Running mechanism having at least one carrying roller (3), which can rotate about a horizontal axis, and two guide rollers (4a, 4b), which are spaced apart from one another in the running direction and can rotate around at least virtually vertical axes, and having at least one stabilizing roller (7a, 7b), which can rotate around a vertical axis and is spaced apart vertically from a straight line running through the guide rollers (4a, 4b), characterized in that the guide rollers (4a, 4b) are arranged ahead of and following the carrying roller (3) in the running direction, and the at least one stabilizing roller (7a, 7b) is likewise arranged ahead of or following the carrying roller (3) in the running direction, and in that the guide rollers (4a, 4b) and the at least one stabilizing roller (7a, 7b) do not project beyond the carrying roller (3) in the vertical direction.
  2. Running mechanism according to Claim 1, characterized in that the at least one stabilizing roller (7a, 7b) is arranged precisely above or precisely beneath one of the guide rollers (4a; 4b).
  3. Running mechanism according to Claim 2, characterized in that the guide rollers (4a, 4b) and two stabilizing rollers (7a, 7b) are arranged at the same level in each case, and each stabilizing roller (7a, 7b) is arranged precisely above one guide roller (4a; 4b).
  4. Running mechanism according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it has two carrying rollers (3a, 3b) which follow one another at the same level in the running direction and are of the same diameter.
  5. Displacement device having at least one running mechanism (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 4 and having a running rail which comprises a horizontal running surface (14), on which the at least one carrying roller (3; 3a, 3b) runs, and further comprises at least one at least virtually vertical guide groove (15), in which the guide rollers (4a, 4b) are guided, and at least one stabilizing groove (16), in which the at least one stabilizing roller (7a, 7b) is guided.
  6. Displacement device according to Claim 5, characterized in that the running surface (14) has arranged above it a parallel top surface (23), which is spaced apart from said running surface by a distance which slightly exceeds the carrying-roller diameter.
  7. Displacement device according to Claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the running surface (14) forms the base of the guide groove (15).
  8. Displacement device according to Claim 6, characterized in that the running surface (14) forms the base of the guide groove (15), and the top surface (23) forms the base of the stabilizing groove (16).
