Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zum Beschicken von Zinkingots (6, 6', 6'') in eine Zinkwanne (6) einer Verzinkungsanlage, in der die Ingots in einem Lagerungsbereich durch eine Transportvorrichtung, so wie eine Rollbrücke, angehoben sind, welche eine Zange aufweist, die ein Ende des Ingots greift, wobei die Ingots über die Zinkwanne gebracht und langsam in die letztere abgesenkt werden, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Abläufe:
    - a) der Ingot (6, 6', 6'') wird zu allererst auf einen geneigten Beschickungstisch (2, 2') gebracht, dessen unteres Ende sich oberhalb der Zinkwanne befindet;
    - b) man läßt den Ingot entlang des Beschickungstisches in die Zinkwanne gleiten;
    - c) wenn der Ingot (6, 6', 6'') fast vollständig in das Zinkbad (5) eingetaucht worden ist, bewegt sich ein Behälter (21, 21'), der in dem Zinkbad (5) in einer Ruheposition (21') gehalten ist, unter das nicht aufgeschmolzene obere Ende (8, 8', 8'') des Ingots (6, 6', 6'');
    - d) das obere Ende (8, 8', 8'') des Ingots wird freigegeben; und
    - e) der Behälter senkt sich wieder in seine Ruheposition (21').
  2. Verfahren zum Beschicken von Zinkingots (6) in eine Zinkwanne (4) einer Verzinkungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den Ingot (6) auf den Beschickungstisch (2) derart bringt, daß dieser sich in der horizontalen Position befindet, daß man die Transportvorrichtung vom Ingot abnimmt, daß Halteeinrichtungen (9) ein Ende (8) des Ingots greifen, daß man den Tisch neigt und daß die Halteeinrichtungen das Gleiten des Ingots entlang des Tisches steuern.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Beschicken von Zinkingots in eine Zinkwanne einer Verzinkungsanlage zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen zwischen einer horizontalen Position (2) zum Aufnehmen der Ingots (6, 6', 6''), in der er eine oder mehrere Ingots (6, 6', 6'') aufnimmt, und einer geneigten Position (2') zur Beschickung, in der sein unterer Rand (7') sich oberhalb der Zinkwanne (4) befindet, beweglichen Tisch (2, 2') aufweist, wobei der Tisch (2, 2') Halteeinrichtungen (9, 9') für den oder die Ingots (6, 6', 6'') aufweist, die das obere Ende (8, 8', 8'') des oder der Ingots (6, 6', 6'') greifen, wenn er in der geneigten Position (2') ist, wobei die Halteeinrichtungen (9, 9') so betrieben werden, daß sie den oder die Ingots (6, 6', 6'') abrutschen lassen, wenn der Tisch (2) in der geneigten Position (2') ist, wobei die Beschickungsvorrichtung für jeden Ingot (6, 6', 6'') der auf dem Tisch, 2, 2') getragen wird, einen Behälter (21) aufweist, der zwischen zwei Position bewegbar ist, einer Ruheposition (21'), in der er sich in der Zinkschmelzwanne (4) befindet, und einer Arbeitsposition (21), in der er sich unter den unteren Rand (7') des Tisches (2') bringt, bis dieser in der geneigten Position ist, um das obere Ende des Ingots (8, 8', 8'') aufzunehmen, bis dieses Ende von den Halteeinrichtungen (9, 9') freigegeben wird.
  4. Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (21, 21') sich parallel zu dem Tisch (2, 2') verschiebt, wenn dieser in der geneigten Position (2') ist.
  5. Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (21) eine Führung (22) aufweist, die entlang des Tisches (2, 2') gleitet, wenn dieser in der geneigten Position (2') ist, und an ihrem unteren Ende einen Korb (23) trägt, der freitragend auf der Gleitführung angeordnet ist, um in der Arbeitspostion unter den unteren Rand (7') des Tisches (2') zu kommen, wenn dieser in der geneigten Position ist.
  6. Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleitführung (22) eine Gleitschiene, die durch ein Profil in Form eines umgekehrten U mit inneren Rändern gebildet ist, und ein Gleitstück (25), das durch ein Profil in Form eines I gebildet ist, aufweist, und daß das Gleitstück (25) durch eine Kette (26) mit einem Motor (27) verbunden ist, der Zahnkettenräder und einen pneumatischen oder elektrischen Getriebemotor aufweist.
  7. Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (21) eine Gleitführung aufweist, die unter dem Tisch (2) angeordnet ist, wenn dieser in der geneigten Position (2') ist, und der an seinem unteren Ende einen Korb trägt, der in der Arbeitsposition unter den unteren Rand (7') des Tisches (2') kommt.
