Claims (13)
- Straßenfertiger (F) mit elektrischen Antrieben für Funktionskomponenten, mit einem aus Verbrennungsmotor (13) und Drehstromgenerator (14) gebildeten Primärantriebsaggregat (13, 14) für die elektrischen Antriebe (4, 6, 10, 19, 20, 33), und mit einem ein Fahrwerk (2, 2') aufweisenden Chassis (1), an dem in Arbeitsfahrtrichtung (A) vorne ein Gutbehälter (9) und hinten eine Querverteileinrichtung (7) vorgesehen sind, zwischen denen auf dem Chassis (1) das Primärantriebsaggregat (13, 14) und ein Führerstand (11) angeordnet sind, wobei das Primärantriebsaggregat (13, 14) elektrisch mit Frequenzumrichtern (15) für die Antriebe (4, 6, 10, 19, 20, 33) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Primärantriebsaggregat (13, 14) eine eigenständige Baueinheit (B') bildet, die in Arbeitsfahrtrichtung (A) hinter dem Führerstand (11) und abnehmbar angeordnet ist, und daß die Frequenzumrichter (15) in die Baueinheit (B') eingegliedert und über lösbare Kupplungen mit dem Antrieben verbunden sind.
- Straßenfertiger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führerstand (11) in einer geschlossenen Fahrerkabine (12) auf dem an den Gutbehälter (9) angrenzenden Vorderende des Chassis (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Straßenfertiger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Frequenzumrichter (15) hinter oder neben dem Primärantriebsaggregat (13, 14) auf dem Chassis (1) angeordnet und elektrisch mit den als Asynchronmotoren ausgebildeten Antrieben verbunden sind.
- Straßenfertiger nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Frequenzumrichter (15) über eine lösbare Kupplung (28) mit dem Primärantriebsaggregat (13, 14) verbunden und am Chassis (1) angebracht sind.
- Straßenfertiger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Chassis (1) und an der Baueinheit (B') zur Zusammenwirkung bringbare, lösbare Befestigungselemente (25, 26) vorgesehen sind.
- Straßenfertiger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Primärantriebsaggregat (13, 14) in der Baueinheit (B') quer zur Arbeitsfahrtrichtung (A) angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise mit querliegender Kurbelwellenachse des Verbrennungsmotors (13) und querliegender Achse des Drehstromgenerators (14).
- Straßenfertiger nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Primärantriebsaggregat (13, 14) in der Baueinheit (B') von einem, vorzugsweise abnehmbaren oder zerlegbaren, Kapselgehäuse (16) umschlossen ist.
- Straßenfertiger nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Brennstofftank und eine Starterbatterie des Verbrennungsmotors (13) in der Baueinheit (B') enthalten sind.
- Straßenfertiger nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß anstelle der abgenommenen Baueinheit (B') eine Kabeltrommel (30) mit abspulbarem und an die Frequenzumrichter (15) anschließbarem Versorgungskabel (31) für die elektrischen Antriebe auf das Chassis (1) aufsetz- und festlegbar ist.
- Straßenfertiger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Baueinheit (B') als eigenständiges vom Straßenfertiger getrennt betreibbares Drehstrom-Versorgungsaggregat ausgebildet ist.
- Straßenfertiger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Baueinheit (B') Anschlüsse (23, 24) für ein Hebezeug aufweist.
- Straßenfertiger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Fahrerkabine (12) Steuer- und Überwachungseinrichtungen für das Primärantriebsaggregat (13, 14) vorgesehen sind, die trennbar (35) mit dem Primärantriebsaggregat (13, 14) verbunden sind.
- Straßenfertiger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fahrerkabine (12) anhebbar oder kippbar am Chassis (1) angebracht ist.
