Claims (7)

1. Verfahren zur Ausfüllung von Behältern (11) wie Dosen, mit einem festen Produkt, insbesondere mit einem Nahrungsmittel, in einer Karussellfüllmaschine, die eine Vielzahl von winkelmäßig um die Achse der Maschine herumversetzten Füllstellen (7) aufweist, gemäß dem ein leerer, an seinem oberen Ende offener Behälter in die Maschine zu einer der besagten Füllstellen geführt ist, der Behälter mit dem besagten Produkt gefüllt ist, und das im Behälter enthaltene Produkt anhand eines Verdichtungsstöpsels (25) verdichtet ist, der in der Achse des Behälters zwischen einer oberen Stellung über dem Behälter und einer Stellung zur Verdichtung des Produkts in dem Behälter, in demselben, beweglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, nach der Verdichtung des Produkts, der Verdichtungsstöpsel (25) nur bis zu einer Zwischenstellung auf gleicher Höhe wie der obere Rand des Behälters (11) zurückgezogen ist, sodaß dieser durch die untere Oberfläche des Stöpsels (25) geschloßen ist und der Stöpsel in dieser Zwischenstellung mit Verschluß des Behälters bis zum Zeitpunkt der Entfernung des Behälters von der Füllmaschine festgehalten ist.
2. Einrichtung einer Füllstelle (7) zur Füllung von Behältern (11) wie Dosen, mit einem festen Produkt, insbesondere mit einem Nahrungsmittel, für eine Füllmaschine, vorzugsweise eine Karussellfüllmaschine, bestehend aus einer Vielzahl von winkelmäßig um die Achse des Karussells herumversetzten Füllstellen, der Gattung, die eine Vorrichtung zur Festhaltung eines leeren, oben offenen Behälters (11), in dessen Füllstellung unter einer Öffnung (22), deren Form dem Querschnitt der Dose entspricht, im Boden einer Empfangskammer (18) für das Behälterfüllprodukt, mit der Achse des Behälters axial ausgerichtet, einen Verdichtungsstöpsel (25) zur Verdichtung des im Behälter enthaltenen Produkts, der in der Achse des Behälters gemäß einer Hin-und Herbewegung beweglich ist, zwischen einer extremen oberen Stellung in einem vorbestimmten Abstand über dem Behälter und einer unteren Stellung zur Verdichtung des im Behälter enthaltenen Produkts, unter der Wirkung einer Antriebsvorrichtung aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsvorrichtung des Verdichtungsstöpsels (25) zwei, hintereinander montierte Antriebsmittel (27, 28) aufweist, sodaß das erste Mittel (27) dem Verdichtungsstöpsel eine Bewegung zwischen der besagten extremen oberen Stellung und einer Zwischenstellung auf gleicher Höhe (32) wie der obere Rand des Behälters (11) überträgt, und das zweite Mittel (28) dem Stüpsel einen Weg von kürzerer Länge zwischen der besagten Zwischenstellung auf gleicher Höhe (32) wie der Band des Behälters und der besagten Verdichtungsstellung überträgt.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Antriebsmittel (27, 29) des Verdichtungsstöpsels (25) aus hintereinander montierten, doppelt wirkenden hydraulischen Zylindern bestehen, wobei der erste Zylinder (27) durch dessen Kolbenstange (29) mit dem besagten Stöpsel (25) und durch dessen Zylinderkörper (in 30) mit der Kolbenstange des zweiten Zylinders (28), dessen Zylinder festgehalten ist (in 31), verbunden ist.

Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Hubvorrichtung (35) für die auszufüllenden Behälter in ihre Stellung zum Anbringen des offenen Endes der Behälter an der Rand der, in der Zufuhrkammer (18), in der Achse des Verdichtungsstöpsels gebildeten Produkts Zufuhröffnung (22) aufweist.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagte Hubvorrichtung (35) einen Stöpsel (36) aufweist, der auf einem beweglichen Träger (37), über einem elastischen Element (39), wie eine Feder, montiert ist, wobei das elastische Element derart bemessen ist, daß eine Rückbewegung des besagten Stöpsels (36) gegen das besagte elastische Element unter der Wirkung des, in den Behälter eintretenden Verdichtungsstöpsel (25), ermöglicht ist, und das Trägerelement (37) des Stöpsels (36) die Kolbenstange eines hydraulischen Zylinders (38) sein kann.
6. Einrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das besagte zweite Antriebsmittel (28) des Verdichtungsstöpsels (25) Mittel (33) zur Regelung oder zur Veränderung des besagten Wegs der kürzesten Verdichtungslänge aufweist.
7. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubvorrichtung Mittel zur Regelung des Hubwegs aufweist.
