Fig. 1 zeigt die erfindungsgemässe Einrichtung 1 zur Bildung eines sich senkrecht zu den stehend aneinandergereihten Druckbogen erstreckenden Stapels.
Die Druckbogen werden beim vorliegenden Beispiel über eine Fördervorrichtung 2, nachdem sie zuvor zentriert bzw. ausgerichtet und anschliessend der vorhandene Falz nachgepresst worden sind, in Form eines Schuppenstromes oder von sich folgenden Teilschuppenströmen, welche die Länge des herzustellenden Stapels bestimmen, in etwa senkrechter Richtung von oben einer horizontalen Stapelauflage 3 zugeführt. Dabei werden die Druckbogen bei mehrblättriger Ausführung mit dem Falz voraus auf der Stapelauflage 3 etwa senkrecht abgesetzt und an einem sich am Ende der Fördereinrichtung 2 befindenden, verschiebbaren Tragwerk 4, welches eine das vordere Ende des Stapels bildende Endplatte 5 trägt, auf der Stapelauflage 3 stapelbildend aufgestaut, wobei das Tragwerk 4 an einer sich entlang der Stapelauflage 3 parallel erstreckenden Führungsanordnung 6 mit der Geschwindigkeit des Stapelaufbaus angetrieben ist. In Fig. 2 ist auf diese Situation hingewiesen.
Eine neben dem Förderende der Fördervorrichtung 2 ausserhalb der wirksamen Stapelauflage 3 aktivierbare Trennvorrichtung 8 wird zwischen zwei der zugeführten Druckbogen eingelegt, sobald sich der vordere der beiden bestimmten Druckbogen wenigstens annähernd auf der Stapelauflage 3 befindet. Dieser Vorgang erfolgt durch ein Versetzen der Trennvorrichtung 8 in Richtung der Stapelbildung und kann hinsichtlich Zuverlässigkeit begünstigt werden, wenn vor dem Förderende der Fordervorrichtung 2 der Schuppenstrom durch eine Lückenbildungsvorrichtung in Teilschuppenströme unterbrochen wird oder zwischen zwei Durckbogen der Abstand vergrössert wird.
D.h. es ist zu beachten, dass das Mass der die Stapelauflage 3 überstehenden Trennelemente 9 geringer ist als der Schuppenabstand zweier Druckbogen.
Die Trennvorrichtung 8 ist paarweise mit Abstand quer zur Richtung der Stapelbildung angeordnet und jede Trennvorrichtung 8 weist wiederum zwei aus einem Trenn- 9 und einem Stützelement 10 gebildete Teilpaare auf, die längs der Stapelauflage sich spiegelbildlich gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.1 shows the device 1 according to the invention for forming a stack which extends perpendicularly to the printed sheets which are lined up in a standing manner.

Daraufhin werden die die Trennelemente 9 begleitenden Stützelemente 10 in den Spalt eingefahren, soweit, dass sie das entstehende hintere Ende des vorauslaufenden von dem vorderen Ende des folgenden Stapels 7 stürzend trennen können. Fig. 3 zeigt die Trenn - 9 und Stützelemente 10 (hilfsweise) seitlich versetzt, obschon sie quer zur Stapelbewegungsrichtung etwa fluchtend angeordnet sind.
Bei ausgestossenen Stützelementen 10 werden die Trennelemente 9 aus dem Stapel 7 zurückgezogen, wie dies in Fig. 4 veranschaulicht ist. Während die hinteren Stützelemente 10 das vordere Ende eines sich erneut bildenden Stapels begrenzen, folgen die vorderen Stützelemente 10 an der Rückseite des vollständigen Stapels 7.
Wie Fig. 1 veranschaulicht, kann die Stapelauflage 3 wenigstens im vorderen Bereich des Stapelbildungsabschnittes durch in Stapelbildungsrichtung endlos angetriebene Bänder 45 ausgebildet sein, sodass eine wahlweise Vorverdichtung des Stapels 7 erzielt werden kann.
Der Antrieb der Bänder 45 kann sowohl unabhängig wie auch abhängig von der Stapelbildungsgeschwindigkeit erfolgen.
Nach einer auf der Stapelauflage 3 zurückgelegten Wegstrecke wird mit einem weiteren Tragwerk 11, das ebenso wie Tragwerk 4 auf der Führungsanordnung 6 verschoben wird, eine das hintere Ende des vorauslaufenden Stapels 7 bildende Endplatte 12 aus einem seitlichen Magazin 13 gehoben und hinter den Stapel 7 etwa an den Stützelementen 10 anlehnend eingebaut. Sodann können die Stützelemente 10 unterhalb die Stapelauflage 3 abgesenkt werden, worauf der Stapel 7 mit der Rückseite an der Endplatte 12 anliegt. In Fig. 4 ist das vorläufige Anheben der Endplatte 12 aus einem Plattenmagazin 13 auf etwa die Höhe der Stapelauflage 3 dargestellt.

Die Führungsanordnung 6 besteht u.a. aus zwei sich parallel gegenüberliegenden, in Richtung Stapelbildung verlaufenden, an einem Maschinenständer oder -gestell befestigten kulissenförmigen Führungsschienen 19, 20, an denen die Tragwerke 4 und 11 fahrbar gelagert sind. Zu diesem Zweck ist ein tischförmiger Support 21 vorgesehen, an dem die Antriebs- und Betätigungsorgane befestigt sind. Ein jeweils am Support 21 angeschraubter Adapter 22 weist einen Lagerzapfen 23 auf, an dem eine in die Führungsschiene 20 eingreifende Rolle 24 dreht.
Die oberhalb der Stapelauflage 3 zu dieser parallel verlaufende Führungsanordnung 6 für die Tragwerke 4, 11 gilt ebenso als Aufhängevorrichtung der Antriebs- und Betätigungsorgane der erfindungsgemässen Einrichtung.
Die Führungsanordnung 6 weist wenigstens annähernd die Länge der Produktionsstrecke eines Stapels vom Auftreffen des Schuppenstromes auf der Stapelauflage 3 bis zum fertigen Stapel 7 am Ende einer Presse 25 auf. Die Supports 21 der Tragwerke 4, 11 überstehen seitlich die Stapelauflage 3 und weisen an ihrer Unterseite eine quer zur Bewegungsrichtung der Tragwerke 4, 11 sich erstreckende Führungsstange 26 auf, die an beiden seitlichen Supportenden befestigt ist. An der Führungsstange 26 jeden Tragwerks 4, 11 sind jeweils zwei nach unten ragende Zangenteile 27, 28 seitenverschiebbar gelagert, wobei die seitliche Bewegungsstrecke eines Zangenteils 27, 28 etwa von der senkrechten Ebene in der Längsmittelachse der Stapelauflage 3 bis an den seitlichen Rand des Supports 21 bemessen ist. Hierbei ist der dem Zangenteil 28 zur Entnahme der Endplatte 12 aus dem Magazin 13 zugeordnete Führungsstangenabschnitt länger ausgebildet.
Die seitliche Verschiebung der Zangenteile 27, 28 an der Führungsstange 26 erfolgt über ein Zugmittelgetriebe 29, das antriebsseitig mit einem Motor 30 verbunden ist. Das Zugmittelgetriebe 29 besteht aus jeweils einem Antriebsrad 31 an der Motorwelle und einem an dem Zangenteil 27, 28 gelagerten Zahnrad 32, die um senkrechte Achsen rotieren und durch einen Zahnriemen 33 antriebsverbunden sind.
Selbstverständlich könnten an Stelle eines Getriebemotors 30 und Zugmittelgetrieben 29 zum seitlichen Antrieb der Zangenteile wenigstens teilweise pneumatische oder hydraulische Betätigungsmittel wie Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten eingesetzt werden, sofern sie sich für einen Synchronantrieb eignen.7 shows an embodiment according to the device 1 according to the invention, in particular the

Die Stabilisierung der Zangenteile 27, 28 hinsichtlich der einen Stapel bildenden Bewegungsrichtung wird - wie in Fig. 8 näher gezeigt - durch einen an einem mit dem Zangenteil 27, 28 verbundenen, am freien Ende eine in eine Führungskulisse 34 eingreifende Laufrolle 35 aufweisenden Ausleger 36 erzielt, wobei die Führungskulisse 34 an der Unterseite des Supports 21, an dessen quer zur Stapelbewegungsrichtung verlaufenden Seite befestigt ist. Die Querführung der Zangenteile 27, 28 wird durch deren (lösbare) Befestigung an dem an der Führungsstange 26 verschiebbar gelagerten Ausleger 36 erreicht. An der Führungsanordnung 6 sind zur Produktion von Stapeln 7 insgesamt vier der eben als möglich beschriebenen Antriebseinheiten für die seitliche Bewegung der Zangenteile 27, 28, d.h. jeweils zwei Antriebseinheiten für ein Tragwerk 4, 11 vorgesehen.
Aufgrund des bei einer einfachen Umreifung zwischen den Zangenteilen 27, 28 hindurchzuführenden Bandes sind die einzelnen Zangenteile 27, 28 oberhalb des strichpunktiert angedeuteten Stapels 7 durch benachbarte Ausnehmungen ausgebildet, die einen Freiraum 43 für die obere Bandführung 44 bilden.
Fig. 7 vermittelt die seitlichen Endpositionen der Zangenteile 27, 28 einerseits mit ausgezogenem Strich in der Stapelbildungsstellung (innen) und andererseits strichpunktiert in der Rücklaufstellung eines Tragwerkes 4, 11 (aussen), wobei Zangenteil 28 in der seitlich versetzten Lage zur Aufnahme von Endplatten 12 aus dem Endplattenmagazin 13 eine weiter entfernte Seitenlage aufweist.The stabilization of the
