Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a roller shutter with a rotatable stored, self-locking winding shaft and one this roll-up roller shutter curtain from several roller shutter elements articulated together, the top roller shutter element with the winding shaft is connected, wherein on the winding shaft a first, in Connecting section extending in the axial direction of the winding shaft is formed and on the top roller shutter element a second, in the axial direction of the Connection shaft extending winding shaft formed is.
Various measures are already known to to increase the security against burglary of roller shutters. A Measure is a self-locking winding shaft to provide, for example, a self-locking Worm gear only via a hand crank or a motor is rotatable, but which is switched off Motor or rest of the hand crank not by attack can be rotated on the winding shaft itself. Together with a suitable education of the top, usually housed in a roller shutter box Roller shutter elements can thus be pushed up by unauthorized persons of the roller shutter curtain can be avoided. A vulnerability So far, however, was the attachment of the top Roller shutter element on the pull-out shaft, which was previously used Screws or rivets is done. After opening the The shutter box was there with a burglar relatively simple tools possible, the top one To release the shutter element from the winding shaft and thus pulling up the roller shutter curtain despite the winding shaft being locked.
A 1 266 581 already describes a roller shutter, in which the winding shaft has a groove-shaped connecting section around which a hook-shaped connecting section of the top roller shutter element is. The assembly of the roller shutter curtain in the Winding shaft is very simple. It only needs that hook-shaped element on the top roller shutter element in the Slot in the winding shaft. Just as easy like assembly, a burglar is unhinged the top roller shutter element from the groove of Winding shaft. It is after for the burglar Opening the usual roller shutter box easily possible unhook the top roller shutter element and the entire Pull up the roller shutter curtain.
The object of the invention is to provide a roller shutter at the beginning to create named genus, which increased Burglar-proof.
This is achieved in that a Connecting section the other to hold together Winding shaft and top roller shutter element - preferably with play - so form-fitting that a Removing the top roller shutter element from the Winding shaft in any direction perpendicular to the axis of the Winding shaft is impossible.
Under a form-fitting connection is in the sense the invention a connection of two parts (here the Understood winding shaft and the top roller shutter element), where the cohesion of the two parts through the shape of the two interlocking parts is determined without additional connecting means such as screws, rivets or the like would be necessary. The Form-locking connection according to the invention holds the two parts (winding shaft and top roller shutter element) captive together, but can, in contrast to form locking in the narrower sense, in which the two parts by corresponding training essentially immobile at least one another is connected allow limited relative movement of the two parts.
When assembling the roller shutter according to the invention can the two connecting sections simply in axial Towards each other and then stop form-fitting together, in each on the Winding shaft vertical direction taking out top roller shutter element from the winding shaft impossible is. As with the winding shaft installed on site an axial pushing out of the top roller shutter element is not possible and on the other hand no detachable Fastening elements such as screws, rivets or the like are provided, the top roller shutter element not be separated from the winding shaft, with what it is impossible for the burglar to pull up the roller shutters.
The invention also relates to the roller shutter according to
Further advantages and details of the invention will be explained in more detail in the following description of the figures.
1 shows a cross section through an embodiment of the roller shutter according to the invention lowered roller shutter (locked state), the Fig. 2 shows a cross section through a second exemplary embodiment with shutters lowered (locked state) and FIG. 3 shows a cross section through that in FIG. 2 shown embodiment with partially wound Roller shutter curtain.
Antriebskurbel
von außen nicht verdrehbar ist. Dies läßt sich beispielsweise
mit einem Schneckengetriebe (nicht dargestellt)
erreichen. Die Fig. 1 zeigt den aus gelenkig
miteinander verbundenen Rolladenelementen 4a, 4 bestehenden
Rolladenpanzer in herabgelassenem Zustand. Die
Rolladenelemente 4 unterhalb des Rolladenkastens 1 sind
in zwei seitlichen Führungsschienen 7 geführt. Unten
weist der Rolladenpanzer ein mit einer Stahleinlage
versehenes Endprofil 5 auf, welches an seiner Unterseite
Dichtleisten 6 aus elastischem Material aufweist. The roller shutter shown in Fig. 1 comprises a in

obersten Rolladenelementes 4a in praktisch allen Anwendungsfällen
nicht möglich ist, so kann für Sondereinbauten
eine zusätzliche Sicherung (beispielsweise
Stifte, Splinte oder dgl.) gegen axiales Verschieben
des obersten Rolladenelementes 4a vorgesehen sein.According to the top
The walls delimiting the groove 8 can be made in one piece with
the winding shaft to be designed to a stable

Um einerseits ein platzsparendes Aufwickeln des Rolladenpanzers
auf die Wickelwelle zu ermöglichen und andererseits
eine Sperrfunktion gegen unzulässiges Hochschieben
des Rolladenpanzers zu erzielen, ist das oberste
Rolladenelement 4a vorzugsweise schwenkbar an der
Wickelwelle 3 gelagert.
Wickelwelle anliegenden Stellung (aufgewickelter Rolladen
On the one hand, space-saving winding of the roller shutter curtain
on the winding shaft and on the other hand
a locking function against inadmissible pushing up
to achieve the shutter curtain is the top one
Rolladen sichtbaren vorzugsweise hohlprofiligen Rolladenelemente.
3 anlegen. Das Sperrprofil 4a kann vorzugsweise ebenfalls
aus Aluminium bestehen.The uppermost
Zusätzlich zur Sperrfunktion, die dadurch gegeben ist,
daß das oberste Rolladenelement 4a (Sperrprofil) nur in
einem beschränkten Winkelbereich gegenüber der Wickelwelle
3 verschwenkbar ist, kann eine Sperrwirkung dadurch
erzielt werden, daß das oberste Rolladenelement
4a mit der der Wickelwelle 3 abgewandten Längskante 10
an der Innenwand des Rolladenkastens 1 anliegt. In addition to the locking function, which is given by

The embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 and 3

Wickelwelle 3 integrierte Nut 8. Auch die Teile 4a und
4b sind formschlußartig im Sinne der Erfindung miteinander
verbunden und können daher bei eingebautem Rolladen
nicht voneinander getrennt werden.Fig. 2 shows the locked state in which a
unauthorized pushing up of the roller shutter curtain impossible

erscheint). Es wäre beispielsweise auch denkbar,
daß das oberste Rolladenelement 4a und gegebenenfalls
daran angeschlossene weitere Rolladenelemente jeweils
aus zwei oder mehreren axial beabstandeten Rolladenelementteilen
besteht, an denen der eigentliche Rolladenpanzer
aufgehängt ist. Bei den dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen
weist die Wickelwelle eine Nut auf,
in der das oberste Rolladenelement 4a formschlußartig
gehalten ist. Es wäre jedoch auch denkbar, daß beispielsweise
die Nut am obersten Rolladenelement ausgebildet
ist und einen von der Wickelwelle abstehenden
Vorsprung oder dergleichen formschlußartig umfaßt, um
die Wickelwelle und das oberste Rolladenelement einbruchsicher
miteinander zu verbinden. The invention is not based on the illustrated embodiments
