Claims (23)
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung (1) zum Auftragen dünner Naßfilme auf einen kontinuierlich über eine Auflagefläche geführten Träger (25), mit einer Schlitzdüse (2) aus zumindest einer starren Lippe (6; 7) und zumindest einer elastischen Lippe (3; 4) aus einem Flachband, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die starre Lippe (6; 7) eine erste Fläche aufweist, die eine Innenseite eines Düsenschlitzes der Schlitzdüse (2) bildet, daß eine zweite Fläche der starren Lippe als schräge Außenseite der Schlitzdüse mit der ersten Fläche einen Neigungswinkel im Bereich von 20° bis 70° zu dem Düsenschlitz einschließt, daß eine rechtwinklig zu der ersten Fläche angeordnete Frontseite (16; 17, 18) die erste und zweite Fläche miteinander verbindet und eine Austrittsöffnung (5) der Schlitzdüse (2) begrenzt, und daß zumindest eine der elastischen Lippen (3; 4) an der schrägen Außenseite der Schlitzdüse anliegt und über die Frontseite (16; 17; 18) der Austrittsöffnung (5) vorsteht.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitzdüse (2) zwei starre Lippen (6, 7) aufweist, von denen jede eine Innenseite des Düsenschlitzes, eine schräge Außenseite und eine Frontseite (17, 18) umfaßt, die die Austrittsöffnung (5) der Schlitzdüse (2) begrenzt, daß zwei elastische Lippen (3, 4) vorhanden sind, von denen je eine austauschbar an jeder schrägen Außenseite befestigt ist und daß jede der beiden elastischen Lippen über die Frontseite (17, 18) der Austrittsöffnung (5) vorsteht.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Lippen (3, 4) auf den Außenseiten der starren Ober- und UnterLippe (6, 7) der Beschichtungsvorrichtung (1) austauschbar befestigt sind.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Klemmleisten (8, 9) vorhanden sind und daS zwischen jeder der Klemmleisten und der Außenseite der Ober- bzw. Unterlippe (6, 7) eine elastische Lippe (3, 4) festgeklemmt ist.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der elastischen Lippen (3, 4) maßgenaue Löcher (10, 11) aufweist und auf Paßstifte (12, 13) auf den Außenseiten der Beschichtungsvorrichtung (1) aufgeschoben ist und daß die mit Löchern versehenen Klemmleisten (8, 9) mittels Klemmschrauben (14, 15) mit den Paßstiften verschraubt sind.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmleisten (8, 9) aus einem magnetischen Werkstoff bestehen und durch magnetische Anziehung an die Außenseiten der Ober- und Unterlippe (6, 7) die elastischen Lippen (3, 4) festhalten.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material der elastischen Lippen (3, 4) Kunststoff, Metall oder Gummi ist.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Lippen aus Polyesterfolien mit einer Dicke von 50 bis 400 µm bestehen.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoff für die elastischen Lippen (3, 4) aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Polyamiden, Polyolefinen, perfluorierten Alkanen, ausgewählt ist.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gummi für die elastischen Lippen (3, 4) aus lösemittelresistenten Werkstoffen, wie fluorhaltigen Elastomeren, ausgewählt ist.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Metall für die elastischen Lippen (3, 4) aus der Gruppe Stahl, Messing, Nickel, Aluminium, Kupfer ausgewählt ist.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Klemmleisten (8, 9) mit einem Anschlag (21, 22) für die elastische Lippe (3, 4) ausgestattet ist und daS die Klemmleisten durch Stellschrauben (23, 24) auf den Außenseiten der Beschichtungsvorrichtung (1) verschiebbar und positionierbar sind.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden elastischen Lippen (3, 4) unterschiedlich weit über die Frontseiten (17, 18) der Austrittsöffnung (5) vorstehen.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daS die in Laufrichtung des Trägers (25) weiter hinten liegende elastische Lippe (3) um 25 bis 250 µm weiter von dem Träger (25) zurückversetzt ist als die in Laufrichtung des Trägers vordere Lippe (4).
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daS die beiden elastischen Lippen (3, 4) gleichen Abstand zum Träger besitzen.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Laufrichtung des Trägers (25) weiter hinten liegende elastische Lippe (3) näher zu dem Träger angeordnet ist als die in Laufrichtung des Trägers vordere Lippe (4) und daß der Abstand der vorderen elastischen Lippe (4) von dem Träger (25) gleich der einfachen bis doppelten Naßfilmdicke (d) ist.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Lippe (3) durch eine Klemmleiste (8), die mittels einer Klemmschraube (14) mit der schrägen Außenseite der starren Lippe (6) verschraubt ist, festgehalten ist und daß ein parallel zu der Klemmschraube (14) in der Oberlippe angeordneter Arretierungsstift (20) die Lippe (3) durchsetzt und lagefixiert.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Lippe (3) durch eine mittels zweier Klemmschrauben (14, 15) mit der Außenseite der starren Lippe (6) verbundenen Klemmleiste (8) festgehalten ist.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schrägen Außenseiten der Ober- und der Unterlippe der Schlitzdüse (2) jeweils einen Winkel im Bereich von 20° bis 70° mit einem Düsenspalt der Schlitzdüse (2) einschließen.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine elastische Lippe (3) parallel zu der Oberkante (26) der starren Unterlippe (7) der schlitzdüse (2) verläuft und zugleich die obere Begrenzungswand der Schlitzdüse (2) bildet und daß die andere elastische Lippe (4) an der schrägen Außenseite der Unterlippe (7) befestigt ist.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitzdüse (2) nur an einer der schrägen Außenseiten von Ober- und Unterlippe die elastische Lippe (3; 4) aufweist, während die andere Außenseite lippenlos ist.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lippen (3, 4) plan oder radienförmig, entsprechend der Krümmung der Auflagenfläche (19), über die der Träger geführt ist, geschliffen sind.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Spalt (27) zwischen den elastischen Lippen (3, 4) enger als der Düsenspalt der Schlitzdüse (2) ist.
