Claims (14)
- Offene Kühlvorrichtung für die Lagerung von Gebäck, insbesondere für die Lagerung von mit Schokolade überzogenem Trockengebäck, mit einem Aufnahmebehälter (1) für das Gebäck, der mit Kühlluft beaufschlagt ist und dessen Seitenwände (11) hermetisch abgeschlossen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kühlluft mittels eines Klimagerätes (7) erzeugt wird, das in einem in einem größeren Abstand zum Behälter (1) der Kühlvorrichtung liegenden Raum angeordnet ist und das über eine Zuluftleitung (6) mit dem Behälter (1) für das Gebäck verbunden ist, wobei die vom Klimagerät (7) erzeugte Zuluft einer Trocknung durch das Klimagerät (7) unterliegt. - Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vom Klimagerät (7) kommende getrocknete Kühlluft eine Ausgangstemperatur von etwa 15 bis 18° C hat.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kühlluft durch wenigstens ein Zuluftrohr (5) geleitet wird, welches es ermöglicht, daß die am Beginn und am Ende des Zuluftrohres vorherrschenden unterschiedlichen Drücke berücksichtigt und ausgeglichen werden.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zuluftrohr (5), oder die Zuluftrohre, sich etwa über die gesamte Länge (L) des Behälters (1) erstreckt, wobei zum Zwecke der gleichmäßigen Luftdruckverteilung über die Länge des oder der Zuluftrohre gleichmäßig verteilte Öffnungen (4) vorgesehen sind.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vom Eintrittsbeginn des Zuluftrohres (5) oder der Zuluftrohre bis zum Eintrittsende der Zuluftrohre die Durchmesser der Öffnungen (4) ansteigen.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Zuluftrohr oder die Zuluftrohre (5) zumindest oberhalb der in dem Behälter (1) lagernden Gebäckstücke befindet.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klimagerät (7) gegenüber der Innenluft im Behälter (1) hermetisch abgeschlossen ist.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klimagerät (7) mit Vorrichtungen zur Keimabtötung, beispielsweise durch Ionisation oder durch UV-Strahlen versehen ist.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zuluftrohr (5) in einem mittleren Bereich des Behälters (1) quer durch diesen geführt ist.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß anstelle der Löcher (4) in dem Zuluftrohr (5) drehbare Düsen (26,27) in die Öffnungen eingesetzt sind.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen (26,27) so dreh- bzw. schwenkbar sind, daß die Luftabstrahlung aus dem Zuluftrohr (5) nach unten bzw. schräg nach unten weist.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unmittelbar unter der Luftabstrahlung aus den Öffnungen (4) des Zuluftrohres (5) oder aus den dort eingesetzten Düsen (26,27) ein Träger (12) angeordnet ist, auf welchem die zu kühlenden Gebäckstücke aufgelagert sind.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (12) zum Betrachter hin geneigt verläuft, wobei die Winkellage der den Träger (12) antrömenden Kühlluft und der Neigungswinkel des Trägers (12) so gewählt sind, daß die Kühlluft am Träger (12) entlang nach unten strömt.
- Kühlvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Luftzufuhr dienenden dreh- und schwenkbaren Düsen (27) mit einem Ringspalt (28) versehen sind, um für eine möglichst gleichmäßige Luftverteilung und Luftzufuhr im Behälter (1) Sorge zu tragen.
