Claims (8)
- Raccord à vis pour profilés creux s'étendant à angle droit les uns par rapport aux autres et prévus pour des châssis de fenêtres, de portes, etc., avec lequel un élément de liaison métallique (5) doit être posé à plat, avec une première face, sur l'extrémité frontale d'un premier profilé creux (3) contenant au moins un canal de vis (4) s'étendant suivant son axe longitudinal, et être vissé audit profilé (3) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un trou de fixation de vis (6) prévu dans sa zone centrale (5'') et d'une première vis de liaison (7) à introduire dans le trou (6), et cet élément de liaison (5) doit être posé sur une large surface, avec son autre face, sur le côté longitudinal de l'autre profilé creux (2) et fixé à celui-ci par vissage par l'intermédiaire de trous de fixation de vis (8) situés à ses deux extrémités (5') et de secondes vis de liaison (9) à introduire dans les trous (8) et dirigées en sens inverse par rapport à la première vis de liaison (7),
caractérisé en ce que les profilés creux (2, 3) à relier par vissage sont en matière plastique, le canal de vis (4) prévu dans le profilé creux en matière plastique (3) à relier par son extrémité frontale est fermé tout autour, et on insère, dans le profilé creux en matière plastique (2) à relier par son côté longitudinal, un profilé creux métallique de renforcement (1) dans lequel les deux secondes vis de liaison (9) logées dans l'élément de liaison (5), côté extrémité, doivent être vissées. - Raccord à vis selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison est conçu comme une plaque de liaison plate (5) pour une surface d'appui (2') plane continue du profilé creux en matière plastique (2) à relier par son côté longitudinal.
- Raccord à vis selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, sur la face supérieure de l'élément de liaison (5) tournée vers le premier profilé creux (3) posé par son extrémité frontale, des saillies de centrage (10) s'étendant transversalement, qui enserrent l'extrémité frontale (3') du profilé creux (3).
- Raccord à vis selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les saillies de centrage (10) sont conçues à la manière de nervures et comportent une paroi intérieure (10') s'étendant perpendiculairement par rapport à la surface de la plaque de liaison, et une paroi extérieure inclinée (10'') qui rejoint la paroi intérieure (10') en formant une arête vive.
- Raccord à vis selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de liaison (5), dans sa zone centrale (5'') située à l'intérieur des nervures de centrage (10) et comportant les trous de fixation de vis intérieurs (6), dépasse, des deux côtés, des extrémités (5') de la plaque.
- Raccord à vis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de liaison (5) comporte un trou de fixation de vis extérieur (8) situé à chacune de ses deux extrémités (5'), et deux trous de fixation de vis intérieurs (6) situés à l'intérieur de ses nervures de centrage (10) et près de celles-ci.
- Raccord à vis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, entre la plaque de liaison (5) et les profilés creux (2, 3) reliés par vis par l'intermédiaire de celle-ci, des bandes d'étanchéité (11, 12) posées à plat sur la plaque de liaison (5).
- Raccord à vis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, pour des liaisons de profilés creux en croix, un élément de liaison métallique (5) entre les côtés longitudinaux opposés du profilé creux (2) traversant et les extrémités frontales (3') des deux autres profilés creux (3) en appui l'une en face de l'autre sur le profilé (2).
