Claims (11)
- Automatische Verpackungspresse, die mehrere senkrechte Gehäuse (12) umfaßt, die sich intermittierend auf einem Karussell drehen, mit Einrichtungen (5) für eine kontinuierliche Zufuhr und Einrichtungen (8) für ein automatisches Binden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäuse (12) an ihren oberen und unteren Enden offen sind und sich in der Weise drehen, daß sie eine darunter liegende, feste, horizontale Ebene (6) überstreichen, die im Bereich der Preßzone mit einer Öffnung (21) versehen ist, daß in Ausrichtung mit dem Gehäuse (12), das sich in der Preßstation befindet, ein Preßzylinder (10) mit vertikaler Achse vorgesehen ist, dessen Stempel (11) dazu bestimmt ist, sich präzise in dem Gehäuse (12) zu bewegen und daß die Preßstation mit einem sich horizontal erstreckenden, prismatischen Gehäuse (7) versehen ist, das eine Öffnung (20) aufweist, die mit der Öffnung (21) der Ebene (6) identisch und unmittelbar neben dieser angeordnet ist, wobei in diesem Gehäuse ein Stempel (15) in Axialrichtung beweglich ist, wobei weiterhin ein Verschluß (16) in Querrichtung beweglich ist, um eine Preßkammer (24) zu begrenzen, und wobei schließlich dessen Ballenausgang mit den besagten Einrichtungen (8) für ein automatisches Binden ausgestattet ist, die fest angeordnet sind.
- Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (7) unterhalb der Ebene (6) fest angeordnet ist.
- Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (7) fest oberhalb des entsprechenden Gehäuses (12) angeordnet ist.
- Presse nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsöffnung des Gehäuses (7) mit zwei konvergierenden Fortsätzen (18) versehen ist, um den Ballen (19) in der Bindephase zu halten.
- Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Preßzylinder (10) oberhalb des entsprechenden Gehäuses (12) angeordnet ist.
- Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Preßzylinder (10) unterhalb der oben erwähnten Ebene (6) angeordnet ist.
- Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stempel (15) der Wirkung eines Betätigungszylinders (14) unterworfen ist, der im Inneren des Gehäuses auf der der Austrittsöffnung der Ballen (19) gegenüberliegenden Seite befestigt ist.
- Presse nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungszylinder (14) den Stempel (15) in der Weise verschiebt, daß er das Material, das in der Kammer (24) gepreßt worden ist, über die Ausgangsöffnung des Gehäuses (7) mit intermittierendem Vorschub mit einem Schritt vorwärts schiebt, der gleich demjenigen der zum Binden der Ballen (19) dienenden Bänder (23) ist.
- Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschluß (16) von einem Betätigungszylinder (17) betätigt wird, der im Inneren eines fest verbundenen Körpers (9) befestigt ist, der sich bezuglich des Gehäuses (7) in senkrechter Richtung erstreckt, wobei der Verschluß durch eine entsprechende Öffnung (22) des Gehäuses (7) hindurchtritt.
- Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Ebene (6) mit einem Rand (60) versehen ist, der eine ausreichende Höhe aufweist, um eventuelle kleinformatige Reste des zu pressenden Materials oder von Flüssigkeit, die aus den Gehäusen (12) austritt, zurückzuhalten.
- Presse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit einem logischen Programm zur automatischen Steuerung des gesamten Arbeitszyklus versehen ist.
