  • This process in conjunction with the described machine, enable following further advantages to be achieved: simpler bending process, shorter bending times, use of a single anvil for a greater number of inclination or bending angles, easier programming of the whole machine by using the possibilities offered in this connection by the numerical-control technology, simpler and easier implementation of the process, greater operational safety and reliability.

Claims (4)

  1. Machine de pliage pour plier une plaque de matière façonnable à la presse, comprenant des moyens (4) de maintien d'ébauche pour maintenir fermement la plaque (1) sur le plan horizontal entre lesdits moyens de maintien d'ébauche et une enclume (2) appropriée, et un outil en forme de couteau (11) pour pratiquer l'opération de pliage, ledit outil (11) étant capable d'effectuer une première phase de pliage par un mouvement de pure translation et une deuxième phase de pliage par un mouvement combiné de translation et de rotation, dans laquelle, dans la première phase de pliage, la partie de bord de la plaque est pliée d'un angle de 90° et, dans la deuxième phase de pliage, l'angle de pliage est augmenté jusqu'à un angle quelconque supérieur à 90°, et comprenant un piston de commande (3) qui est relié auxdits moyens de maintien d'ébauche (4) par un autre ergot (5a) qui permet seulement audit piston (3) de se déplacer perpendiculairement auxdits moyens de maintien d'ébauche, caractérisée en ce que
    - l'outil en forme de couteau (11) est lié rigidement à un levier de commande (11a) tournant sur une tige (10) dont la position est fixe par rapport audit piston de commande (3),
    - ledit levier (11a) s'étend dans un interstice entre ledit piston et lesdits moyens de maintien d'ébauche (4),
    - ledit levier est actionné par prise de la tête d'un ergot (6), monté sur les moyens de maintien d'ébauche ou le levier, avec l'autre des moyens de maintien d'ébauche et du levier.
  2. Machine de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un premier ressort (5) est prévu pour maintenir séparé de manière élastique le piston (3) des moyens de maintien d'ébauche (4) et un deuxième ressort (14) est prévu pour maintenir séparé de manière élastique le piston (3) de la partie du levier opposée à la partie de liaison dudit outil en forme de couteau.
  3. Machine de pliage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit outil en forme de couteau (11) est muni d'une face inférieure (12) qui est substantiellement plane, et son extrémité (13) orientée en direction desdits moyens de maintien d'ébauche présente un angle aigu.
  4. Machine de pliage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la distance entre le bord inférieur (12) et la plaque (1) est inférieure à la distance entre les points de contact correspondants sur la tête (7) dudit ergot (6) et la butée (8) dudit levier (11a), lorsque ledit piston de commande (3) est dans la position la plus haute possible.
