Definitions

  • the invention relates to a machine for driving and pulling support wall elements, for. B. sheet piles, when digging trenches with the help of an excavator.
  • the trenches that are driven using such a machine are only open in the area of the machine and the driven support wall elements, so that predetermined work can be carried out safely in the protection of the machine in the open trench.
  • Pipeline sections e.g. B. of sewer pipes, sunk and connected to each other.
  • the excavator throws the trench back and in the direction of advance, the machine is shown in accordance with the excavator excavation.
  • end wall elements are often provided and have to be manipulated, which are specially arranged and furnished. That is not the subject of this invention.
  • the drive bars are double-function drive bars. They operate the retaining wall elements in one function, driving or pulling, in the other function driving and pulling the counter frame elements.
  • the support wall elements can be connected to the drive beams, which have corresponding support wall element receptacles.
  • the counter frame elements are in the area of their ends and in the area of the corners of the counter frame vertical, statically designed as tension and compression beams profile elements, which, for. B. are designed as box profiles connected, which on the other hand passed through recesses in the area of the driving elements and can be connected to these.
  • the support wall elements or the profile elements are connected to the drive beam with the aid of connecting bolts which are inserted into corresponding bolt receptacles.
  • the known measures are complex in terms of assembly and in terms of operation. From a functional point of view as well as in relation to the workflow when digging trenches, it is particularly disturbing that the counter frame elements cannot be operated during the driving in and pulling of the support wall elements - and vice versa.
  • the counter frame is designed as a closed, preformed frame structure, with which the profile elements are connected in an angle-resistant manner, as required by the guidance of the profile elements in the drive beam.
  • the invention has for its object to simplify a machine of the construction described and the intended purpose in terms of assembly and operation, in such a way that, if necessary and preferably during the driving and pulling of the support wall elements, the counter frame elements can also be operated - and vice versa.
  • the support wall elements can be connected to the drive beams via connecting bolts and corresponding bolt receptacles. But it can also with, for. B. hydraulically operated, clamping devices are integrated, which are integrated in the drive beam.
  • the drive beams are permanently connected to their actuators.
  • the counter frame elements can be permanently connected to the lifting and lowering drives, which is a considerable one assembly and operational simplification means.
  • - Driving beam means the driving and pulling movement of the driving beam, as is necessary for the manipulation of the support wall elements.
  • the actuators of the drive beams can be designed as cylinder / piston arrangements.
  • the lifting and lowering drives of the counter frame elements can also be designed as cylinder / piston arrangements. But you can also work with racks and gear drives or screw spindles and spindle drives. It is within the scope of the invention to make the arrangement such that the lifting and lowering drives of the counter frame elements are in turn guided on support wall elements that have already been driven in with the aid of guide auxiliary elements.
  • the lifting and lowering drives of the counter frame elements can in turn be guided on additional supports that have already been driven in with the aid of auxiliary guide elements.
  • the actuators of the drive beams on the one hand and the lifting and lowering drives of the counter frame elements on the other hand are designed as structurally independent and functionally independent drives.
  • the arrangement can also be such that the actuators of the drive beam and the lifting and lowering drives are designed as structurally uniform, functionally differentiated drives which can be controlled differently for the so-called drive beam travel and the counterframe travel on the other hand.
  • the actuators of the drive beam and the lifting and lowering drives are designed as double cylinder / piston arrangements, each with two piston rods, one of which is connected to the associated drive beam and the other to the associated counter frame element. You can carry the drive beam without function when driving the counter frame.
  • Another proposal of the invention is that the counter frame elements can be uncoupled from the drives during driving beam travel.
  • the machine frame can be used in different ways Be trained.
  • the machine frame here has the base frame elements and guide cross members connected thereto via supports for the counter frame profiles, the lifting and lowering drives being arranged in the region of the ends of the guide frame cross members. It is within the scope of the invention in this embodiment to design the vertical counter frame profiles as supporting wall elements. In this embodiment of the invention, the lifting and lowering drives can be designed differently.
  • the lifting and lowering drives will be designed as cylinder / piston arrangements.
  • An embodiment of the invention of the structure described last is distinguished by simplicity and functional reliability, the counterframe and the vertical counterframe profiles being combined to form a sufficiently angularly rigid frame profile, in which the guide crossbars, preferably again angularly rigid, are integrated in the bonded state, while the drive beams from it
  • the framework must be operated independently, and vice versa.
  • the machine shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is used for driving in and pulling support wall elements 1, z. B. sheet piles, when digging trenches with the help of an excavator.
  • the basic structure includes a machine frame 2 which has two floor frame elements 3 which run in the longitudinal direction of the trench and are arranged along the edge of the trench and cross members 4 which connect the floor frame elements 3.
  • the machine frame 2 is set up for guiding the support wall elements 1, which is implemented, for example, in the way that results from a comparative examination of FIGS. 1 and 2.
  • This comparative view also shows a counter frame 5 which has two counter frame elements 6, which are arranged in the excavated trench and run in the longitudinal direction of the trench and can be raised and lowered in the trench, on which the supporting wall elements 1 can be supported.
  • the basic structure also includes a drive beam 7 arranged in the machine frame 2 on each side of the trench edge, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the trench and to the one to be driven or pulled Support wall elements 1 with connecting devices 8 can be connected individually or together.
  • the drive beams 7 are arranged in the machine frame 2 and can be raised and lowered with the aid of drive devices 9.
  • the drive beams 7 are single-function drive beams. They have a drive device 9 for the drive beam travel, ie the up and down movement of the drive beams 7, of actuators 10 arranged in the region of the ends of the drive beams 7, which are connected on the one hand to the drive beam 7 and on the other hand supported or suspended in the machine frame 2 and controllable for the drive beam travel .
  • the basic structure also includes counterframe elements 6, which are free from the drive beam 7 and are connected to lifting and lowering drives 11 in the region of their ends. They are also led by them.
  • the lifting and lowering drives 11 are fastened to the machine frame 2 and can be controlled for the counter frame travel.
  • the arrangement is otherwise made so that the counter frame elements 6 are connected transversely to their longitudinal direction via expansion elements 12.
  • These expansion elements 12 can be designed so that the counter frame elements 6 are movable against the support wall elements 1.
  • the actuators 10 of the drive beam 7 are designed as cylinder / piston arrangements.
  • lifting and lowering drives 11 of the counter frame elements 6 are designed as cylinder / piston arrangements. The arrangement is specifically such that the lifting and lowering drives 11 of the counter frame elements 6 are in turn guided to support wall elements 1 that have already been driven in with the aid of guide aids 13. However, one could also guide the lifting and lowering drives 11 of the counter frame elements 6 via additional supports which are driven in with the aid of guide auxiliary elements.
  • the actuators 10 of the drive beam 7 on the one hand and the lifting and lowering drives 11 of the counter frame elements 6 on the other hand are designed as structurally independent and functionally independent drives.
  • the actuators 10 of the drive beam 7 and the lifting and lowering drives 11 are designed as structurally uniform, but functionally differentiated drives which can be controlled differently for the so-called drive beam travel on the one hand and the counter frame travel on the other hand.
  • the actuators 10 of the drive beam 7 and the lifting and lowering drives 11 are designed as double cylinder / piston assemblies 14, each with two piston rods 15, one of which on the assigned drive beam 7 and the other of which is connected to the assigned counter frame element 6.
  • the drive beam 7 can be carried functionless when driving the counter frame, the counter frame elements 6 can be uncoupled from the drives when driving the beam.
  • FIG. 4 An embodiment of a machine according to the invention, which is particularly simple in terms of assembly and operation, is shown in FIG. 4.
  • the counter frame elements 6 are connected in the region of their ends to vertical counter frame profiles 17, which in turn are guided in the machine frame 2, wherein the lifting and lowering drives 11 are arranged between the machine frame 2 and the counter frame profiles 17.
  • the machine frame 2 can have the base frame elements 3 and guide crosspieces 19 for the counter frame profiles 17 connected thereto via supports 18, as shown in the figure.
  • the lifting and lowering drives 11 are arranged in the region of the ends of the guide cross members 19.
  • the vertical counter frame profiles 17 can be designed as supporting wall elements.
  • the lifting and lowering drives 11 are cylinder / piston arrangements in the exemplary embodiment.
  • the counter frame 5 and the vertical counter frame profiles 17 are combined to form a sufficiently angularly rigid frame structure 5, 17, in which, in the connected state, the guide cross members 19, preferably also angularly rigid, are integrated. It can be seen from FIG. 4 that the drive beams 7 can be operated independently of the frame structure 5, 17, 19, and vice versa.
  • FIG. 2 For a further understanding of the embodiment according to FIG. 4, reference is made to FIG. 2, from which the person skilled in the art will see how the embodiment according to FIG. 4 would look in a section corresponding to FIG. 2.
