Abstract

La présente invention a pour but de décrire un mélange de poudre métallique pouvant être fabriqué avec peu d'efforts et permettant la fabrication d'éléments de cylindre à résistance élevée et résistant à l'usure, avec de faibles variations dimensionnelles. Ce mélange de poudre métallique consiste en une poudre d'acier provenant d'une atomisation d'un bain de fusion, lequel est mélangé avec 0,3 à 0,7 % en poids de graphite, la poudre d'alliage d'acier consistant en (% en poids): max. 0,02 % C; max. 0,03 % Si; 0,05-0,25 % Mn; 2,5-5,0 % Ni; 0,2-1,5 % Mo, le solde en fer et impuretés usuelles, et le mélange contenant du Cu en particules fines dans une quantité de 0,7 à 1,5 %, à condition étant que le rapport des ingrédients Cu:graphite soit compris entre 1,4 et 2,5.
