Claims (6)
- Bloc-cylindres en fonte grise pour un moteur à combustion interne, avec au moins deux cylindres limitrophes (2) qui sont entourés par une chemise d'eau (3) et qui s'appuient sur la partie supérieure du carter-moteur, et dans lequel le côté extérieur de la chemise d'eau (3) présente chaque fois, dans le plan de séparation entre deux cylindres (2), une nervure de renforcement (7) qui se prolonge respectivement jusque dans la région du palier de vilebrequin et qui présente une section en forme de U, le côté intérieur du profil en U s'étendant chaque fois, à son extrémité supérieure, dans le prolongement de l'alésage (8) pour le boulon de culasse et atteignant, à l'extrémité inférieure, l'alésage (9) pour les boulons de fixation du palier de vilebrequin sur l'entretoise de palier (4).
- Bloc-cylindres selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les nervures de renforcement s'étendent respectivement sur le côté supérieur de l'entretoise de palier (4) jusque dans la région de base (5) du bloc-cylindres.
- Bloc-cylindres selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une nervure d'enveloppe respective (11), se raccordant à la nervure de renforcement (7) de la région de base (5), est prévue dans le plan de séparation sur le côté intérieur de l'enveloppe de carter (6).
- Bloc-cylindres selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la nervure d'enveloppe (11) présente un profil à section en U.
- Bloc-cylindres selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une des nervures de renforcement (7) à section en U est, au moins dans la région du cylindre voisin (2), réalisée au moyen d'un élément de recouvrement (13) sous forme de canal fermé, qui est pourvu à l'extrémité supérieure, dans la région du plan de raccordement (15) pour la culasse, d'une ouverture d'admission (16), et à l'extrémité inférieure d'une ouverture d'évacuation (19), et qui constitue un canal de retour.
- Bloc-cylindres selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le canal de retour d'huile se prolonge, dans la région située en dessous du cylindre (2), sous la forme d'un canal prémoulé sur l'enveloppe de carter (6).
