Claims (6)

  1. Ferrure de charnière (1) pour fenêtres, portes ou similaires, montée en particulier sur le dispositif à déploiement de battants de fenêtres ou de vantaux de portes ou encore de panneaux d'autres éléments de fermeture de baies du même genre, à la fois à ouverture de type classique, c'est-à-dire à ouverture par rotation sur un axe vertical latéral, et à ouverture de type à soufflet, c'est-à-dire à ouverture par basculement sur un axe horizontal inférieur, ferrure de charnière comportant un bras de charnière (7) qui attaque le battant ou le vantail ou encore le panneau et est relié à une première branche (9) d'une pièce intermédiaire (8) dont la seconde branche (10), qui est dirigée à angle droit par rapport à la première branche (9), est en liaison avec la patte (6), dont est muni un élément sous forme de douille (4), de façon à pouvoir pivoter de 180° sur un axe (11) qui suit une direction en substance parallèle au sens longitudinal de la première branche (9), ce afin que la ferrure de charnière puisse être utilisée, au choix, pour la fixation à droite ou pour la fixation à gauche, l'élément sous forme de douille (4) étant maintenu, avec possibilité de pivotement, par un axe d'articulation (3) d'un support de montage et d'appui (2) qui est prévu à la face frontale côté local du dormant de la fenêtre ou du bâti de la porte ou encore du dormant du panneau, la seconde branche (10) de la pièce intermédiaire (8) présentant, au voisinage de la zone de transition avec la première branche (9), une découpure ou passage (12) qui est prévue suivant l'axe longitudinal médian, le bras de charnière (7) étant muni, à son extrémité postérieure, d'un nez (15), constituant une partie en décalage, prévu suivant l'axe longitudinal médian, et s'enclenchant, par ce nez, dans la seconde branche (10) de la pièce intermédiaire (8), la patte (6) de l'élément sous forme de douille (4) pouvant être fixée dans chacune de ses deux positions d'extrémité possibles qu'elle peut prendre par pivotement de 180° par rapport à la seconde branche (10) de la pièce intermédiaire (8), ce par des dispositifs d'arrêt à encliquetage par effet de ressort, dans le cas desquels une saillie d'arrêt (28) s'engrène respectivement dans une encoche d'arrêt (14, 14a),
    caractérisée en ce que comme saillie d'arrêt est prévue, sur le côté transversal (27) ou à proximité de celui-ci de la patte (6) de l'élément sous forme de douille, une came d'arrêt (28) faisant saillie du plan de la patte en direction de la seconde branche (10) de la pièce intermédiaire (8),
    en ce que comme encoche d'arrêt est utilisée la découpure ou passage (14) dans la seconde branche (10) de la pièce intermédiaire (8),
    en ce que dans ce cas chacune des cames d'arrêt (28) présente un flanc d'arrêt (29) s'engrenant à l'arrière d'un bord longitudinal (14a respectivement 14b) de la découpure ou passage (14) et bloquant la rotation inverse de la patte (6) de l'élément sous forme de douille par rapport à la pièce intermédiaire (8).
  2. Ferrure de charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacune des cames d'arrêt (28) est formée en une seule pièce à partir de la patte (6) de l'élément sous forme de douille.
  3. Ferrure de charnière selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que à l'avant du flanc d'arrêt (29) de la came d'arrêt (28) ou de chacune des cames d'arrêt est placée un flanc incliné (30) plat respectivement montant de manière cunéiforme.
  4. Ferrure de charnière selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la longueur du flanc incliné (30) de la came d'arrêt (28) correspond approximativement à la largeur de la découpure respectivement du passage (14) dans la seconde branche (10) de la pièce intermédiaire (8).
  5. Ferrure de charnière selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que des côtés transversaux (27) de la patte (6) de l'élément sous forme de douille part un épaulement (31), lequel forme une butée d'appui pour le nez (15) faisant saillie du bras de charnière (7) et prévu suivant l'axe longitudinal médian, en position de montage définitif - position de pivotement extrême - de la pièce intermédiaire (8).
  6.
