Claims (29)
- Beschlagsystem mit wenigstens einem Griff (20) und einem mit diesem halsseitig verbundenen Rotor (40), welcher in einer Hülse (30) gelagert ist, die in einer quer zur Rotorachse (R) gerichteten Öffnung (38) Lager- und/oder Führungselemente (18) für eine federbelastete Falle (15) aufnimmt, und welcher zu deren Betätigung mit einem Mitnehmer (50) an einer Schließ- und/oder Riegeleinheit zusammenwirkt, die in zwei sich waagrecht kreuzenden Bohrungen (Q, L) an einer Tür (T) angeordnet ist, wobei der Mitnehmer (50) achsparallel zur Rotorachse (R) schwenkbar gelagert ist und wobei eine aus dem Griffpaar (22) oder einem Griff (20) und einem Köpf, der Hülse (30), dem Rotor (40) und dem Mitnehmer (50) bestehende vormontierte Schloßbeschlag-Einheit (10) an der Tür (T) unzerlegt montierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Rotor (40) eine in bezug auf die Verschiebungsachse (V) der Falle (15) schräg angeordnete Brücke (45) vorhanden ist, die beim Schwenken eines Griffes (20) den Mitnehmer (50) zur Rück- und Vorbewegung der Falle (15) reib- und formschlüssig gegensinnig zu dem Rotor (40) antreibt.
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Griffe (20) eines Griffpaares (22) zu einer starren Montage-Einheit verbunden, vorzugsweise einstückig sind.
- System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schloßbeschlag-Einheit (10) samt Griffpaar (22) oder Griff (20) und Kopf der Hülse (30) in das Querloch (Q) und die Falle (15) in ein Stulploch (L), das in oder neben der Ebene der Tür (T) waagrecht verläuft, einführbar ist.
- Beschlagsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Durchbruch (35) in der allgemein C-förmigen Hülse (30) diametral gegenüber der Falle (15) angeordnet ist und parallele Begrenzungen (36) solcher lichter Weite (w) aufweist, daß der Rotor (40) zur Montage einschiebbar bzw. zur Demontage ausschiebbar ist, welcher zur Arretierung bzw. Freigabe bevorzugt um 90° schwenkbar ist.
- System nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Hülse (30) und Rotor (40) eine Rückholfederung (34) für den Griff (20) bzw. das Griffpaar (22) angreift, z.B. in Form eines umfangsnahe angeordneten Druckfederblocks, einer Blattfeder o.dgl.
- System nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rotor (40) einen in den Durchbruch (35) einführbaren und an dem Mitnehmer (50) kraftschlüssig anliegenden Profilkörper (45) aufweist, z.B. ein Stufenprofil, eine Stiftgruppe oder einen Polygonstumpf.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Griff (20) bzw. das Griffpaar (22) samt Hülse (30) zur Montage mit dem freien Ende zuerst in das Querloch (Q) unter solcher Drehung des Griff-Hauptteils (21) einführbar ist, daß der Griffhals (23) in das Querloch (Q) eintritt und der Griff-Hauptteil (21) in Richtung der Falle (15) zeigt, worauf der Griff (20) bzw. das Griffpaar (22) um 180° in die Ruhestellung geschwenkt wird.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rotor (40) einander gegenüberliegende Köpfe (41) mit Begrenzungsflächen aufweist, beispielsweise zwei parallelen Abflachungen (42), die quer zur Griff-Längsrichtung verlaufen und deren größter Abstand voneinander höchstens gleich der Öffnungsweite (w) des Durchbruchs (35) ist.
- System nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rotor (40) eine Nabe bildet, die in Richtung der Rotorachse (R) von Wangen bzw. Flanschen (48) begrenzt ist, an welche die Köpfe (41) nach innen anschließen.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmer ein Winkelhebel (50) ist, der von der Fallenfeder (16) belastet und um eine zur Rotorachse (R) parallele, im Umfangsbereich der Hülse (30) angeordnete Achse (S) schwenkbar ist.
- System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Schenkel (52) des Winkelhebels (50) mit dem inneren Ende (17) der Falle (15) bewegungsverbunden ist und daß der andere Schenkel (54) an der Brücke (45) kraft- oder formschlüssig anliegt.
- System nacn Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkelhebel (50) an einen scheitelseitigen Lagerteil (53) anschließend einerseits eine insbesondere teilgeschlitzte Koppelzunge (52) und andererseits einen Gleitnocken (54) aufweist.
- System nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brücke (45) ein Flachkörper ist, der griffseitig eine Abstufung oder Ausnehmung (44) aufweist, in welche ein z.B. verdicktes Ende des einen Schenkels (52) in seiner einen Endlage eintritt und welche zum Schwenklager (53) ces Winkelhebels (50) hin eine Anlagefläche (46) für den anderen Schenkel (54) hat.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (30) fallenseitg ein Gewindeloch (38) für eine einschraubbare Buchse (18) hat, welche die Falle (15) führt bzw. lagert und das gesamte System im Stulploch (L) fixiert.
- System nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Buchse (18) stulpseitig oder in ihrer Mittelbohrung (28) Ausnehmungen (68) zum Ansetzen eines Schraubwerkzeugs hat.
- System nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit ihrem Schaft (26) in einer Buchsen-Mittelbohrung (28) gleitbewegliche Falle (15) von einer Druckfeder (16) umschlossen ist, die sich an einem inneren Flansch (29) der Buchse (18) abstützt, und daß das innere Fallen-Ende (17) einen Koppelansatz (19) aufweist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falle (15) am inneren Ende (17) quer zu ihrer Außenkante (14) gerichtete Fortsätze (19) hat, die unter Drehung der Falle (15) um deren Längsachse (V) mit der teilgeschlitzten Koppelzunge (52) des Winkelhebels (50) verrastbar sind.
- System nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Forsätze (19) symmetrisch ausgebildet sind, so daß die Falle (15) in zwei um 180° verdrehten Positionen an dem einen Schenkel bzw. der Koppelzunge (52) verrastbar ist.
- System nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die quer zur Fallen-Längsachse (V) stehende Außenkante (14) in bezug auf die Fortsätze (19) entweder mittig verläut oder exzentrisch sitzt.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rotor (40) Ansätze (63) aufweist, die durch Formschluß gegen Verdrehen gesichert und an denen Griffe (20), Knöpfe oder andere Handhaben befestigbar sind.
- System nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ansätze als Tragkegel (63) zur axialfesten und drehfesten Anbringung gegengleicher Ansatzteile von Handhabenkörpern oder -hälsen ausgebildet sind.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rotor (40) and die Griffhälse (23) der Montage-Einheit (10) einen gemeinsamen Axialdurchbruch (80) zur Aufnahme einer Verriegelungsmechanik haben, die zur Betätigung wie zur Entriegelung axial begrenzt beweglich ist.
- System nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsmechanik einen Längsschieber (87) aufweist, der mit zwei an bzw. in den Köpfen (41) des Rotors (40) geführten Querschiebern (88) bewegungsverbunden ist, namentlich indem die Schieber (87, 88) als senkrecht zueinander wirkende Steuerkurven ausgebildet sind, und daß die Querschieber (88) zur Verriegelung in zugeordnete Aussparungen (89) der Hülse (30) eingreifen.
- System nach Anspruch 22 oder 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Betätigung des Längsschiebers (87) zwangsgeführte und/oder federnde Bedienelemente wie Druckknöpfe (92), Dreholiven (93), Schloßzylinder (94), Rastschieber (106) o.dgl. vorgesehen sind.
- System nach einem der Anspruche 22 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Griffkopf zur Entriegelung ein Schnapprastelement, z.B ein federbelasteter Bolzen (99), quer zum Axialdurchbruch (80) vorhanden ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Entriegelung ein Querstift (105) des Längsschiebers (87) in einer Wendelnut (104) eines Bedienelements (z.B. 93) selbsthemmungsfrei bewegbar ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (30) einen schachtartigen Durchbruch (55) hat, in den eine Riegel- bzw. Sperreinrichtung (57 bis 62) einsetzbar ist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (30) Bestandteil eines das Stulploch (L) aufweisenden Gehäuses (70) ist, das am Türblatt (T) z.B. mittels einer Schraubverbindung mit einer gegenüberstehenden Abdeckplatte (74) befestigbar ist.
- System nach Anspruch 27 und 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (70) einen Bügel (72) aufweist, der den schachtartigen Durchbruch (55) nach Montage der Riegel- bzw. Sperreinrichtung (57 bis 62) überdeckt.
