Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum zubringen von Erzeugnissen, wie Karten und Warenproben, die dazu bestimmt sind, in Druckereiprodukte eingelegt oder eingeklebt zu werden, zu einer Weiterverarbeitungsstelle, mit einer Magazineinrichtung (10), die mindestens zwei zur Aufnahme eines Stapels (58) von Erzeugnissen (36) bestimmte Magazinschächte (12, 14, 16, 18, 90) aufweist, einer Fördereinrichtung (26), die über die in Förderrichtung (F) der Fördereinrichtung (26) gesehen hintereinander angeordneten Magazinschächte (12, 14, 16, 18, 90) hinweg und zur Weiterverarbeitungsstelle (38) führt und eine Vielzahl an einem umlaufend angetriebenen Zugorgan (28) hintereinander angeordnete einzelsteuerbare Greifer (30) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, bei der Magazineinrichtung (10) ein Erzeugnis (36) zu übernehmen und zur Weiterverarbeitungsstelle (38) zu transportieren, pro Magazinschacht (12, 14, 16, 18, 90) einem mit einem Antrieb verbundenen Transportorgan (34), das von einer Aufnahmestellung (62) bei einer Abgabestelle (56) des betreffenden Magazinschachts (12, 14, 16, 18, 90) in eine Uebergabestellung (62') bei der Bewegungsbahn der Greifer (30) und dann wieder zurück bewegbar ist, um in der Aufnahmestellung (62) das jeweils äusserste Erzeugnis (36) des Stapels (58) zu erfassen, dieses vom Stapel (58) abzuziehen und in das Maul (40) eines Greifers (30) einzuführen, den Magazinschächten (12, 14, 16, 18, 90) zugeordneten Schiebemitteln (68), um den Stapel (58) in Richtung zur Abgabestelle (56) zu schieben, so dass das äusserste Erzeugnis (36) sich jeweils bei der Abgabestelle (56) befindet, und einer die Greifer (30) und die Transportorgane (34) steuernden Steuereinrichtung (54), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtung (54) die Aufnahme der Erzeugnisse (36) abwechselnd während jeweils einer Zeitspanne ab dem einen der Stapelschächte (12, 14, 16, 18, 90) steuert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mäuler (40) der Greifer (30) beim Vorbeibewegen an der Magazineinrichtung (10) bezüglich der Förderrichtung F nach hinten und vorzugsweise schräg nach unten zeigend ausgerichtet sind und die Transportorgane (34) von der Aufnahmestellung (62) in die Uebergabestellung (62') in einer Richtung bewegt sind, die eine Komponente in Förderrichtung F und eine Komponente von der Magazineinrichtung (10) gegen die Fördereinrichtung (26) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiebemittel (68) je ein zum Eingreifen in die Magazinschächte (12, 14, 16, 18, 90) bestimmtes und entlang diesem bewegbares Schiebeelement (78) aufweisen, das dazu bestimmt ist, das von der Abgabestelle (56) entfernteste Erzeugnis (36) des Stapels (58) zu hintergreifen und den Stapel (58) mit dem der Abgabestelle (56) zugewandten Stapelende auf die Abgabestelle (56) auszurichten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schiebeelement (78) mit einer Laufmutter (76) verbunden ist, die auf einer etwa parallel zur Längsrichtung des Magazinschachtes (12, 14, 16, 18, 90) verlaufenden, mit einem Antriebsmotor (74) verbundenen Spindel (72) sitzt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Magazinschächte (12, 14, 16, 18, 90) zum Füllen mit einem neuen Stapel (58) aus einer Arbeitsstellung (24), in welcher sich ihre Abgabestelle (56) bei der Aufnahmestellung (62) befindet, in eine Auffüllstellung (24') verbringbar ist, in der der Magazinschacht (12, 14, 16, 18, 90) frei zugänglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Magazineinrichtung (10) mindestens zwei Magazineinheiten (88) mit mehreren um Drehachsen (92) drehbare Magazinschächte (90) aufweist, wobei die Magazinschächte (90) jeder Magazineinheit (88) nacheinander in die Arbeitsstellung (24) verbringbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsrichtung der Magazinschächte (12, 14, 16, 18) quer zu einer Horizontalebene verläuft, vorzugsweise in vertikaler Richtung oder in einer nach hinten geneigten Richtung, in der die Abgabestelle (56) des Magazinschachtes (12, 14, 16, 18) bezüglich einer Vertikalen durch das von der Abgabestelle (56) entfernte Ende des Magazinschachts (12, 14, 16, 18) entgegen der Förderrichtung F versetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördereinrichtung (26) geradlinig und im wesentlichen in horizontaler Richtung über die Magazineinrichtung (10) hinweg verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportorgane (34) je einen zeitweise mit einer Unterdruckquelle verbundenen Saugkopf (60) aufweisen, der dazu bestimmt ist, in der Aufnahmestellung (62) das betreffende Erzeugnis (36) an der dem Stapel (58) abgewandten Flachseite zu erfassen und dieses festzuhalten bis in der Uebergabestellung (62') der entsprechende Greifer (30) in seine Schliessstellung überführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abmessung der Erzeugnisse (36), gemessen in Bewegungsrichtung des Transportorgans (34), kleiner oder gleich dem Mittenabstand zweier aufeinanderfolgender Greifer (30) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, gekennzeichnet, durch eine Erzeugnisliefereinheit (112), die einen schachtelartigen Behälter (100) und einen in diesem angeordneten Stapel (58) Erzeugisse (36) aufweist und dazu bestimmt ist, in einen Magazinschacht (12, 14, 16, 18, 90) eingesetzt zu werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit den Stapelenden zusammenwirkenden Stirnwände (108) des Behälters (100) entfernbar sind.
