Definitions

  • the invention relates to a spring-loaded rotary drive for electrical switching devices, in particular switch disconnectors, with a locking member connectable to the relevant switch shaft, two pawls arranged on opposite sides of the locking member, which interact in the different switching positions with locking surfaces provided on the circumference of the disk-like locking member, in each case are releasable against a spring force, a control disk rotatable relative to the locking member, on the circumference of which control surfaces are provided for ratchet lifting, and a spring device arranged between the locking member and the control disk.
  • DE 31 50 905 A1 serves the same purpose as the spring-loaded rotary actuators of the type mentioned at the outset, which operates according to the same functional principle for controllable blocking and triggering of a switch shaft of a load-break switch which can be pretensioned in the switch-on and switch-off direction by means of an energy accumulator and between the switch shaft and the blocking frame provided blocking elements and a controllable trigger shaft known.
  • This one too known device, remote triggering is thus already possible.
  • the aim of the invention is to provide a further spring-loaded rotary drive of the type mentioned at the outset, which, with the simplest construction and reliable operation, in particular also enables such an operating mode in which the switch in question is only biased into a respective switching position.
  • At least one of the pawls provided for locking the locking member additionally interacts with a locking surface provided on the control disk in order to support the control disk when the spring arrangement is under tension, while the locking member has a self-releasing inclined surface on the other pawl is supported, which for this purpose is partially lifted off by the relevant control surface of the control disk and is prevented from lifting off further by a releasable blocking element.
  • a respective pawl serving to lock the locking member is thus additionally used to support the control disk when the spring arrangement is under tension until the locking member blocked by the other pawl is released by releasing a blocking element acting on this pawl and the locking member abruptly into the desired switching position is transferred. Any special additional locking means are therefore not required. After the pawl blocking the blocking member has been released by the blocking element, it becomes The jack is completely lifted over the inclined surface of the pre-tensioned locking element. After the blocking element has been released, the prestressed locking member can immediately follow the control disk.
  • the control disk can be locked by the relevant pawl, for example, in a standby position, in which the locking member supported on the inclined surface on the other pawl is pretensioned for a transition from an OFF position to an ON position of the switching device in the ON position.
  • the relevant pawl for example, in a standby position, in which the locking member supported on the inclined surface on the other pawl is pretensioned for a transition from an OFF position to an ON position of the switching device in the ON position.
  • control disc comprises at least two locking surfaces, each of which, in different readiness positions of the control disc, cooperate with a relevant pawl provided in addition for locking the locking member.
  • the spring-loaded rotary drive 10 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is designed for use with a load-break switch with an earthing position provided in addition to the ON and OFF positions.
  • This spring-loaded rotary drive 10 comprises a locking element 16 which can be connected to the relevant switch shaft 14, two pawls 18, 20 arranged on opposite sides of the locking element 16 and pivotably mounted on a base plate 12 via eccentric bolts 86, 88, one relative to the locking element 16 and thus also to the switch shaft 14 rotatable control disk 34 and a spring device arranged between the locking member 16 and the control disk 34 (not shown).
  • the locking member 16 can be attached to a carrier hub which is, for example, keyed to the switch shaft 14 in order to produce a rotationally fixed connection.
  • the locking member 16 can be connected to the carrier hub, not shown, by a rubber layer in order to achieve a certain shock absorption with a limited relative rotation.
  • the pawls 18, 20 cooperate in the different switching positions with locking surfaces 22 - 32 provided on the circumference of the disk-like locking member 16 in particular.
  • the pawls 18, 20 are each resiliently held against the circumference of the disk-like locking member 16 or the control disk 34 and releasable against the spring force.
  • control surfaces 36 - 40 are provided on the periphery of the control disk 34, which can be rotated relative to the locking member 16, for ratchet lifting.
  • the suspension of the pawls 18, 20, like the spring device provided between the locking member 16 and the control disk 34, can each be formed by a torsion spring.
  • the torsion spring not shown, arranged between the locking member 16 and the control disk 34 is always tensioned when the control disk 34 is rotated in one or the other direction relative to the locking member 16.
  • both pawls 18, 20 serving to lock the locking member 16 additionally interact with a locking surface 42, 44 provided on the circumference of the control disk 34 in order to support the control disk 34 when the spring arrangement is tensioned, while the locking member 16 has an inclined surface which allows self-release 46, 48 is supported on the other pawl 20, 18.
  • the respective pawl resting on the respective inclined surface 46, 48 has already been partially lifted by the relevant control surface 36, 38 on the circumference of the control disk 34, but is still prevented from lifting off by a releasable blocking element 50, 52.
  • the blocking elements 50, 52 assigned to the two pawls 20, 18 each comprise a half-shaft 58, 60 which can be pivoted by means of an actuating lever 54, 56 and is arranged in the pivoting range of the relevant pawl 20, 18.
  • the half shafts 58, 60 assigned to the two pawls 20, 18 can be actuated simultaneously by a common actuating device 62.
  • actuator 62 includes a solenoid 64, the Armature 66 carries at the lower end a pin 68 which engages in an elongated hole 70 provided at one end of the actuating lever 56. The other end of this actuating lever 56 is connected to the half shaft 60 rotatably mounted on the attachment 94.
  • the upper end of the armature 66 comprises two arms 66 ', 66' '(see FIG. 3) which are spaced apart from one another, each of which is provided with an elongated hole 74 into which a pin 72 engages, which is located between the two arms 66', 66 '' of the armature 66 is arranged at the end of a lever 76 which is pivotably mounted about an axis 78 on the attachment 94.
  • the other lever arm of the lever 76 is articulated at the free end to an adjustable linkage 80 which is coupled at the lower end via a swivel joint 82 to the left end of the actuating lever 54 connected to the half shaft 58.
  • This half shaft 58 is in turn rotatably mounted on the attachment 94.
  • the arrangement is such that when the armature 66 moves upward, both pawls 20, 18 are blocked by the half-shafts 58, 60 and are released simultaneously when the armature moves downward.
  • the two pawls 20, 18 can also be triggered manually via a lever 90 and an extended push button 92 (compare FIGS. 1 and 3).
  • Devices 96 for fastening signaling switches can additionally be provided on the attachment 94.
  • the left pawl 18 bears on the locking surface 22 and the right pawl 20 on the locking surface 24 of the locking member 16.
  • the control disk 34 is rotated clockwise, for example by means of a plug-in lever or by a drive motor (cf. Figure 1).
  • the right pawl 20 is pivoted outward by the control surface 36 provided on the circumference of the control disk 34 until this pawl 20 strikes the half-shaft 58 assuming the blocking position and is thereby prevented from lifting off completely.
  • the locking member 16 is supported on the locking surface 24 adjoining inclined surface 46 on the pawl 20.
  • the locking member 16 has rotated by an angle ⁇ of about 2 ° clockwise, so that the locking surface 22 takes a slight distance from the pawl 18.
  • the control disk 34 assumes the position shown in FIG. 1, in which the spring-loaded pawl 18 is additionally pivoted to the right by a slight amount and the control disk 34 swings on the circumferential latch surface 42 is supported on this pawl 18.
  • the inclined surface 46 over which the locking member 16 is supported on the other, right pawl 20, encloses an angle ⁇ of approximately 30 ° with a straight line G running through the center of the switch shaft and the point of contact with the pawl 20.
  • the blocking member 16 is thus biased into the ON position via the control disk 34 and the spring device arranged between the latter and the blocking member.
  • the pawl 20 is completely lifted off over the self-releasing inclined surface 46 of the locking member 16, whereupon the locking member 16 connected to the switch shaft 14 abruptly in the clockwise direction corresponding Direction RE is transferred to the ON position.
  • the left pawl 18 is pivoted outward by the flank 98 provided on the circumference of the locking member 16 under the half-shaft 60 until it snaps into a recess 104 provided on the circumference of the locking member 16 and on the locking surface 26 of the locking member after reaching the ON position 16 is present.
  • this locking member 16 strikes with the locking surface 28 on the right pawl 20, which remains in contact with the locking surface 26 on this locking surface 28 after contact of the left pawl 18, so that Locking member 16 is fixed in the ON position by the two pawls 18, 20 without play.
  • the inclined surface 46 provided on the circumference of the disk-shaped locking member 16 forms an angle ⁇ of approximately 30 ° with the straight line G running through the axis of rotation D of the rotary drive and the point of contact between the inclined surface 46 and the pawl 20 (see FIG. 1). It can also be seen from FIG. 1 that the locking member 16 in the position biased there into the ON position is at an angle with respect to the OFF position in which the two pawls 18, 20 bear against the locking surfaces 22, 24 ⁇ is rotated clockwise by approximately 2 °.
  • the common actuating device 62 assigned to the two blocking elements 50, 52 ensures that the two half-shafts 58, 60 are rotated at the same time, thereby preventing the pawls 18, 20 from jamming.
  • the locking member 16 is biased into the OFF position.
  • the control disk 34 is rotated counterclockwise about the axis of rotation D, as a result of which the left pawl 18 through the control surface 38 on the circumference of the control disk 34 as far as the stop on the locking end Half wave 60 is pivoted to the left.
  • the spring device arranged between the blocking member 16 and the control disk 34 is tensioned.
  • the spring-loaded pawl 20 engages in the recess 102 provided on the circumference of the control disk 34, whereupon this control disk is supported on the right pawl 20 via its locking surface 44.
  • the left pawl 18 is pivoted further to the left under the half-shaft 60 via the inclined surface 48 of the locking member 16 biased into the OFF position, whereupon the locking member 16 is suddenly moved counterclockwise in the direction RA into the OFF position.
  • the locking member 16 hits with the locking surface 22 on the left pawl 18.
  • the right pawl 20 is pivoted outwards over the flank 100 on the circumference of the locking disk 16 under the half-shaft 58, which also occupies the release position.
  • this pawl 20 snaps inward again due to the spring assigned to it, whereupon it rests on the locking surface 24 of the locking member 16.
  • the locking member 16 is thus fixed by the two pawls 18, 20 interacting with the locking surfaces 22 and 24 without play.
  • the common actuating device 62 assigned to the blocking elements 50, 52 ensures that the two half-shafts 58, 60 are rotated into the release position at the same time and jamming of the pawls 18, 20 is therefore ruled out at all times.
  • the control disk 34 can turn after the switching-off movement of the locking disk 16 initially by an angle ⁇ of about 9 ° further counterclockwise in the direction RA, whereupon the left pawl 18 due to the inclined surface 105 provided on the circumference of the control disk 34 slightly to the left below the half-shaft 60 is pivoted so that the left pawl 18 finally rests on the control surface 40 provided on the circumference of the control disk 34 due to the spring assigned to it.
  • the switch can thus be brought into a grounding position by turning the control disk 16 further to the left in the direction RA, for example by means of a plug lever or by a motor drive.
  • the pawl 18 is pivoted further to the left by the control surface 40 until it stands out from the locking surface 22 of the locking member 16, whereupon this locking member as a result of the now tensioned spring arrangement between this locking member 16 and the control disk 34 suddenly lags the control disc in the grounding position.
  • the locking disk 16 hits the latch surface 30 on the pawl 18.
  • the right pawl 20 also snaps inwards, whereupon it rests on the locking surface 32 of the locking member 16. In the grounding position, the locking disk 16 is thus interacting with the locking surfaces 30, 32 of the locking member 16 by the two Jacks 18, 20 fixed without play.
  • a locking surface 106 engages behind the left pawl 18.
  • this locking surface 106 of the control disk 34 is opposite to the horizontal H by an angle Stellung of approximately 27 ° in the position pretensioned in the OFF position offset clockwise.
  • the blocking elements 50, 52 having the half-shafts 58, 60 can be operated manually via the linkage 80 comprising the operating lever 54.
  • a lever 90 is provided which is pivotably attached to the attachment 94 and which engages on the intermediate lever 54 connected to the half shaft 58 and can be actuated via an extended push button 92.
