Claims (10)
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung mit einem Antragswerk zum Antragen einer Flüssigkeitsschicht auf ein bandförmiges Trägermaterial, das über eine Antragswalze geführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nahe den beiden Stirnflächern der Beschichtungsvorrichtung (1) je eine Kufe (4; 12) befestigt ist, die unter Druck an der Antragswalze (3) anliegt.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Kufen (4; 12) über Drehzapfen (7, 7) an dem Gehäuse (13) der Beschichtungsvorrichtung (1) drehbar angelenkt sind.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der beiden Kufen (4, 4) als Gleitkufe mit einem Gleitbelag (2) ausgestattet ist.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Kufe (12) als Rollenkufe mit zwei Rollen (14, 14) ausgerüstet ist und daß die Rollen (14, 14) auf der Mantelfläche der Antragswalze (3) aufliegen.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kufen (4; 12) an der Mantelfläche der Antragswalze (3) oder an den Rändern des bandförmigen Trägermaterials (9) anliegen.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vorgespannte Druckfedern (10, 10), die mit ihren Enden gegen die Rückseite der Beschichtungsvorrichtung (1) und ein Gegenlager (15) anliegen, die Druckkraft F auf die Beschichtungsvorrichtung ausüben, um deren Kufen (4; 12) gegen die Antragswalze (3) bzw. die Ränder des über die Antragswalze geführten Trägermaterials (9) anzudrücken.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Pneumatikelemente (16) Druckkraft auf die Rückseite der Beschichtungsvorrichtung (1) ausüben und diese mit ihren Kufen (4; 12) gegen die Antragswalze (3) bzw. die Ränder des über die Antragswalze (3) geführten Trägermaterials (9) andrücken.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pneumatikelemente (16) reibungsarme Balgzylinder sind.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß leichtverfahrbare, kugel- oder rollengelagerte Führungen (6, 6) vorhanden sind, entlang denen die Beschichtungsvorrichtung (1) verstellbar ist.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie über eine Lagerung (11, 11) an den beiden Außenseiten mit den beiden Führungen (66) drehbar verbunden ist.
