Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Verkeilungs/Füllmaterials aus übereinander gelegten Papierblättern durch longitudinales Zurückbiegen dieser Blätter auf sich selbst, Vorschieben der umgebogenen Gesamtheit, Zerknittern der Gesamtheit und Vereinigen der zerknitterten Gesamtheit durch aufeinanderfolgende punktförmige Drücke, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorgänge des Zurückbiegens, des Vorschiebens, des Zerknitterns und des Vereinigens in dieser Reihenfolge und getrennt voneinander aufeinander folgen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Zerknittern von selbst aus einer Geschwindigkeitsdifferenz zwischen der Vorschubgeschwindigkeit und der Zusammenfügungsgeschwindigkeit ergibt.
  3. Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorschieben in zwei parallelen Zonen beiderseits der Mittellinie der Gesamtheit von Blättern nach dem Zurückbiegen an von einer Seite zur anderen abwechselnden, aufeinanderfolgenden Punkten erfolgt, wobei die axiale Zone des Materials verhältnismäßig weich bleibt.
  4. Maschine für die Herstellung eines Verkeilungs/Füllmaterials gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel, die die Funktionen des Umbiegens, des Vorschiebens, des Zerknitterns und des Vereinigens erfüllen, die die Kohäsion des Endmaterials sicherstellen, unabhängige Elemente bilden, die getrennt wirken und wovon jedes an seine eigentliche Funktion in der Weise angepaßt ist, daß es jede Gefahr einer Beschädigung des Materials oder des Zerreißens des Materials vermeidet.
  5. Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elemente, die die Funktion des Vorschiebens erfüllen, aus einem Paar von übereinander angeordneten Rädern (8, 11) bestehen, d. h. einerseits aus einem oberen sogenannten Vorschubrad (8), das allgemein wie ein Zylinder aussieht, dessen Mittelabschnitt einen Querschnitt in Form einer toroidförmigen Rinne (19) besitzt und dessen Endabschnitte (20, 20') gerändelt sind, jedoch Abflachungen (21, 21') aufweisen, die an ihrem Umfang in der Weise verteilt sind, daß die Abflachungszonen (21, 21') eines der Endabschnitte (20, 20') den Zonen ohne Anflachungen (22, 22') des anderen Endabschnitts zugewandt sind, und andererseits aus einem unteren Rad (11), das Abstützrad genannt wird und allgemein wie ein Zylinder aussieht, dessen Mittelabschnitt einen Querschnitt in Form eines toroidförmigen Wulstes (23) besitzt, der im wesentlichen der toroidförmigen Rinne (19) des oberen Rades (8) entspricht, und dessen Endabschnitte (20, 20') Zylinder sind, auf denen die Zonen ohne Anflachungen (22, 22') des oberen Rades (8) abrollen.
  6. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elemente, die die Funktion der Vereinigung der übereinanderliegenden und zurückgebogenen dicken Bereiche des Papiers sicherstellen, aus einem Paar von übereinander angeordneten Rädern (14, 17) bestehen, d. h. aus einem gezahnten oberen Rad (14) und einem glatten unteren Zylinder (17), auf dem die Umfangslinie der Zähne (24, 24') des oberen Rades abrollt, wobei der Papierblatt-Stapel von seiten dieser Zähne (24, 24') einem bestimmten Druck gegen den Abstützzylinder (17) unterworfen werden.
  7. Maschine nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel, die die Zerknitterungsfunktion erfüllen, aus einem Untersetzungsgetriebe (16a, 16b, 16c) bestehen, das die Vorschubräder (8, 11) und die Zusammenfügungsräder (14, 17) in der Weise verbindet, daß sich die Vorschubräder (8, 11) wesentlich schneller als die Zusammenfügungsräder (14, 17) drehen, so daß kraft dieser Geschwindigkeitsdifferenz die Vorschubräder (14, 17) schneller mit Material versorgt werden, als sie sich drehen, wobei das Material zusammengepreßt und von selbst zerknittert wird, ohne irgendeiner Beanspruchung zu unterliegen.
  8. Maschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorschubrad (8) und das Zusammenfügungsrad (14) im wesentlichen den gleichen Durchmesser besitzen, wobei sich das Vorschubrad (8) ungefähr 1,9mal schneller als das Zusammenfügungsrad (14) dreht.
  9. Maschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achsen (12, 18) der unteren Räder (11, 17) schwenkbar an einem Schwenkbalken (13, 13') angebracht sind, der der Wirkung gemeinsamer Federn (26, 26') unterliegt, die in der Weise verteilt sind, daß die Wirkung dieser Federn (26, 26') stromaufseitig, d. h. an den Vorschubrädern (8, 11), größer als stromabseitig, d. h. an den Vereinigungsrädern (14, 17), ist.
  10. Maschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federn (26, 26'), die auf den Balken (13, 13') einwirken, im ersten Drittel der Länge des Balkens, beginnend von hinten, d. h. stromaufseitig, angeordnet sind.
  11. Maschine nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Funktion des Umbiegens durch ein System zum Führen des Papiers ab der Aufbewahrungshaspel (2) gewährleistet wird, das erstens ein Paar von Flanschrollen (30), die an einer durch Kipparme (32) unterstützten Welle (31) gleitend und zwischen einer hinteren Position, in der die Öffnung eines Auslaufs (3) freigegeben wird, um ihn anfangs zu befüllen, und einer zweiten hochgezogenen Position schwenkbar angebracht sind, in welcher die Flanschrollen (30) die Ränder des Papiers umklappen, um es in den Auslauf (3) zu führen, und zweitens eine im wesentlichen horizontale Platte (33) aufweist, die in diesem Auslauf (3) angeordnet ist und diesen von der Einlaßseite zur Auslaßseite durchquert, wobei sich um sie das Papier in dem Maß, in dem es sich zum Ausgang des Auslaufs (3) bewegt, aufwickelt.
  12. Verkeilungs-/Füllmaterial, das ausgehend von einem Stapel von Papierblättern durch Umbiegen, Zerknittern und Vereinigen durch Druckpunkte hergestellt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich aus der Ausführung des Verfahrens nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 und/oder aus der Maschine nach den Ansprüchen 4 bis 11 ergibt.
  13. Verkeilungs-/Füllmaterial nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das verwendete Papier Recycling-Papier ist.
