Abstract

Eine Warenhalterung (1) für längliche Gegenstände, insbesondere Leuchtstoffröhren (10), umfaßt eine Umhüllung mit einem Haltebereich (5), der gegenüber dem Querschnitt des zu haltenden Gegenstandes paßfähig und mit einem elastischen Element (12) versehen ist, daß zwischen der Umhüllung und dem Gegenstand eine reibschlüssige Verbindung bewirkt. Die Umhüllung wird durch eine Faltschachtel gebildet, die einteilig oder mehrteilig ausgebildet und mit Durchsichtöffnungen oder Haltelaschen zur Einhängung in einer Warenauslage versehen sein kann. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Warenhalterung für längliche Gegenstände, insbesondere für Leuchtstoffröhren, zur Präsentation der Gegenstände in einer Warenauslage. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Leuchtstoffröhre, die zu Verkaufszwecken mit einer solchen Warenhalterung versehen ist.
  • Elektroartikel und insbesondere auch Leuchtmittel für den täglichen Gebrauch werden in entsprechenden Verbrauchermärkten in Warenauslagen für die Selbstbedienung angeboten. Derartige Warenauslagen bestehen häufig aus Warenständern, die mit einem Stab oder Bügel versehen sind, an dem die verpackte Ware eingehängt oder aufgeschoben werden kann. Dabei ist die Ware üblicherweise fest in die Verpackung integriert, die sowohl als Schutz vor Beschädigungen als auch als Informationsträger dient.
  • Das Verpackungskonzept hat sich in jüngster Zeit dahingehend verändert, daß der für die Warenverpackung und - halterung erforderliche Materialaufwand nach Möglichkeit minimiert und eine Beschränkung auf möglichst wenige voneinander trennbare Materialien angestrebt wird.
  • Bei herkömmlichen Verpackungen von Elektroartikeln, insbesondere von Leuchtmitteln, stellen vor allem die Verpackungsmenge und die Verwendung von durchsichtigem Kunststoff wegen der damit einhergehenden aufwendigen Handhabung und schwierigen Materialwiederverwertung Probleme dar.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine einfach herstellbare Warenhalterung für längliche Gegenstände bereitzustellen, die eine sichere Halterung gewährleistet und die materialsparend gestaltet und leicht entsorgbar ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Warenhalterung mit den im Hauptanspruch enthaltenen Merkmalen gelöst.
  • Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen der erfindungsgemäßen Warenhalterung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
  • Einzelheiten besonderer Ausführungsformen der Erfindung werden im folgenden anhand der beigefügten Figuren beschrieben. Es zeigen:

    eine weitere Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Warenhalterung als Materialzuschnitt; und
    Fig. 3
    eine erfindungsgemäße Faltschachtel.
  • Die Warenhalterung wird durch eine Umhüllung gebildet, die in einem Haltebereich unter der Wirkung eines elastischen Elements mit dem gehalterten Gegenstand in reibschlüssiger Verbindung steht. In Figur 1 ist die Umhüllung als Materialzuschnitt für eine Faltschachtel für den Fall gezeigt, daß in dieser eine Leuchtstoffröhre gehaltert werden soll. Die Umhüllung wird aus dem Materialzuschnitt 1 mit sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Falzlinien 2 (gestrichelt) gebildet. Im oberen Endbereich des in Figur 1 gezeigten Materialzuschnitts 1 ist eine Lasche 4 angebracht, die eine Ausstanzung 5 aufweist, die der Aufhängung der Warenhalterung an den Stangen oder Bügeln einer Warenauslage dient. Die einzelnen Felder 6 bis 9 des Zuschnitts definieren die Seitenflächen 7, die Frontseite 6 bzw. 8 und die Rückseite 8 bzw. 6 der Faltschachtel, die Ziffer 9 bezeichnet eine Lasche zum Verkleben mit der Fläche 6 und Fixieren der Form. Die Anordnung der Ausstanzung 5 auf Lasche 4 erspart eine weitere Ausstanzung auf der Rückseite.
  • Figur 2 zeigt einen weiteren Materialzuschnitt für eine als Faltschachtel ausgeführte Umhüllung, wobei im Unterschied zu Fig.1 Durchsichtsöffnungen 3 vorgesehen sind. Die Öffnungen 3 befinden sich in den Kantenbereichen der aus dem Zuschnitt 1 gebildeten Faltschachtel auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten, so daß die Stange oder der Bügel einer Warenauslage hindurchgesteckt werden kann. Die Flächen 6 und 7 bilden die Seitenflächen der Faltschachtel, die Lasche 9 dient zum Verkleben mit Fläche 6.
  • Die Enden der Faltschachtel gemäß Fig. 1 und 2 sind offen gestaltet. Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform besitzt die Faltschachtel einen über die gesamte Länge gleichbleibenden vieleckigen Querschnitt, dessen Innenabmessung nur wenig größer als der Außendurchmesser der zu halternden Leuchtstoffröhre ist. Damit kann das elastische Element (nicht dargestellt) zur Bewirkung der reibschlüssigen Verbindung zwischen der Faltschachtel und der Leuchtstoffröhre in beliebiger Position an der Halterung angebracht werden.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt eine weitere erfindungsgemäße Faltschachtel, wie sie insbesondere zum Verpacken und Präsentieren von Leuchtstoffröhren zum Einsatz kommt. Die Faltpackung wird aus einem Materialzuschnitt gefertigt, der im wesentlichen mit dem in Fig. 1 gezeigten übereinstimmt. In dieser Ausführungsform besitzt die Faltpackung eine Lasche 4, die sich als Verlängerung der Rückseite 4 und der Seiten 7 darstellt. Die Einbeziehung der Seiten 7 in die Lasche 4 bringt eine bessere Stabilisierung mit sich, die die in der Faltschachtel 1 mit Hilfe eines Gummibandes reibschlüssig gehaltene Ware vor Beschädigung schützt, insbesondere, wenn die Ware unbeabsichtigt zu Boden fällt.
  • Unterhalb der Faltschachtel 1 ist eine Leuchtstoffröhre 10 (abgebrochen) mit Kontaktstiften 11 und einem im Endbereich umlaufenden Gummiband 12 dargestellt, die zu Verpackungszwecken in Pfeilrichtung in die Faltschachtel 1 eingeschoben und darin reibschlüssig durch das Gummiband 12 gehalten wird.
  • Die Ausstanzung 5 in der Lasche 4 dient der Aufnahme der Stange oder des Bügels einer Warenauslage, wie sie üblicherweise in Selbstbedienungsmärkten zu finden sind. Bei Leuchtstoffröhren wird ein zusätzlicher Stabilisierungs- und Führungseffekt der Ware in der Warenauslage dadurch erzielt, daß die Kontaktstifte der Röhre in den Bereich der Ausstanzung und damit des Warenträgers hineinragen und damit in Wechselwirkung treten. Im Falle einer Stange als Warenträger findet diese sich zwischen den Kontaktstiften, im Falle eines Bügels befinden sich die Kontaktstifte im Zwischenraum des Bügels.
  • Gegenüber den in den Figuren dargestellten Ausführungsformen sind die folgenden Modifikationen möglich. Es ist möglich, die Umhüllung zweiteilig zu gestalten, so daß jeweils an beiden Enden der Leuchtstofflampe eine Faltschachtel derart vorgesehen ist, daß im Mittelbereich rund 3/4 der Leuchtstoffröhre frei bleiben. Damit ergibt sich in vorteilhafter Weise die Anwendbarkeit von Warenhalterungen einer Größe auf Leuchtstofflampen verschiedener Länge. In diesem Fall ist es notwendig, zwei elastische Elemente zur Herstellung der Verbindung zwischen Warenhalterung und Leuchtstofflampe anzubringen. Die beiden Faltschachteln an den Enden können beispielsweise durch zwei, den Figuren 1 und 2 entsprechende Umhüllungen oder durch zwei baugleiche Schachteln gemäß Figur 1 oder Figur 2 gebildet werden. Der über das Ende der Leuchtstoffröhre hinausragende Teil der Umhüllung schützt gleichzeitig das besonders empfindliche Ende der Leuchtstoffröhre vor Beschädigung.
  • Es ist möglich, die Durchsichtöffnungen 3 für das Einhängen der mit der Faltschachtel versehenen Leuchtstoffröhre an einem Haken in der Warenauslage vorzusehen oder die Durchsichtöffnungen 3 und die Lasche 4 an einem Ende der Faltschachtel gemeinsam anzubringen. Weiterhin ist es möglich, die Umhüllung an mindestens einem Ende mit einem Faltverschluß zu versehen.
  • In jedem Fall kann das elastische Element durch ein einfaches Gummiband gebildet werden, dessen Anordnung in Längsrichtung der Ware beliebig ist. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, für die Anbringung des elastischen Elementes geeignete Ausnehmungen in die Faltschachtel zu stanzen, um das elastische Element an einer bestimmten Position zu fixieren.
  • Die Warenhalterung kann aus Kartonmaterial oder einer geeignet formbaren Kunststoffumhüllung bestehen und einstückig z.B. durch Stanzen hergestellt werden.
  • Bei Waren mit äußeren Formen, die von denen der Leuchtkörper von Leuchtstofflampen abweichen, ist es möglich, die Gestalt der Faltschachtel an die Form des zu verpackenden Gegenstandes anzupassen. Weiterhin ist es möglich, den Querschnitt der Faltschachtel in Längsrichtung der Ware zu variieren.
  • Die Verwendung der Warenhalterung erfolgt derart, daß die Faltschachtel auf die Leuchtstoffröhre mit umgelegtem Gummiband aufgeschoben wird. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, bei komplizierter aufgebauten Gegenständen die Faltschachtel zunächst in in Längsrichtung offenem Zustand um die Ware herumzulegen und dann mit geeigneten Eingriffselementen oder durch Verkleben zu schließen.
  • Das Äußere der Warenhalterung kann, insbesondere falls diese aus Karton besteht, in einfacher Weise mit Informationen bedruckt werden, die den gehalterten Gegenstand betreffen.

Claims (9)

  1. Warenhalterung für längliche Gegenstände, insbesondere Leuchtstoffröhren, gekennzeichnet durch eine Umhüllung (1) mit wenigstens einem Haltebereich, in dem die Umhüllung (1) gegenüber dem Querschnitt des Gegenstandes paßfähig ist und in dem ein elastisches Element vorgesehen ist, das zwischen der Umhüllung und dem Gegenstand eine reibschlüssige Verbindung bewirkt.
  2. Warenhalterung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umhüllung eine mindenstens an einem Ende offene Faltschachtel (1) ist.
  3. Warenhalterung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umhüllung als Faltschachtel (1) zweiteilig ausgebildet ist, wobei zwei Haltebereiche mit jeweils einem elastischen Element vorgesehen sind.
  4. Warenhalterung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umhüllung (1) aus Kartonmaterial gebildet ist.
  5. Warenhalterung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Element ein Gummiband ist.
  6. Warenhalterung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umhüllung als Faltschachtel ausgebildet ist und an mindestens einem Ende der Faltschachtel (1) Durchsichtöffnungen (3) oder eine Lasche (4) mit einer Ausstanzung (5) vorgesehen ist, die das Einhängen in den Bügel einer Warenauslage erlaubt.
  7. Warenhalterung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lasche (4) sich auf die Seitenflächen (7) der Faltschachtel (1) erstreckt.
  8. Leuchtstoffröhre mit einer Warenhalterung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche.
  9. Leuchtstoffröhre nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie die Warenhalterung an beiden Enden aufweist.
