Description

Fallblattanzeiger dienen der Anzeige von Informationen, beispielsweise zur dauernd wechselnden Anzeige von Ortsnamen und Uhrzeiten in Anlagen zur Anzeige der Abfahrt von Zügen oder Schiffen und des Abfluges von Flugzeugen. In den gesteuerten Anzeigen müssen die Fallblätter mit den Informationen rasch bewegt werden, um innerhalb kürzester Frist die Anzeige zu wechseln. Ein Fallblattanzeiger der gattungsgemäßen Art ist in der CH-PS 580 315 beschrieben. Die hier vorgesehene Anzeigetrommel enthält einen Satz beschrifteter Tafeln. In den Scheiben sind Schlitze in der Dicke der Tafeln vorhanden, in welche die Tafeln einführbar sind. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe sieht die Erfindung vor, daß die aus der Rotorwelle , den mindestens zwei Aufnahmerädern und den Fallblättern gebildete Rotoreinheit austauschbar im Gehäuse gelagert ist. Mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 2 wird durch die Zweiteilung der Seitenwand und der Zwischenwand des Gehäuses sowie durch die gewählte Lagerung der Rotorwelle in den Seiten- und Zwischenteilen der Seiten- bzw. Zwischenwand eine schnelle Entnahme der Rotoreinheit mit den Blättern am Standort des Fallblattanzeigers zur Wartung und/oder Reinigung ermöglicht. Es wird kein besonders ausgebildetes Servicepersonal und kein aufwendiges Werkzeug benötigt. Ein Fallblattanzeigermodul 1 besteht aus einem Gehäuse 21 , einem Blattsatz 3, der aus einzelnen Blättern 2 gebildet ist, auf denen die Informationen in Form von Zahlen und/oder Buchstaben aufgebracht sind. Die einzelnen Blätter 2 des Blattsatzes 3 sind auf den beiden Aufnahmerädern 4 gelagert, die über die Rotorwelle 5 miteinander starr verbunden sind.Das Gehäuse 21 wird aus einer geteilten linken und einer durchgehenden einteiligen rechten Seitenwand 6,7 sowie einem Ablaufprofil 18 gebildet, wobei vor der rechten Seitenwand 7 innen eine geteilte Zwischenwand 12 angeordnet ist. Die Rotorwelle 5 ist in der linken Seitenwand 6 und rechts in der Zwischenwand 12 gelagert und mit einem Zahnrad 22 verbunden, welches die Verbindung zu einer Getriebeeinheit 8 und einem Antrieb 9 herstellt. Die Zwischenwand 12 bildet auch ein Gehäuse für die Getriebeeinheit 8. Ein Fallblattanzeiger wird in der Regel aus mehreren neben- und übereinander angeordneten Fallblattanzeigermodulen 1 gebildet. Um die Rotoreinheit 20 auswechselbar zu gestalten, ist die linke Seitenwand 6 in das Seitenteil 10 und das Seitenteil 11 vertikal unterteilt (Fig.3). Ebenso ist die Zwischenwand 12 in das Zwischenteil 13 und das Zwischenteil 14 vertikal unterteilt (Fig.4). Das Seitenteil 10 ist mit einer verdrehsicheren Aufnahme 15 für das linke Lager 16 der Rotorwelle 5 ausgestattet ( Fig.2). Die vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff gefertigte Zwischenwand 12 bildet das rechte Lager 17 (Fig.4) für die Rotorwelle 5. Zwischen der Rotorwelle 5 und dem Zahnrad 22, das in der rechten Seitenwand 7 gelagert ist, ist eine formschlüssige Kupplung so ausgeführt, daß die Rotorwelle 5 nur in einer definierten Stellung eingesetzt werden kann.Dazu sind auf dem Zahnrad 22 ein Steg 23 und auf der Rotorwelle 5 ein entsprechender Schlitz ausgeformt (Fig. 4). Um die Rotoreinheit 20 herauszunehmen, werden das Seitenteil 11, das Zwischenteil 14 und das Ablaufprofil 18 entfernt. Im ausgeführten Beispiel sind dazu die als Schrauben ausgeführten Befestigungselemente 19 zu lösen (Fig. 3,4). Es ist jedoch auch möglich, die Befestigungselemente 19 als Rastvorrichtung auszuführen. Claims (6)
- A flip-over device for displaying changing information of all kinds, comprising a housing with side walls and a run-off profile, a rotor unit with two receiving rollers rigidly attached to one another, and flip-over flaps pivotably supported thereat, a drive and a gear-box, characterised by that the rotor unit (20) composed of the rotor shaft (5), the at least two receiving rollers (4) and the flip-over flaps (2) is replaceably supported in the housing (21).
- A flip-over device according to claim 1, characterised by that the rotor unit (20) is extractable from the housing (21) towards front (written-on side).
- A flip-over device according to claims 1 and 2, characterised by that the rotor shaft (5) is supported, on the one side, in a bipartitioned intermediate wall (12), and on the respectively other side, in a bearing (16) disposed in a non-rotatable receiving portion (15) of a bipartitioned side wall (6).
- A flip-over device according to claim 3, characterised by that the intermediate parts (13, 14) of the intermediate wall (12) are made of plastic.
- A flip-over device according to claims 1 to 3, characterised by that the non-rotatable receiving portion (15) is provided in the one side part (10) of the side wall (6) for the left-hand bearing (16) of the rotor shaft (5), and that the intermediate parts (13, 14) of the intermediate wall (12) form together the right-hand bearing (17) for the rotor shaft (17).
- A flip-over device according to claims 1 to 3, characterised by that the rotor shaft (5) and the gear wheel (22) supported in the side wall (7) are positively linked to each other, and that the rotor shaft (5) can be fitted in the bearings (16, 17) in a defined position only.
