Claims (8)

  1. Appareil de pliage pour la réalisation d'exemplaires pliés à partir d'une bande de papier imprimée entrante, comprenant un dispositif de pliage d'un exemplaire (4) qui comporte un groupe de trois cylindres entraînés en rotation et ayant des axes parallèles (52, 50, 51), à savoir un cylindre de transport (53), un premier cylindre de pliage (2) qui est équipé d'au moins une première pince (5, 6) de production d'un premier pli transversal de l'exemplaire (4) et d'au moins une seconde pince (7, 8) pour la production d'un second pli transversal qui est parallèle au premier pli, ainsi qu'un second cylindre de pliage (3) qui est équipé d'au moins une garniture de crochets preneurs (9) et d'au moins une lame d'introduction (10), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de pliage comprend plusieurs courroies mobiles (11) qui passent partiellement autour du second cylindre de pliage (3), de manière que le second cylindre de pliage (3) se trouvant en rotation entraîne les courroies mobiles (11) qui passent sur des poulies (17) montées sur un axe (18) qui peut occuper deux positions :
    - une première position pour la réalisation d'un unique pli transversal, à laquelle les courroies mobiles (11) passent partiellement autour du premier cylindre de pliage (2) derrière un plan (P) passant par les axes de rotation (50, 51) des cylindres de pliage (2, 3), de façon que l'ensemble des courroies mobiles (11) contribue à tenir l'exemplaire (4) en cours de pliage et introduit dans la première pince de pliage (5,6) sur le premier cylindre de pliage (2) pour le diriger sur un dispositif récepteur (61) ou vers un dispositif de pliage angulaire (60),
    - une seconde position de réalisation d'un second pli transversal parallèle au premier pli, à laquelle les courroies mobiles (11) ne passent que partiellement autour du second cylindre de pliage (3), derrière le plan (P) passant par les axes de rotation (50, 51), de façon qu'une garniture de crochets preneurs (9) du second cylindre de pliage (3) saisisse l'exemplaire (4) introduit dans la première pince de pliage (5, 6) pour le tenir sur le second cylindre de pliage (3) jusqu'à ce qu'une lame associée d'introduction (10) introduise l'exemplaire (4) dans la seconde pince de pliage (7, 8) du premier cylindre de pliage (2) pour la réalisation du second pli transversal.
  2. Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'axe (18) est monté déplaçable entre la première position et la seconde position entre deux éléments (1, 1') du châssis de l'appareil de pliage.
  3. Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'axe (18) décrit par rapport à l'axe (51) du second cylindre de pliage (3) un secteur de cercle entre la position inférieure et la position supérieure.
  4. Appareil de pliage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par un cylindre pneumatique (22) de manoeuvre de l'axe (18) qui est monté sur les éléments (1, 1') du châssis et peut occuper deux positions, à savoir une position d'extension correspondant à la première position de l'axe (18) et une position en retrait correspondant à la seconde position de l'axe (18).
  5. Appareil de pliage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par un mécanisme se composant d'une ou de plusieurs vis sans fin et de filetages pour l'entraînement de l'axe (18), la vis sans fin étant de son côté entraînée en rotation par un volant ou par un moteur télécommandé.
  6. Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les courroies mobiles (11) passent aussi sur des poulies tendeuses (13) qui sont disposées sur un cylindre pneumatique (16) alimenté en pression constante pour mettre les courroies (11) sous tension.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les courroies mobiles (11) sont tendues par le fait qu'elles passent sur un ensemble de poulies tendeuses (13) reliées à un ressort.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2, 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que l'axe (18) est porté par une structure (19, 19', 20) qui est déplaçable sur plusieurs galets de guidage (23, 23') entre les deux éléments (1, 1') du châssis.
