Description
The invention relates to an arrangement of a cross-country ski binding and one adapted to it Cross-country ski boots according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such an arrangement is known from DE 92 00 453 U1. Although this arrangement has proven successful in practice for cross-country skiing in general, it is only conditionally so-called called "Skating" suitable. "Skating" means skate-like advancement on skis, which has recently become a particularly fast type, especially in competitive sports getting more and more important. With the traditional cross-country skis bindings is the joint-like connection between the joint axis on the one hand and the binding side retaining hook on the other hand at or even in front of the front sole end. This leaves almost the entire sole of the cross-country ski boot extends from the top surface of the ski body take off. Precise ski guidance and maximum power transmission to the ski body cannot be achieved, at least only to a limited extent.
Diese Kombination ist für den Wettkampfsport ebenfalls nicht einsetzbar, da sie sich zum "Skating" mangels ausreichender Seitenstabilität nicht eignet.EP 0 136 310 B1 is a combination of a cross-country ski binding and one of them fit shoe described, in which the cross-country ski binding is a coupling element for the Has connection of the boot, which ver at its ski front end with the ski body bindable and at its rear end to the shoe in the ball area of the same is closable. The coupling element is designed to be bendable such that the heel of the When cross-country skiing boots are raised freely according to traditional cross-country ski bindings can be. This combination is also not suitable for competitive sports because it not suitable for "skating" due to the lack of sufficient lateral stability.
Finally, the known constructions have in common that the skier does not feel is conveyed, with the front sole of his shoe always full contact with the ski to have.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of arranging a Lang Running ski binding and a cross-country ski boot of the generic type adapted to it To be provided by improved power transmission compared to the prior art excellence and control and also gives the skier the feeling to always have full contact with the ski with the front sole of his shoe.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of the claim 1 solved.
The arrangement according to the invention is characterized on the one hand in that the joint Axis is arranged in the ball area of the front sole, and the other that in the area between the flexor and the hinge axis independent of the flexor between the sole and Ski top surface effective, elastically supported sole contact element is provided. These constructive measures give the skier the feeling that he is with the front sole of his shoe always in full contact with the ski. Not this one only emotionally existing fact improves the power transmission and ski control feeling very considerably. The sole provided according to the invention also Contact element significantly improves the power transmission from the ski boot to the ski body. Finally, the arrangement according to the invention is particularly suitable for the so-called "Skating", primarily through the connection of the shoe to the ski in the ball area of the Front sole of the shoe.
Advantageous embodiments of the arrangement according to the invention are in the subclaims Chen described. It should be noted that it is advantageous if the sole contact element is articulated on the ski deck surface, the hinge axis being parallel to the ski deck surface and extends transversely to the longitudinal direction of the ski. This is a defined swivel movement in one Guaranteed level perpendicular to the ski deck area.
A greatly improved power transmission is ensured when a substantial part of the front sole rests on the sole contact element, the front end of the Sole expediently on a contact surface formed on the sole contact element supports.
The sole contact can be tailored to the anatomy and biomechanics of the foot element by an angle of 2 ° to 12 °, in particular 2 ° to 8 °, preferably 4 ° to 6 ° ver be pivoted.
The measures according to claim 7 increase the lateral guidance of the cross-country ski. This is from special advantage for the already mentioned "skating".
The (ski) rear end of the holding hook 26 is deformed in the upward direction and to the ski tip towards a U-förmi gen headband 36 which cooperates in the closed position for fixing the hinge axis in the ball region of the shoe sole with the binding housing 28th The (ski -) - leading end of the holding hook 26 is provided with a bearing on the binding housing 28 Actuate the restriction member 40 is connected such that the movement of the actuating element 40 in a translatory reciprocating movement (double arrow 42) of the holding hook 26 and the retaining bracket is convertible 36 . The actuating element 40 is formed in the embodiment shown in FIGS . 1 and 2 of the binding 10 at the front end 50 of the same as a turntable to which the front end of the retaining hook 26 is eccentrically connected. Instead of the turntable 40 , a rotary latch, swivel lever or the like can also be provided.
The joint-like connection between the sole-integrated joint axis and the Haltha ken 26 is designed such that the sole tread in the area of the ball on the Deckflä surface 46 of the ski body 32 is held.
Between the sole tread of the cross-country ski boot and the top surface 46 of the ski body 32 or here the binding housing 28 there is an elastically deformable element, namely a flexor 48 according to FIGS. 1 and 2 for the elastic support of the cross-country ski boot on the top surface 46 of the ski body 32 or the top of the binding housing 28 is arranged. Specifically, the flexor 48 is effective between the joint-like binding on the one hand and the front sole end on the other. According to Fig. 1 is provided, the binding housing 28 at the top even with two guiding and support ribs 66 for receiving korrespondie render grooves on the underside of the sole or in the sole tread surface of the cross country ski boot, which extend substantially parallel to the ski longitudinal direction. The support ribs 66 are integrally formed with the binding housing 28 . The retaining hook 26 is arranged in the embodiment shown between the two support ribs 66 , which each have corresponding recesses 68 which extend transversely to the longitudinal direction of the ski and which are provided for receiving the articulated axis of the cross-country ski boot in the region directly in front of the retaining hook 26 .
An actuating lever 41 is also associated with the aforementioned actuating element 40 , so that the actuating element is easier to handle.
In the central portion of the binding housing 28 , a sole contact element 49 is net angeord. It is pivotally mounted in the area of the ski top surface 46 (double arrow 39 in FIG. 1) and comprises a first support surface 65 which is pivotably arranged at an angle of 2 ° to 12 ° to the ski top surface 46 and at the front end of which there is a shorter, second support surface 65 . or contact surface 71 , wherein this contact surface 71 extends upward from the support surface 65 at an angle of approximately 135 °. The two surfaces 65 and 71 are part of a one-piece component, namely the sole contact element 49 .
On the support surface 65 , the part lying between the integrated joint axis and the front end of the sole is supported, while the front end of the sole rests on the contact surface 71 .
In the longitudinal direction of the ski and parallel to one another and spaced apart from one another, two guide ribs 67 extend from the contact surface 71 to the rear and enter into correspondingly formed grooves on the underside of the sole of the cross-country ski boot. In the vorlie exemplary embodiment, an elastic return element 48 (flexor) is arranged between the underside and between the front end of the sole contact element 49 on the one hand and the binding housing 28 on the other hand, against the effect of which the sole contact element 49 in the direction of the ski top surface 46 is pushable or pivotable. When the sole contact element 49 is not loaded, the support surface 65 forms an angle of approximately 6 ° with the ski cover surface 46 . However, other angular positions are possible if desired.
Alternatively, the elastic return element 48 can also be assigned to either only the underside or only the front end of the sole contact element 49 .
In two at the rear end of the sole contact element 49 arranged projections and at the front end of the rear portion of the binding housing 28 , which was in the assembled state between the said projections, transverse bores 76 are provided ( FIGS. 3 and 4) through which one Axis 73 extends through, parallel to the ski deck surface 46 and transversely to the longitudinal direction of the ski.
If the sole contact element 49 is loaded, it is pivoted downward about the axis 73 . In particular, it is provided that the sole contact element 49 can be pivoted in an angular range of 2 ° to 12 ° relative to the top surface 46 . Alternatively, a pivoting of 4 ° to 6 ° or in another angular range can also be provided.
According to FIGS. 1 to 4 is the top of the guide ribs 67 each convex ge bulges, so that their rear ends 111, the support surface 65 open. Likewise, the rear guide ribs 66 open into the binding housing 28 with their front ends. As a result, an area 69 is defined between the guide ribs 66 of the binding housing and the guide ribs 67 of the sole contact element 49 , in which there are no guide ribs. The cross-country ski boot is articulated in this intermediate region 69 .
To get into the binding 10 , the actuating lever 41 is rotated into a position in which the holding bracket 26 is in its rear position.
The plate-shaped sole contact element 49 , which is preferably made of weather-resistant plastic, is pushed by the elastic element 48 into a position in which it is pivoted upward by approximately 6 ° with respect to the ski top surface 46 .
If the cross-country ski boot is placed on the cross-country ski binding 10 , the rear sole part rests on the rear section of the binding housing 28 and the front sole part rests on the sole contact element 49 or on the support surface 65 thereof; and the front end of the shoe or sole comes into engagement with the contact surface 71 of the sole contact element 49 .
The sole-integrated joint axis of the cross-country ski boot is located in an area 69 without support ribs. Forming an articulated connection between the ski binding and cross-country ski boot or its articulated axis, the actuating lever 41 is then rotated into a position such that the U-shaped bracket 36 reaches its front closing position.
If the heel of the cross-country ski boot is lifted off the ski when the cross-country skier is moving, the front part of the sole presses the sole contact element 49 onto the ski cover surface 46 with the corresponding transfer of locomotion and control forces onto the ski.
The front part of the sole of the cross-country ski boot remains in engagement with the support surface 65 of the sole contact element 49 at all times, due to the elastic return element 48 both in the unloaded and in the partially or completely loaded state.
Since the guide ribs 67 of the sole contact element 49 are also completely accommodated in the corresponding grooves on the underside of the sole of the cross-country ski boot when the heel is lifted to the maximum, exact lateral guidance of the ski is also ensured in this state of movement.
Finally, the cross-country ski boot is supported at the front on the contact surface 71 of the sole contact element 49 , so that the forces driving the ski forward are well transmitted.
Des weiteren ver hindert er ein Außereingriffkommen von Gelenkachse und Haltebügel 36.Referring to FIG. 2 that a mirror image-like U-on strap can be provided in addition, 36 a counter bracket 77 fixedly provided on the binding housing 28 such that shaped U-at befindlichem in the front position bracket 36 between the latter and the counter bracket 77 has a transversely to the longitudinal direction of extending through opening 79 is formed, through which the hinge axis of the cross-country ski boot extends. The counter bracket 77 can act as a support to the contact surface 71 and also transmit the forward forces of the cross-country ski boot to the binding housing 28 or the ski. Furthermore, it prevents disengagement of the hinge axis and retaining bracket 36 .
With the aforementioned arrangement, good power transmission from the shoe to the ski with precise guidance is thus ensured, in particular in the "skating" that is customary in racing.
