Auf dem inneren seitlichen Schenkel 9 ist eine am besten in Fig. 2b ersichtliche Führung 22 mittels eines Distanzbolzens 23 mit dem Profilteil fest verschraubt. Die Führung 22 weist eine Halterung 24 aus einem stegförmigen Mittelteil 25 und zwei einen im wesentlichen rechteckförmigen Querschnitt besitzende C -bzw. klammerförmige Abschnitte 28, 29 auf. Die Abschnitte 28, 29 sind mit ihren Längsseiten im wesentlichen parallel zu den Seitenwandungen 15, 16 ausgerichtet. Ihr innerer Querschnitt ist im wesentlichen gleich dem äußeren Querschnitt von aufzunehmenden Kettenführungsstangen 26, 27. Die seitlichen freien Enden 28', 29'der Abschnitte 28, 29 sind nach innen umgebogen. Die Kettenführungsstangen sind in die Profile der Abschnitte 28, 29 eingesetzt. Sie werden durch einen mittleren Abschnitt festgehalten, der im wesentlichen U-förmig ausgebildet ist und einen mit dem Mittelteil 25 verbindbaren Basisabschnitt 30 und seitliche Schenkel aufweist, wobei die freien Enden 31, 32 der Seitenschenkel in der in Fig. 2b ersichtlichen Weise so nach außen umgebogen sind, daß sie zusammen mit den nach innen umgebogenen freien Enden 28', 29' der Abschnitte 28, 29 die Kettenführungsstangen 26, 27 in diesen Abschnitten arretieren. Die Kettenführungsstangen weisen Längsschlitze auf, in denen die Endloskette 33 mit ihren Rollen 34 geführt ist. Die Kette weist in bekannter Weise Klammern zum Ergreifen einer durch die Maschine zu führenden Verpackungsmaterialbahn 35 auf.
Claims (6)
- Verpackungsmaschine mit einem Rahmen (1) mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden seitlichen Rahmenteilen und von diesen getragenen Arbeitsstationen (4, 5, 6), einer Transporteinrichtung (41, 42) zum Ergreifen und Transportieren einer Materialbahn (43) von einer Eingangsseite durch die Stationen (4, 5, 6) hindurch zu einer Ausgangsseite, einem Antrieb (52, 53, 54) zum Bewegen wenigstens einer der Arbeitsstationen (5) parallel zur Richtung des Transportes der Materialbahn relative zu einer Sollstelle, einem Druckmarkensensor (40) auf der Eingangsseite zum Abtasten von auf der Materialbahn (43) vorgesehenen Druckmarken, sowie mit einer Steuerung (44) für die Antriebe,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Steuerung (44) mit dem Druckmarkensensor (40) verbunden ist und so ausgebildet ist, daß sie die Lage der Stationen (4, 5, 6) relativ zueinander parallel zur Richtung des Transportes der Materialbahn über die Antriebe in Abhängigkeit von durch den besagten einzigen Druckmarkensensor erfaßten Abweichungen der Druckmarkenabstände von vorgegebenen Werte einstellt. - Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
jedes seitliche Rahmenteil im Bereich der bewegbaren Stationen (4, 5, 6) schienenartige Abschnitte (36, 37) und die zugehörige Station Laufräderpaare (38, 39) besitzen und die Stationen (4, 5, 6) mit den Laufrädern auf den schienenförmigen Abschnitten aufliegend verfahrbar sind. - Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
im Bereich der Stationen (4, 5, 6) Wegmeßeinrichtungen (45, 46, 47) zur Bestimmung der jeweiligen Stellung der Stationen (4, 5, 6) relativ zu einer Bezugsstelle des Rahmens vorgesehen sind. - Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
jede der bewegbaren Stationen (4, 5, 6) über einen Linearantrieb (49 bis 54) verstellbar ist. - Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Steuerung (44) die erfaßten Druckmarkenabstände aufsummiert und in Abhängigkeit der jeweils letzten Abweichung von einem Sollwert die Stationen (4, 5 , 6) bezüglich ihrer Position einstellt. - Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Antrieb für den Materialbahnenvorschub in Abhängigkeit von dem Ausgangssignal des Druckmarkensensors (40) steuerbar ist.
