Claims (6)
- Machine à dresser (1) pour des tôles et des bandes présentant des galets de dressage (12, 15) supérieur et inférieur, disposés de manière décalée et supportés par des galets support (13, 17), les galets support (13, 17) étant disposés entre des âmes de tôles (14) qui sont supportées par des clavettes de réglage (8, 21) via les coussinets (6, 7) des galets et des traverses transversales (4, 5) et présentant, au-dessus et au-dessous du coussinet inférieur (7) des galets, des dispositifs de transport disposés entre les âmes de tôles (14) pour l'évacuation de la calamine, caractérisée en ce que les dispositifs de transport sont exécutés sous forme de tiges de déversement (31) pouvant être animées d'un mouvement de va-et-vient parallèlement à la direction d'avancement de la tôle.
- Machine à dresser selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par un chariot de déversement (27) reprenant les tiges de déversement (31).
- Machine à dresser selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le chariot de déversement (27) comporte du côté frontal une poutre (29) qui s'étend sur la largeur de la machine à dresser (1) pour les tiges de déversement (31).
- Machine à dresser selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'une tige de déversement (31) est constituée par deux cornières (32) reliées l'une à l'autre par de tôles (33) placées en oblique.
- Machine à dresser selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les tiges de déversement (31) sont exécutées avec leur extrémité frontale en porte-à-faux (35).
- Machine à dresser selon une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le chariot de déversement (27) est raccordé de manière amovible à un entraînement (28) à commande par bielle à excentrique.
