Definitions
- the invention relates to a mechanized installation with fully automated management for the storage of motor vehicles.
- CH-505.969 relates to an automatic garage for vehicles comprising a plurality of rectangular cells arranged on either side of a circulation aisle comprising two rails on which a mobile vehicle transport trolley circulates.
- Each cell is provided along its long sides with two series of vehicle wheel support bars, forming a comb whose teeth are turned towards the inside of the cell, and the mobile carriage is provided with two series of bars transport also forming a comb, the teeth of which are turned towards the outside of the carriage, said mobile carriage being able to penetrate inside each cell and then lower, so that the transport bars pass between the support bars and deposit the wheels of the vehicle transported on said support bars.
- the object of the invention is to provide a mechanized installation for storing motor vehicles, the arrangement of the storage cells of which saves space and the loading and unloading of a vehicle in a cell takes place without maneuver additional to that of moving the vehicle transport trolley.
- the carriage circulates on a circulation track forming a closed circuit provided with 2 longitudinal corridors and the cells are distributed on either side of each corridor so that the two rows arranged between the corridors are juxtaposed.
- the number of parking spaces relative to the surface of such an installation is high because the surface of each level, used for storage, is equal to or greater than two thirds of the total surface of the levels.
- each carriage moves on its own and the power required is therefore reduced to a minimum.
- the loading and unloading operations therefore require only a vertical displacement over a short distance of the movable support which can advantageously be achieved by means of two jacks arranged vertically and fixed to the chassis of the carriages.
- each elevator comprises a movable floor provided with lights capable of accommodating the horizontal bars of the fixed racks, and means for vertically moving the floor between a high position or it is in the plane racks, and a low position where it is retracted under the racks so as to be profiled with the circulation track of the level served.
- the switching means preferably comprise, for each branch, a jack arranged horizontally and arranged in a reservation formed in the circulation track and opening into the main groove, said jack comprising a rod carrying a shoe provided with a face. shaped front adapted to guide the carriage towards an additional groove, and being adapted to present two states: a retracted state in which the shoe is recessed with respect to the main groove, and a deployed state in which said shoe is disposed in said groove.
- the invention shown in the figures consists of a mechanized car park with fully automated management.
- This parking lot has several superimposed levels, each comprising a plurality of storage cells 1, an elevator 2 intended to ensure the transfer of vehicles from an entry station to these levels, and an elevator 3 intended to ensure the transfer of vehicles. levels to an exit station.
- this parking lot comprises, for each level, at least one carriage 4 intended to transfer the vehicles between the elevators 2, 3, and the storage cells 1.
- each level has a circulation track 5 forming a closed circuit composed of two longitudinal corridors 6 connected towards their ends by sections of semicircular corridors 7.
- Each level further comprises four rows of storage cells 1 arranged on the cob on either side of the longitudinal corridors 6, so that the two rows located between said corridors extend in the extension of one of the other, and that the rows located on either side of a corridor 6 are arranged in a chevron arrangement.
- each longitudinal corridor 6 the cells 1 arranged on either side of each longitudinal corridor 6 are offset from each other by a distance equivalent to half a cell width.
- two storage cell locations in the example two diametrically opposite cells, constitute the vertical pits in which the risers 2, 3 move.
- the circulation track 5 is, moreover, axially provided with a main guide groove 8, on either side of which are arranged, in the axis of each location 1, annex guide grooves 9 extending inside said locations.
- a switching station is provided at each branch between the main guide groove 8 and an additional guide groove 9.
- Each of these switching stations comprises, firstly, a jack 10 housed in a reservation 11 formed in the circulation track 5 and opening into the main groove 8 opposite an annex groove 9.
- jacks 10 are arranged horizontally so as to extend orthogonally relative to the main guide groove 8.
- Their body 10a is fixed to a transverse wall 12 disposed in each reservation 11, while their rod 10b carries a switching shoe 13 guided, upon actuation of said jacks, by two guide rods 14 integral with said shoes and mounted slidingly with respect to the transverse walls 12.
- Each of the shoes 13 has a front face 13a of concave shape, adapted to connect the main guide groove 8 to the corresponding annex groove 9, when said shoe is positioned in said main groove.
- Each cylinder 10 is, in turn, adapted to present two states: a retracted state in which the shoe 13 is disposed in the reservation 11, laterally recessed relative to the main groove 8 and a deployed state in which the shoe 13 is disposed in said main groove.
- main guide grooves 8 and annexes 9 and these switching stations are used to guide a carriage 4 so as to allow the latter, on the one hand, to move along the circulation track 5, and on the other part, to enter the storage cells 1 and the risers 2, 3, for the loading or unloading of a vehicle.
- trolleys 4 provided with autonomous propulsion means 15, capable of generating their displacement in forward or reverse gear, such as an electric battery, are preferably two in number per level: a trolley in service and a trolley in charge.
- each carriage 4 comprises, firstly, a chassis 16 mounted on two axles 17 each carrying two steered wheels 18 by means of pivots 19.
- Each of these carriages 4 further comprises, for each axle 17, a vertical steering shaft 20 connected to the pivots 19 by means of linkage bars 21.
- This shaft 20 carries a horizontal guide roller 22 made of rubber arranged to be move in the guide grooves 8, 9.
- This guide roller 22 is mounted on a rim 23 disposed around a ball bearing 24 carried by the steering shaft 20.
- Each carriage 4 also comprises a mobile support 25 carried by two jacks 26 arranged vertically on the chassis 16.
- This mobile support 25 is composed of a longitudinal central structure 27 and two series of horizontal bars 28, parallel and spaced, extending orthogonally on either side of the central structure 27.
- Each storage cell 1 and each elevator 2, 3 comprise two fixed racks 29, longitudinal, arranged opposite, and each consisting of horizontal fixed bars, parallel and spaced. These racks 29 are adapted, firstly, to delimit between the ends of the bars, a free central space of width greater than that of the central structure 27 of the carriages 4.
- These racks 29 are, moreover, arranged so as to define a horizontal support plane extending substantially below the bars 28 of the carriages 4, in the high position of the mobile support 25 of the latter (FIG. 10), and s' extending above these bars 28 in the low position of said movable support ( Figure 11).
- Each elevator 2, 3 further comprises a movable floor 30 provided with lights capable of accommodating the horizontal bars of the fixed racks 29 equipping this elevator.
- This movable floor 30 is carried by four jacks 31 arranged vertically and adapted to move it between a high position where it is in the same horizontal plane as the racks 29, and a low position where it is retracted under said racks so as to profile yourself with the runway 5 of the level served.
- This movable floor 30 is, moreover, provided with a guide groove (not shown) arranged to come in the extension of an annex guide groove 9 formed at each level. served.
- the movable floor 30 When a lift 2, 3 is at the entry station or at the exit station, the movable floor 30 is placed in the high position allowing passengers to put their feet on level ground when they get out of the vehicle or come get this one.
- this movable floor 30 is then retracted, in the low position, and allows the carriages 4 to enter the elevator 2, 3 for the loading or unloading of a vehicle.
- the latter can also be equipped with rollers made up of rollers with vertical or inclined axes adapted to guide laterally. this vehicle.
- the mobile support 25 is then lifted so that the bars 28 of the latter pass through the racks 29.
- the vehicle is then carried by the carriage 4 which is moved along the circulation track 5, the mobile support 25 remaining in the high position or being brought back to the low position, until it is stopped by the transmitter-receiver cell corresponding to the selected location.
- the switching jack 10 corresponding to this location is then actuated and the carriage 4 moves back until it is stopped by the transmitter-receiver cell arranged in the bottom of the storage cell 1.
- the jacks 26 are then retracted and the vehicle deposited on the racks 29. Once this deposit has been made, the carriage 4 is brought back to the circulation track 5, along which it moves until it is stopped by an activated transceiver cell. Depending on the case, this stop can be ordered either, facing the elevator 2 or 3 if a new vehicle is brought, or, opposite a location if a user wishes to remove his vehicle.
- the output cycle then consists in bringing the carriage 4 of the level considered opposite the desired location, as indicated above, and in controlling the descent of the output elevator 2 or 3.
- the following operations then correspond, in opposite direction, to those carried out for the retraction of a vehicle.
