Definitions
- the invention relates to a sports shoe according to the preamble of claim 1.
- EP-A3 234 908 shows a ski boot that can be moved in the front part by means of a bellows and can also be locked in place, but without providing the shoe with absolute stability in the safety binding.
- AT-PS 376 555 also shows a sports shoe that can be moved in the front, but which also cannot meet the safety standards required for skiing or snowboarding with regard to the overall rigidity of the shoe.
- a sports shoe was known from EP 242 526 A1.
- the fixing device is formed by a toggle lever, which can be brought into an over-center position, in which a handle attached to it rests on the shaft and the Fixing device spreads the rear region of the shaft from the lower part, so that the angle enclosed by the shaft and the lower part is reduced.
- the fixing device in its release position protrudes relatively far from the shaft to the rear and therefore there is an increased risk of accidents.
- it is also entirely possible to use a fixing device in the release position e.g. to get into a ski binding, but then the shoe no longer has the rigidity required for the safety function of the binding. Because of the stiff lower part, walking is difficult with such a shoe, even when the upper is released.
- the object of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages mentioned above and to propose a sports shoe of the type mentioned at the outset, which has both the overall stiffness required by the standards and a mobility of the shaft and lower part, which enables problem-free walking with this shoe.
- the actuating element which is movable in the buttstock and protrudes from this, comes into contact with the binding upon entry into the binding, as a result of which it is moved and, via the connection to the actuating device, also moves the latter and causes the entire shoe to be blocked. Conversely, when exiting the binding, the locking function of the actuating element can also be released by actuating the actuating device arranged on the front shoe, as a result of which both the front shoe and the shaft move, and easy walking is ensured.
- the invention further solves the problem in that a sports shoe with a lower part consisting of two mutually movable parts and a shaft is characterized in that one of the movable parts is designed with an adjusting element Actuating device is provided that the lower part is provided in its rear region below the upper with a tailgate that can be actuated from the outside, that the tailgate is connected to the adjusting element via a connecting linkage or a floor cable, and that the tailgate is arranged with at least one in the sole region of the shoe Spring is connected.
- This design enables the tailgate to be actuated and fixed easily, with forced switching taking place by entering the binding.
- FIG. 1 shows the sports shoe in the stable driving position in a perspective view
- 2 shows the sports shoe in a longitudinal section with the cushioning of the shaft switched off
- 3 shows the sports shoe in a longitudinal section in a stable driving position
- 4 shows the sports shoe in a longitudinal section in a fully movable position
- 5a shows the front part of the sports shoe according to the invention with the actuating device in the blocking direction
- 5b shows the front part according to FIG. 5a in the free position
- 5c shows an exploded view of the sports shoe
- 6a shows the spring device in the assembled state in the buttstock in a perspective view
- 6b the spring device in an exploded view
- 6c shows a further embodiment of the spring device
- 7a shows the spring device in the buttstock, relaxed in the driving position, in a schematic representation
- 7b the spring device relaxes in the free position with the damping switched off
- 8a, b, c the spring device in the buttstock in the tensioned state in different positions
- FIG. 9 shows an embodiment of the sports shoe for mountain biking according to the invention.
- FIG. 1 shows a shell-made sports shoe for skiing and snowboarding, with a lower part 1 which is divided into two sections 1a, 1b and which, in the front area 1b at the level of the forefoot joint, extends transversely to the longitudinal axis and extends upwards from the sole Has at an angle of about 25 ° opening slot 25, a fore-end 2 and a rear stock 3, these parts being pivotally connected to an axle bolt 4.
- the fore-end 2 and the butt-end 3 are closed by a conventional tensioning system 23.
- the inner shoe 5 is pushed into this shell.
- the slot 25 is preferably filled with elastic material.
- An actuating device 9 is arranged in section 1a of lower part 1, with the aid of which sections 1a, 1b can be kept movable or locked relative to one another.
- the actuating device is designed, for example, as a rotary handle 28 which pierces it through an opening in the shoe and is connected to a disk 29 on the inside of the shoe.
- the front section 1b of the lower part is provided on its inside with a wall 26 which extends over the area provided with elastic material to section 1a and is provided in this area with a web 27 which engages in a recess 36 of the shoe can.
- the twist grip 28 is provided on its side inclined towards the shoe with an elevation 30 which engages with the web 27.
- the twist grip is turned in the opposite direction, through the interaction of the elevation 30 with the web 27, the latter can be pressed into the recess 36, as a result of which the two sections 1a, 1b are locked and the foot part of the shoe is again necessary for skiing or snowboarding Stiff.
- the elevation 30 moves in a suitable recess in the shoe.
- the grip part designed as a twist grip can also be designed as a lever, for example.
- the grip part 28 is advantageously detachably connected to the disk 29 by means of a screw.
- the above-described actuating device 9 is connected to the heel area of the shoe via a connection, for example, in the form of a linkage 8 or Bowden cable, wherein the linkage can also be actuated hydraulically or pneumatically.
- an actuating element which is preferably designed as a tailgate 6 and is movably fastened in the shoe Condition, that is, when it is not out of the shoe, is flush with the outer surface of the shoe.
- the tailgate 6 is in the release of the shoe, that is, when it is movable, out of the shoe.
- this tailgate is pressed into the shoe and, actuated by the tension spring 7, snaps into a recess 37 in the sole area.
- the tailgate is advantageously connected to the actuating device 9 via the linkage 8.
- the actuating device which is also in an open state, is rotated by the linkage 8 by approximately 65 °, in the case of a lever used moved by a certain distance, and the wall 25 arranged in the toe part of the lower part is displaced such that the web 27 is pressed into the recess 36 and locked via the elevation 30 of the actuating device.
- the sole of the lower part 1 is thus completely stable as required.
- the actuating device is designed as a rotary handle and is arranged on one side of the front shoe.
- a device can be arranged on both sides of the front shoe for an even greater stability of the shoe.
- the power transmission between the two devices takes place via a bracket 19.
- this effect can also be achieved by doubling the connecting rods or Bowden cables and the tension spring 7.
- An arrangement in the middle of the shoe also seems conceivable and practical.
- an elastic lug 32 connected to it on its upper part snaps into the mounting bracket 10 arranged on the rear stock 3 or into a slot 33 thereof.
- the mounting bracket 10 is part of a spring device 22 which is arranged on or inserted into the buttstock and which serves to tilt the shaft forward.
- the twist grip 28 only needs to be turned again by approximately 65 ° to the open position (labeled in Fig. 5b).
- this angle essentially depends on the transmission ratio and can vary depending on the articulation of the arrangement.
- the tailgate 6 is thus pushed back out of the shoe via the connecting rod 8 or a Bowden cable, the tension spring 7 is tensioned and engages in two knobs arranged in the lower region of the tailgate in the lower part 1.
- the resilient nose 27 is pulled out of the connection with the mounting bracket 10.
- the actuating device 9 pushes the web 27 out of the recess 36 and prevents the web from engaging by means of the elevation 30.
- the design of the spring device 22 is shown in particular in FIGS. 6a, b.
- the spring device arranged in the rear stock 3 comprises a central spring 11, an inner pair of springs 12, an inner bracket 13, an outer pair of springs 14, an outer bracket 15, and the receiving bracket 10, on which the springs in their lower region are arranged.
- the upper end of the middle spring 11 is connected to the butt stock 3, the inner and outer pair of springs with the corresponding brackets 13, 15.
- An adjustment lever 16 is arranged in the butt stock 3 for tensioning the springs, ie for achieving different hardness settings for damping the shaft. which passes through the spring device 22 with an axis 34 on which cams 35 are arranged for actuating the springs.
- This setting of different hardness is particularly interesting when the sports shoe is used for snowboarding.
- the inner pair of springs 12 is initially loosely suspended in the inner bracket 13 at its upper region. If the adjusting lever 16, which is rotatably mounted in the butt stock, is now brought into a position shown in FIG. 8b, the two cams 35, preferably hook eccentrics, arranged on the axis 34 block the inner bracket 13, with the inner pair of springs 12 in addition to the central spring 11 being under tension stands. The outer pair of springs 14 is fixed in its upper region in the outer bracket 15, which in this position slides past the central spring 11 and the inner pair of springs 12. If the adjusting lever 16 is switched to a position according to FIG.
- the springs described above can also be replaced by rubber bands, hydraulic or pneumatic elements.
- the two sections 1a, 1b of the lower part can also be pivotable via a pin 20. It is also possible to inject a bearing on the two parts at the same time during production.
- the spring device 22 can also consist of only one pair of springs 17, which is fastened at its lower end in the mounting bracket 10 and at its upper end in the butt stock 3. This variant is only suitable for skiing. A complete relief of the shaft is shown in FIG. For this purpose, a lever 18 which causes this state is arranged on the buttstock 3 at its lower end and can be switched on and off manually.
- the tailgate 6 is modified such that it does not come out of the sports shoe, but is only inside the shell.
- the rotation of the actuating device 9 can be carried out by a switching lever 21 arranged in the pivot point of the shaft 2, 3 (FIG. 9).

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a sports shoe according to the preamble of claim 1.
According to the modern technology of skiing and snowboarding, a direct connection between the foot and the sports equipment is required. In particular, this is achieved with sports shoes in a shell construction. In contrast to the requirements for the shoe when skiing, it is essential in snowboarding to achieve an adjustable damping of the forward inclination of the shaft, with the common properties dominating in other respects.
Experience has shown, however, that the use of the sports shoe when skiing and snowboarding is only a maximum of 30-40% of the total use. During the remaining time, the wearer uses the shoe especially for walking. In the known shoes, however, this is usually rather tedious, or the shoes used do not meet the strict standards prescribed for skiing.
From US Pat. No. 4,920,665 a ski shoe with a movable front part is known which remains in the binding with the sole, whereby the shoe is said to be suitable both for alpine skiing and for walking with skis.
However, snow and ice collect in the resulting gap, which in particular can result in the mechanical system being shut down. Furthermore, there is hardly any need for such shoes for walking with skis, since this area is already covered by so-called touring shoes and touring bindings.
Die EP-A3 234 908 zeigt einen Schischuh, der im Vorderteil mittels eines Balges beweglich ist und auch arretiert werden kann, ohne jedoch eine absolute Stabilität des Schuhes in der Sicherheitsbindung zu erbringen.EP-A3 234 908 shows a ski boot that can be moved in the front part by means of a bellows and can also be locked in place, but without providing the shoe with absolute stability in the safety binding.
Snowboardfahren notwendigen Sicherheitsnormen bezüglich Gesamtsteifigkeit des Schuhes nicht erbringen kann.AT-PS 376 555 also shows a sports shoe that can be moved in the front, but which also cannot meet the safety standards required for skiing or snowboarding with regard to the overall rigidity of the shoe.
Furthermore, a sports shoe was known from EP 242 526 A1. In this shoe, only the upper is movable relative to the lower part, or, depending on the position of a fixing device, can be fixed in a specific mutual position. The fixing device is formed by a toggle lever, which can be brought into an over-center position, in which a handle attached to it rests on the shaft and the Fixing device spreads the rear region of the shaft from the lower part, so that the angle enclosed by the shaft and the lower part is reduced.
However, there is the disadvantage that the fixing device in its release position protrudes relatively far from the shaft to the rear and therefore there is an increased risk of accidents. In addition, it is also entirely possible to use a fixing device in the release position, e.g. to get into a ski binding, but then the shoe no longer has the rigidity required for the safety function of the binding. Because of the stiff lower part, walking is difficult with such a shoe, even when the upper is released.
The object of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages mentioned above and to propose a sports shoe of the type mentioned at the outset, which has both the overall stiffness required by the standards and a mobility of the shaft and lower part, which enables problem-free walking with this shoe.
This object is achieved in a sports shoe of the type mentioned at the outset by the features emphasized in the characterizing part of claim 1.
The actuating element, which is movable in the buttstock and protrudes from this, comes into contact with the binding upon entry into the binding, as a result of which it is moved and, via the connection to the actuating device, also moves the latter and causes the entire shoe to be blocked. Conversely, when exiting the binding, the locking function of the actuating element can also be released by actuating the actuating device arranged on the front shoe, as a result of which both the front shoe and the shaft move, and easy walking is ensured.
The invention further solves the problem in that a sports shoe with a lower part consisting of two mutually movable parts and a shaft is characterized in that one of the movable parts is designed with an adjusting element Actuating device is provided that the lower part is provided in its rear region below the upper with a tailgate that can be actuated from the outside, that the tailgate is connected to the adjusting element via a connecting linkage or a floor cable, and that the tailgate is arranged with at least one in the sole region of the shoe Spring is connected.
This design enables the tailgate to be actuated and fixed easily, with forced switching taking place by entering the binding.
Further advantageous developments of the invention are disclosed in
The invention will now be described in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with the aid of the attached drawings.

Fig.1 zeigt einen in Schalenkonstruktion hergestellten Sportschuh zum Schi- und Snowboardfahren, mit einem in zwei Abschnitte 1a, 1b unterteilten Unterteil 1, der im vorderen Bereich 1b in Höhe des Vorderfußgelenkes einen quer zur Längsachse liegenden, von der Sohle ausgehend sich nach oben zu in einem Winkel von etwa 25° öffnenden Schlitz 25 aufweist, einem Vorderschaft 2 und einem Hinterschaft 3, wobei diese Teile mit einem Achsbolzen 4 schwenkbar verbunden sind.1 shows a shell-made sports shoe for skiing and snowboarding, with a lower part 1 which is divided into two
The fore-
An actuating
For this purpose, the actuating device, as shown in FIG. 5c, is designed, for example, as a
The above-described
In this area there is an actuating element, which is preferably designed as a
The tailgate is advantageously connected to the actuating
If this tailgate is triggered as described above by a safety binding and brought into its rest position by the
In the exemplary embodiment, the actuating device is designed as a rotary handle and is arranged on one side of the front shoe. Of course, such a device can be arranged on both sides of the front shoe for an even greater stability of the shoe. The power transmission between the two devices takes place via a bracket 19. However, this effect can also be achieved by doubling the connecting rods or Bowden cables and the
Simultaneously with the latching of the

If the sports shoe is then to be used for walking, the
This makes the sports shoe fully flexible and suitable for walking, running or climbing stairs.
The design of the
According to the exploded view shown in FIG. 6b, the spring device arranged in the
This setting of different hardness is particularly interesting when the sports shoe is used for snowboarding.
In the arrangement of the springs described above, the inner pair of
Dies bedeutet gleichzeitig verschiedene Härten der Dämpfung der Vorneigung des Schaftes 2,3.Different tensions of the shaft can thus be achieved by switching the adjusting lever. At the same time, this means different hardnesses of damping the forward inclination of the
The springs described above can also be replaced by rubber bands, hydraulic or pneumatic elements.
The two
The
In a variant of the sports shoe which is only suitable for snowboarding, the
