Segments (20) des Zylinders (2) mit Längsrillen versehen ist, und daß entsprechend einer jeden Rille eine rechtwinkelige Platte (23) mit mehreren hindurchgehenden Löchern (24) derart befestigt ist, daß eine Vielzahl von Kammern (22) umschlossen wird, die mit der Kammer (28) vermittels mehrerer durchgehender radialer Löcher (29) in programmierter Reihenfolge unter Steuerung des Ventils (21) entsprechend der Rotation des Zylinders (2) in Verbindung stehen.
  3. Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Segment (20) des Zylinders (2) auf einem entsprechenden Träger (25) montiert ist, der auf eine horizontale Welle (26) aufgekeilt ist.
  4. Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Ventil (21) mit dem Träger (25) des entsprechenden Segments (20) mit Hilfe von zwei Lagern (27) verbunden ist.
  5. Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidezylinder (3) aus einem einzigen Stück hergestellt ist, wobei die aktive Oberfläche mit mehreren Längsrillen versehen ist, von denen jede eine Länge besitzt, die gleich der Länge von einem oder zwei Arbeitskanälen ist, und mit einer rechtwinkeligen Platte (34), die mit mehreren hindurchgehenden Löchern (35) versehen ist, derart, daß ebenso viele Kammern (33) umschlossen werden, von denen jede durch eine Öffnung (36) mit einem festen Ventil (33) in Verbindung steht, das auf ihrer Mittellinie angeordnet und mit der Luft-Ansaugeinrichtung (AS) verbunden ist, wobei das Ventil (32) zum Zylinder (3) koaxial und von diesem getragen ist.
  6. Maschine nah Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hilfwalzen (4) eine aktive Oberfläche aufweisen, die mit mehreren internen Ansaugkammern versehen ist, die eine Länge gleich der Länge von einem oder zwei Arbeitskanälen besitzen und mit entsprechenden Ventilen verbunden sind, die mit einer Luft-Ansaugeinrichtung (AS) in Verbindung stehen, wobei die Ansaugkammern von ebenso vielen Längsrillen begrenzt sind, die auf der aktiven Oberfläche der Walzen (4) gebildet sind und von entsprechenden Platten abgedeckt sind, die mit mehreren hindurchgehenden Löchern derart versehen sind, daß eine direkte pneumatische Verbindung zwischen den Ansaugkammern und der aktiven Oberfläche der Walzen (4) hergestellt ist.
