Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines schwimmenden Fußbodens aus bewehrtem Beton, der vor Ort gegoßen wird und auf einem Unterboden (3) aufliegt in welchen leere Federkörper (1) vor dem Gießen des Betons, der den besagten schwimmenden Fußboden (2) bildet, eingesetzt werden
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vorgespannte Schraubenfedern (5) nach dem Trocknen des Fußbodens in die besagten Federkörper eingesetzt werden und die Entspannung dieser Federn eine progressive Hebung des Fußbodens im Bezug auf den Unterboden erlaubt und damit stellenweise elastische Stützpunkte mit tiefen Eigenfrequenzen geschaffen werden die der Erschütterungsdämmung dienen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federkörper nach der Inbetriebnahme des Fußbodens durch das Öffnen einer Luke, die als Deckel (8) bezeichnet wird, besichtigt werden können und, daß jeder Federkörper durch Betätigung der Schraube (7) ausgebaut und höheneingestellt werden kann.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federkörper besichtigbar, ausbaubar und einstellbar sind und so die Höhenausrichtung und die Frequenzabstimmung der Einrichtung möglich ist für den Fall, daß sich die Lasten oder die Erschütterungen während der Lebensdauer des Raumes ändern.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungen (4) auf den Federkörpern ihre Festverbindung mit dem Beton und seiner Bewehrung erlauben.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraubenfedern und das Innere der Federkörper korrosionsgeschützt sind.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Deckel (8) die Schraubenfederkörper an der Bodenoberfläche verschließt.
