Die Erfindung betrifft Containeranordnungen in ein- oder zweistöckigen Güter- oder Doppelstockreisezugwagen nach dem Oberbegriff von Patentanspruch 1.The invention relates to container arrangements in one- or two-story freight or double-decker coaches according to the preamble of claim 1.
Bei den bekannten Güterwagen für den Transport von Containern werden jedwede Art von Container, unabhängig von Form und Größe, auf der Plattform des Güterwagens festgemacht und transportiert. Güterwagen und Container sind bis auf die Halte- und Fixiereinrichtungen aufeinander abgestimmt.In the known freight wagons for the transport of containers, any type of container, regardless of shape and size, is moored and transported on the platform of the freight wagon. Bekannte Doppelstockreisezugwagen sind für den Transport von Großcontainern nach GM 91 16 376.5 ausgebildet. Über geeignete Ladetüren werden die Container bzw. unifizierte Großraumboxen in den Laderaum im Unterstock transportiert und festgemacht. Bei den meisten bekannten Güter- und Reisezugwagen jedoch sind die Bedingungen für den Transport größerer Container bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten nur unzureichend bzw. bei geschlossenen Wagen nur über gesonderte Ladetüren möglich.Known double-decker coaches are designed for the transport of large containers in accordance with GM 91 16 376.5. Weiterhin ist es nach US 3147869 bekannt, Container auf einer Schienenfahrzeugverkehrsfläche so nebeneinander aufzustellen und miteinander zu verriegeln, daß die seitlichen Containerflächen eine nahezu durchgehende Kontur bilden. Aus der Kontur ragen die Verriegelungseinrichtungen jedoch heraus. Diese offene Anordnung der Container ist für hohe Geschwindigkeiten nur bedingt geeignet. Nach ETR 40, 1991 Heft 12 S. 795 ist eine Querverladung von Elektromobilen in Doppelstockwagen bekannt, die durch eine geschlossene Außenkontur auch für den Einsatz bei höheren Geschwindigkeiten geeignet ist. Nachteilig ist dabei, daß zur Herstellung der geschlossenen Außenkontur zusätzliche Verschließeinrichtungen, wie Jalousien, erforderlich und ausgeführt sind. Dieser Nachteil wird auch mit der bekannten Verladung auf Schienenfahrzeugen nach DE 36 16 484 A1 nicht vermieden.Furthermore, according to US Pat. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, Container und Schienenfahrzeug so auszubilden, daß ein platzsparender, eine die Wagenaußenwand verschließende Unterbringung sowie ein sicherer Transport bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten sowie ein einfaches und rationelles Be- und Entladen der Container erreicht werden.The object of the invention is to design containers and rail vehicles in such a way that a space-saving accommodation which closes the outer wall of the wagon and safe transport at high speeds and simple and rational loading and unloading of the containers are achieved.

Die seitlich angebrachten Fixiereinrichtungen 7 nach Figur 4 verhindern ein weiteres Verschieben der Container 1 in Richtung Wagenmitte. Die Verriegelungseinrichtungen 6 schließen den Container 1 nach außenhin ab und passen sich der Wagenseitenwand 3 im verriegelten Zustand flächenmäßig an. Die untere Verriegelungseinrichtung 6 ist als Verladebrücke 10 und die obere Verriegelungseinrichtung 6 ist als Abdeckleiste 9 ausgebildet. Beide Einrichtungen verriegeln den Container 1 gegen Bewegungen aus dem Wagen heraus und decken ihn gleichfalls derart ab, daß die Stirnwand 2 des Containers 1 die angeklappte Abdeckleiste 9 und die aufgeklappte Verladebrücke 10 eine homogene Fläche der Wagenseitenwand 3 ergeben. Zusätzliche Dichtelemente 8 überbrücken die noch gebliebenen Spalten und sorgen für eine gewollte Abdichtung des Innenraumes des Doppelstockreisezugwagens 4. Gemäß Figur 3 sind auf einem Güterwagen 5 mehrere Container 1 in der bereits beschriebenen Art und Weise untergebracht. Es ist im Sinne der Erfindung die Container 1 nur für einstöckige Beladung vorzusehen. Eine entsprechende bekannte Abdichtung würde dann die Abdeckung nach oben hin darstellen.
