Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif rotatif pour couper et agrafer des produits imprimés à plusieurs couches dans des appareils de pliage à l'aide de lames de coupe et de dispositifs d'agrafage métallique, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif pour couper (8 ; 9 ; 11 à 14) et le dispositif pour agrafer (29 à 35) sont fixés séparément les uns des autres dans des supports (6 ; 7 ; 17 et 22 ; 23 ; 27 ; 28) logés dans des bâtis latéraux (1 ; 2) et sont disposés de manière à pouvoir être entraînés séparément et de manière synchrone, en ce que l'axe de rotation (17) du dispositif pour couper (8 ; 9 ; 11 à 14) et l'axe de rotation (41) du dispositif pour agrafer (29 à 35) sont disposés à une distance (b) l'un de l'autre et parallèlement l'un à l'autre, en ce que, en référence à un système de coordonnées rectangulaire ayant son origine sur l'axe de rotation (41) du dispositif pour agrafer (29 à 35), l'axe de rotation (17) du dispositif pour couper (8 ; 9 ; 11 à 14) se trouve dans le 3e quadrant du système de coordonnées si le dispositif pour couper ou pour agrafer (8, 9, 11 à 14 et 29 à 35) tourne dans le sens antihoraire, ou en ce que, en référence audit système de coordonnées rectangulaire ayant son origine sur l'axe de rotation (41) du dispositif pour agrafer (29 à 35), l'axe de rotation (17) du dispositif pour couper (8, 9, 11 à 14) se trouve dans le 4e quadrant si le dispositif pour couper et pour agrafer (8, 9, 11 à 14 et 29 à 35) tourne dans le sens horaire.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la distance (b) est choisie, de façon que les arêtes de coupe (13 ; 14) des lames (11 ; 12) ne soient pas en contact avec le dispositif d'alimentation en fil métallique (38) pour former les agrafes (36 ; 37).
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de coupe (8 ; 9 ; 11 à 14) est constitué d'un corps de base parallélépipédique (7) qui est disposé sur un arbre (6) avec une symétrie de révolution et dans chacune des faces extérieures duquel est logée une barre porte-lames (8 ; 9) qui porte des lames (11 ; 12).
  4. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'agrafage (29 à 35) est constitué de supports tubulaires formant paliers (22 ; 23) qui sont solidaires du bâti et dans chacun desquels est logé un corps porteur (27 ; 28) en forme de cylindre creux, en ce que les corps porteurs (27 ; 28) sont reliés par des profils porteurs (29 ; 30) qui supportent des têtes piqueuses connues (32 à 35) qui, pour leur part, coopèrent à leur périphérie avec des dispositifs d'alimentation en fil métallique (32 ; 33) solidaires du bâti.
  5. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la distance (b) est comprise entre 10 et 50 mm.
  6. Dispositif rotatif pour couper et agrafer des produits imprimés à plusieurs couches dans des appareils de pliage à l'aide de lames de coupe et de dispositifs d'agrafage métallique, caractérisé en ce que le point d'intersection (S) entre le cercle enveloppant (42) décrit par le relief le plus élevé de la tête piqueuse (32 à 35) et le cercle enveloppant (16) décrit par l'arête de coupe (13 ; 14) d'une lame (11 ; 12) se trouve à l'extérieur du cylindre à pointes et à lames de pliage (19) et, vu dans la direction de défilement (E) de la bande de papier, devant le point d'intersection avec la ligne d'agrafage et de pliage, et en ce qu'une portion du cercle enveloppant (42) décrit par la tête piqueuse (32 à 35) se trouve a l'intérieur du cercle enveloppant (16) décrit par l'arête de coupe (13, 14) de la lame (11 ; 12).
