En correspondance d'un élément d'arrêt (2) des moyens de chargement (C) du couplé, le mouvement du tapis (1) vient interrompu, pour consentir l'intervention des deux bras mécaniques (3) lesquels accrochent le couplé et le tranferent en position centrale sousjacente la moule (4), à commande de l'ordinateur (E). Donc, au moyen des têtes operatrices (T), opportunément prédisposées dans la position de travail requise par le type de production à exécuter, commence la phase d'application de la feuille de revêtement sur les parois latérales de la boïte. Plus précisément, pendant la descente programmée de la même tige (7), au moyen du moteur (M1) commandé par l'ordinateur (E), d'abord la moule (4) vient introduite dans la boïte et ensuite, avec l'ultérieure descente programmée de la même tige (7), la boïte est interceptée oar les brosses (8) et (9), lesquelles agissent en manière de permettre au revêtement de adhèrer sur les parois latérales plus longues de la boïte en mouvement.
Successivament, avec l'ultériore descente programmée de la tige (7) avec la moule (4) la boïte est placée en correspondance des brosses (10) lesquelles, avec la tige (7) arretée dans la position ainsi atteinte, éxecutent le pliage du correspondant bord du revêtement avant que les brosses (11) et (12) pourvoient à l'application du revêtemen de la boite, suivant une téchinique en soi déjà connue aux homme de metier. A la fin de cette phase, la tige (7) est ultérieurement baissée, à commande de l'ordinateur (E), pour permettre l'intervention de quatre spatules (13,14), lesquelle pourvoient à plier à 90° la restante portion du revêtement vers l'intérieur de la boïte, après quoi, toujours à commande de l'ordinateur (E), viens actionée la surforme (15), laquelle traine la portion du revêtement ainsi pliée à l'intérieur de la boïte. A ce point, advient le pressage véritable du revêtement contre les parois de la boïte, au moyen de aptes éléments façonnés (16) supportés par les têtes operatrices (T), en soi connus, à commande de l'ordinateur (E). Au terme de cette operation, vient inversé le mouvement de la tige (7), par l'action d'un ressort hélycoïdal à axe vertical (19) coaxial à la même tige (7), de façon à transferir la boïte maintenant supportée par le surforme (15), avec le revêtement ainsi appliqué, dans la position initiale de chargement, pour en consentir l'extraction au moyen des tiges (21). Terminée la phase d'extraction de la boïte finie, le même système de chargement pourvoit à son expulsion de la machine et charge la successive boïte à revêtir. More precisely, during the programmed descent of the same rod (7), by means of the motor (M1) controlled by the computer (E), first the mold (4) is introduced into the box and then, with the subsequent programmed descent of the same rod (7), the box is intercepted by the brushes (8) and (9), which act so as to allow the coating to adhere to the longer side walls of the moving box.
Successively, with the ulterior programmed descent of the rod (7) with the mold (4) the box is placed in correspondence with the brushes (10) which, with the rod (7) stopped in the position thus reached, execute the folding of the corresponding edge of the coating before the brushes (11) and (12) provide for the application of the coating of the box, according to a technique in itself already known to those skilled in the art. At the end of this phase, the rod (7) is later lowered, at the command of the computer (E), to allow the intervention of four spatulas (13,14), which can fold the remaining portion at 90 ° from the coating towards the inside of the box, after which, always at the control of the computer (E), the actuated overform (15) which drags the portion of the covering thus folded inside the box. At this point, the real pressing of the coating takes place against the walls of the box, by means of suitable shaped elements (16) supported by the operating heads (T), known per se, controlled by the computer (E). At the end of this operation, the movement of the rod (7) is reversed, by the action of a helical spring with vertical axis (19) coaxial with the same rod (7), so as to transfer the box now supported by the overform (15), with the coating thus applied, in the initial loading position, to allow its extraction by means of the rods (21). Finished the extraction phase of the finished box, the same loading system provides for its expulsion from the machine and loads the successive box to be coated. The final removal of the finished manufactured product from the machine is achieved by means of a separate system of conveyor belts.
