Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a device allowing to close and / or open at least two doors, and preferably a plurality of doors, each giving access to an enclosure intended to be protected and which we want regulate access. More particularly, the the invention allows said doors to be opened / closed by a unique means of control.
  • the invention is particularly likely to be applied to devices such as product dispensers consumables, or ATMs or at devices capable of receiving cash consideration from a service, such as a ticket or parking a vehicle.
  • the invention is thus applicable to devices distributors of consumable goods, distributors of tickets, ticket vending machines or parking meters.
  • the device is divided into three separate speakers, namely a first enclosure intended to contain cash cashed (called “cash”), a second enclosure intended for the part containing the means allowing the device to operate, whether mechanically or electronically (hereinafter called “technique”), and finally a third enclosure containing the means suitable for printing and distribution of tickets (hereinafter called “services").
  • a first enclosure intended to contain cash cashed called “cash”
  • a second enclosure intended for the part containing the means allowing the device to operate, whether mechanically or electronically hereinafter called “technique”
  • services a third enclosure containing the means suitable for printing and distribution of tickets
  • Another known solution consists in providing a single enclosure associated with a single door, and comprising inside a volume defining a sub-enclosure containing for example the cash register and accessible with another key.
  • This known system if it allows, by providing the two keys to the cashier, to prevent access to this last to the person with only the door key main, does not by definition prevent the person responsible for collection, to have access to the rest of the device with the consequences that may result from it and previously mentioned.
  • Another disadvantage of the door unique is that the latter, to allow easy access to the enclosures or to the single enclosure defined within the device must be large, which increases the vulnerability due to its large surface area and the large linear length of the edges of the door which constitute the most vulnerable points of the latter.
  • either the device is provided a plurality of doors, each actuable by a key clean, which reduces the surface area of each door and therefore to reduce the vulnerability, but however, presents the lack of a very complex management, that is to say a single door giving access to different doors arranged at the interior, making the main door vulnerable, without however, provide a comprehensive solution to the problem of access separate from each speaker inside the unit.
  • American patent 3,831,408 describes a device for controlling at least two doors, comprising a single control means capable of actuating means of blocking able to keep the locked or unlocked position doors, so that they can either be all blocked, at least one unlocked and another blocked.
  • Said locking means comprise for each door at less one bolt associated with a receiving housing arranged on the corresponding door.
  • the present invention offers a device for closing / opening a plurality of doors each associated with an enclosure (of a device such as a ticket distributor example) and allowing to regulate and control access to each speaker and therefore the devices they contain, according to a hierarchy and an order defined at in advance, in order to avoid any fraud on the part of people called to intervene on the devices placed in these respective speakers.
  • the device for controlling the opening / closing of at least two doors each giving access to an enclosure comprising a unique control means capable of allowing access separate and controlled at each of said enclosures, and susceptible actuate locking means able to hold in position blocked or unlocked the doors, so that the latter can be either simultaneously all blocked or at least one unlocked and another blocked
  • said blocking means comprising for each door a side member mounted in translation substantially parallel to the edge of the opening of said enclosure
  • said control means comprising a rod mounted in translation parallel to itself and provided with its ends, articulated connecting members capable of cause the translation of the side members parallel to themselves, is characterized in that for each door said spar, arranged vertically and capable of being moved in translation in a substantially vertical direction, is provided with at least one pin forming a sliding bolt with said spar and capable of penetrating into a receiving housing provided on the corresponding door, in that said rod is mounted horizontally, and in that said connecting members consist of L-shaped levers the free end of a branch of
  • the fingers are different length from one door to another.
  • the longitudinal members are likely to be driven in translation on the one hand incrementally and on the other hand, according to different directions from one door to another.
  • the fingers can be trained in different directions (for example down and up respectively) from door to door the other.
  • the device comprises additional locking means, independently operable main locking means of one of the doors, so to allow said door to be kept in the closed position, regardless of the position of the main locking means.
  • the invention also presents a second object developed below and relating to the problem of protection against vandalism and forced entry of such appliances.
  • the technical means usually used such that reinforcement and use of very metallic materials resistant, are not sufficient to protect effectively or constitute a sufficient deterrent to prevent any act vandalism or break-in on these devices. Protection against the vandalism of these devices is all the more difficult they are arranged outside and therefore vulnerable.
  • the door with at least one, for example three, legs projecting from the plane of the door.
  • the legs are arranged in the plane of the field of the door.
  • the legs are preferably arranged on a vertical field, and are parallel to the axis of rotation of the door.
  • the legs are likely to enter intended housing on the wall of the enclosure and in a shape complementary to said paws.
  • the legs once in the closed position, protrude from the wall (through said openings).
  • the legs have a light arranged so that they protrude from the wall of the enclosure, in the closed position.
  • Locking means in the form of fingers, in the form appropriate, are likely to be moved between a retracted position, allowing the door to be unlocked, and a closed position, in which the fingers penetrate inside the lights provided on the legs and so block the door.
  • the openings provided on the wall of the enclosure to be protected are generally rectangular in shape.
  • the movable locking fingers are generally L-shaped and present a movement combining vertical translation and a horizontal translation. The result is significantly close to a circular arc or elliptical movement.
  • the resistance of the door provided with a known device of this type, although already relatively high, has a certain limit.
  • the constraints to which are subjected the devices on which are arranged such doors are high, and tend to increase from year to year, particularly in view of the ever increasing reliability requirement of users of such devices, and moreover, the increase in power of the means of break-in.
  • the present invention aims to remedy the drawbacks of known systems, and proposes a device for maintaining in the closed position, with a high degree of security, and delay opening by break-in of the latter.
  • the effect obtained is dissuasive and leads to the abandonment by the person carrying out the break-in.
  • the tab is disposed on the door and the bolt and the lock on the enclosure.
  • FIG. 1 it is shown so schematic, a perspective view of a dispensing device transport tickets (train or metro) and bearing the reference general 1.
  • the apparatus 1 is of general shape parallelepiped and has dimensions, for example, height: 195 cm, width: 110 cm and depth: 60 cm. The weight of such devices can reach 500 kg.
  • Device 1 includes on its facade three doors 2, 3, 4 mounted to rotate on the device and likely to be opened and / or closed by means of a single control means, described in detail below, and can be activated by means of a special and unique lock for all three doors. This lock is associated with different keys, including one of them is represented, bearing the reference 5 and allowing rotation of the barrel of said lock in different meanings and amplitudes.
  • each door, 2, 3 and 4 is associated respectively an enclosure inside the apparatus 1, each enclosure being provided inside of different devices or systems needed to device operation.
  • door 2 in upper part gives access to a so-called “technical” enclosure including all the means allowing the operation of the device such as for example electronic means and mechanical allowing the operation and distribution of tickets and energy supply for dispensing device electrical devices.
  • the door lower right marked 3 gives access to the "cash” part containing means for storing cash introduced by users.
  • door 4 (on the side lower left) gives access to an enclosure, called “title”, and in which the storage means for the tickets, means of printing and distribution of these.
  • Figure 2A shows device 1, all doors closed.
  • Figures 2B, 2C and 2D show the device, the doors 2, 3 and 4 respectively open, the arrows of each figure showing the direction of door opening corresponding.
  • the door upper 2 (technical) is mounted along an axis of rotation horizontal disposed on the upper edge of said door 2
  • the door 3 body
  • door 4 (title) is rotatably mounted on an axis vertical on the right side of door 4.
  • the vertical axes of rotation of doors 3 and 4 are close to each other.

  • the means of blocking consist of longitudinal parts, under the shape of side members, bearing the references 8, 9, 10 and 11.
  • the beams 8 and 10 on the one hand and the beams 9 and 11 on the other hand, are arranged in the extension one of the other respectively.
  • the beam 8 is in the extension and integral with the spar 10, while the spar 9 is integral and in the extension of the spar 11.
  • the longitudinal members 8 and 10 are parallel to the longitudinal members 9 and 11, and are arranged at a distance constituting substantially the width of the dispensing device 1.
  • the longitudinal members 8 and 10 are arranged substantially at the level of the edge of the corresponding doors 2 and 4 respectively, while that the longitudinal members 9 and 11 are arranged substantially at the level edges corresponding respectively to doors 2 and 3. From a mechanical and functional point of view, the bolts 8 and 10 constitute a single spar; so are even longitudinal members 9 and 11.
  • the single control means 6, shown more in detail in FIG. 4, includes a lock 12 capable of to be actuated by a key 5 ( Figure 1) and able to control, under the action of this key, the translation of a rod 13, preferably parallel to itself, in both directions.

  • the walls 27 and 28 conform a housing in general shape of U, seen in cross section, and in which is likely to move in a longitudinal direction, the corresponding spar, namely the spar 8 in the example of FIGS. 6A, 6B and 6D.
  • the slender piece 25 comprises, in the U-shaped part formed by the walls 27 and 28, side member 8 receptacles, two of which are visible in FIG. 6A, and bearing the references 31 and 32.
  • the notches have a height, in the direction longitudinal of the elongate element 25, substantially equal and slightly greater than the thickness of the legs 26 provided on the doors. So, when the doors are closed, after moving the door according to arrow g in the figure 6A, the corresponding tabs engage in the notches 31 and 32, while the edge or end blank of the door 2, on the side of the legs 26, has a massive part capable of to come opposite and stay in the space defined by the recess 30 of the elongated part 25 (see FIG. 6B).
  • the legs 26 are each provided with a light 33, shape and position such that, once the door is in position closed (FIG. 6B), the lumen 33 of each leg 26 is substantially contained inside the U formed by the walls 27 and 28 of the elongate element 25, said U forming the receptor for the corresponding beam. Please note, for for convenience, that the spar was not shown in Figure 6B.
