本发明公开了一种瓦楞纸上胶设备，包括机架、导纸辊、第一上胶装置和第二上胶装置，所述导纸辊、第一上胶装置和第二上胶装置从下至上依次布置，所述第一上胶装置包括第一胶液池以及转动连接于机架上的第一上胶辊，其中所述第一上胶辊部分浸没于第一胶液池内，所述第二上胶装置包括第二胶液池以及转动连接于机架上的第二上胶辊，其中所述第二上胶辊部分浸没于第二胶液池内；其中所述第二上胶辊和导纸辊的转轴线位于共同垂直面上，所述第一上胶辊的转轴线偏离于第二上胶辊和导纸辊转轴线的共同垂直面且位于该共同垂直面的上游。

一种瓦楞纸上胶设备
技术领域
本发明涉及瓦楞纸生产设备技术领域，尤其涉及一种瓦楞纸上胶设备。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板是由面纸、里纸、芯纸和加工成波形瓦楞的瓦楞纸通过粘合而成。根据商品包装的需求，瓦楞纸板可以加工成单面瓦楞纸板、三层瓦楞纸板、五层、七层、十一层等瓦楞纸板。目前大部分的瓦楞纸板生产工艺中，其各纸层之间通过胶水进行粘合，其中上胶装置是进行上胶的重要设备。现有的上胶装置中各上胶辊均排列于同一直线上，这就导致了其上侧或下侧的纸带的转角增大，使纸带与上胶辊之间的接触面积增大，纸带更容易黏上过量的胶水导致胶水的消耗量增大，此外纸带沾上过量的胶水后其湿度增加纸带产生皱褶的机会，影响瓦楞纸板的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构新颖，可减小上胶过程中上胶辊与纸带接触面积，降低胶液消耗的瓦楞纸上胶设备。
为了实现以上目的，本发明所采用的技术方案是：
一种瓦楞纸上胶设备，包括机架、导纸辊、第一上胶装置和第二上胶装置，所述导纸辊、第一上胶装置和第二上胶装置从下至上依次布置，所述第一上胶装置包括第一胶液池以及转动连接于机架上的第一上胶辊，其中所述第一上胶辊部分浸没于第一胶液池内，所述第二上胶装置包括第二胶液池以及转动连接于机架上的第二上胶辊，其中所述第二上胶辊部分浸没于第二胶液池内；其中所述第二上胶辊和导纸辊的转轴线位于共同垂直面上，所述第一上胶辊的转轴线偏离于第二上胶辊和导纸辊转轴线的共同垂直面且位于该共同垂直面的上游。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用的瓦楞纸上胶设备，由于第一上胶辊的转轴线偏离于第二上胶辊和导纸辊转轴线的共同垂直面且位于该共同垂直面的上游，与传统技术中导纸辊和上胶辊轴线处于共同垂直面的技术相比，纸带绕过第一上胶辊和第二上胶辊时与上胶辊的接触面更小，较小胶液的消耗量同时可减小以及降低能耗，同时由于纸带的上胶量减小从而降低纸带上胶后的湿度，有利于保持纸带平整。
进一步，所述第一上胶装置还包括有第一涂布辊和第一压辊，其中所述第一压辊与第一上胶辊的辊面之间仅留有供纸带通过的间隙，所述第一涂布辊设置于第一压辊的上游并且该第一涂布辊与第一上胶辊的辊面贴合。
本发明采用以上方案后，可利用第一涂布辊对第一上胶辊表面的胶液涂平使胶液均匀涂抹在第一上胶辊表面，此外利用第一压辊对纸带的按压作用使纸带与第一上胶辊贴合，保证纸带在通过第一上胶装置时能有效上胶。
进一步，所述第二上胶装置还包括有第二涂布辊和第二压辊，其中所述第二压辊与第二上胶辊的辊面之间仅留有供纸带通过的间隙，所述第二涂布辊设置于第二压辊的上游并且该第二涂布辊与第二上胶辊的辊面贴合。
本发明采用以上方案后，可利用第二涂布辊对第二上胶辊表面的胶液涂平使胶液均匀涂抹在第二上胶辊表面，此外利用第二压辊对纸带的按压作用使纸带与第二上胶辊贴合，保证纸带在通过第二上胶装置时能有效上胶。

具体实施方式
本发明所要求保护的技术方案做进一步详细说明。
参见图1至图3所示，本实施例中的一种瓦楞纸上胶设备，包括机架1、导纸辊2、第一上胶装置和第二上胶装置，所述导纸辊2、第一上胶装置和第二上胶装置从下至上依次布置。在本实施例中通过导纸辊2的纸带仅包括平面纸5，通过第一上胶装置和第二上胶装置的纸带均包含复合的平面纸5和瓦楞纸6，其中平面纸5位于上层瓦楞纸6位于下层，此外通过第二上胶装置的瓦楞纸6其两V形结构端部之间的间距a为7.24mm，通过第一上胶装置的瓦楞纸6其两V形结构端部之间的间距b为6.42mm。
在本实施例中，所述第一上胶装置包括第一胶液池31、转动连接于机架1上的第一上胶辊32、第一压纸板、第一涂布辊34和第一压辊33，其中所述第一上胶辊32部分浸没于第一胶液池31内，第一压纸支架搭接于机架1两侧，所述第一压辊33与第一上胶辊32的辊面之间仅留有供纸带通过的间隙，所述第一涂布辊34设置于第一压辊33的上游并且该第一涂布辊34与第一上胶辊32的辊面贴合；利用第一涂布辊34对第一上胶辊32表面的胶液涂平使胶液均匀涂抹在第一上胶辊32表面，此外利用第一压辊33对纸带的按压作用使纸带与第一上胶辊32贴合，保证纸带在通过第一上胶装置时能有效上胶。
所述第二上胶装置包括第二胶液池、转动连接于机架1上的第二上胶辊42、第二压纸板、第二涂布辊44和第二压辊43，其中所述第二上胶辊42部分浸没于第二胶液池内41，第二压纸支架搭接于机架1两侧，所述第二压辊43与第二上胶辊42的辊面之间仅留有供纸带通过的间隙，所述第二涂布辊44设置于第二压辊43的上游并且该第二涂布辊44与第二上胶辊42的辊面贴合；利用第二涂布辊44对第二上胶辊42表面的胶液涂平使胶液均匀涂抹在第二上胶辊42表面，此外利用第二压辊43对纸带的按压作用使纸带与第二上胶辊42贴合，保证纸带在通过第二上胶装置时能有效上胶。
其中所述第二上胶辊42和导纸辊2的转轴线位于共同垂直面上，所述第一上胶辊32的转轴线偏离于第二上胶辊42和导纸辊2的转轴线的共同垂直面且位于该共同垂直面的上游。由于第一上胶辊32的转轴线偏离于第二上胶辊42和导纸辊2转轴线的共同垂直面且位于该共同垂直面的上游，与传统技术中导纸辊2和上胶辊轴线处于共同垂直面的技术相比，纸带绕过第一上胶辊32和第二上胶辊42时与上胶辊的接触面更小，较小胶液的消耗量同时可减小以及降低能耗，同时由于纸带的上胶量减小从而降低纸带上胶后的湿度，有利于保持纸带平整。

Claims (3)

1.一种瓦楞纸上胶设备，包括机架（1）、导纸辊（2）、第一上胶装置和第二上胶装置，其特征在于：所述导纸辊（2）、第一上胶装置和第二上胶装置从下至上依次布置，所述第一上胶装置包括第一胶液池（31）以及转动连接于机架（1）上的第一上胶辊（32），其中所述第一上胶辊（32）部分浸没于第一胶液池（31）内，所述第二上胶装置包括第二胶液池以及转动连接于机架（1）上的第二上胶辊（42），其中所述第二上胶辊（42）部分浸没于第二胶液池内（41）；其中所述第二上胶辊（42）和导纸辊（2）的转轴线位于共同垂直面上，所述第一上胶辊（32）的转轴线偏离于第二上胶辊（42）和导纸辊（2）转轴线的共同垂直面且位于该共同垂直面的上游。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸上胶设备，其特征在于：所述第一上胶装置还包括有第一涂布辊（34）和第一压辊（33），其中所述第一压辊（33）与第一上胶辊（32）的辊面之间仅留有供纸带通过的间隙，所述第一涂布辊（34）设置于第一压辊（33）的上游并且该第一涂布辊（34）与第一上胶辊（32）的辊面贴合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸上胶设备，其特征在于：所述第二上胶装置还包括有第二涂布辊（44）和第二压辊（43），其中所述第二压辊（43）与第二上胶辊（42）的辊面之间仅留有供纸带通过的间隙，所述第二涂布辊（44）设置于第二压辊（43）的上游并且该第二涂布辊（44）与第二上胶辊（42）的辊面贴合。
