Claims (21)

  1. Transformateur, en particulier pour lampes halogènes à basse tension, ou inductance symétrique d'entrée pour lampes fluorescentes, avec deux bobines superposées (2, 3) dont les têtes de bobinage protubèrent hors du paquet de tôles (1) du transformateur ou de l'inductance, et avec des pièces isolantes profilées disposées des deux côtés du paquet de tôles sur les têtes de bobinage, caractérisé en ce que chaque pièce est monolithique et comporte une paroi de séparation (4) isolant les deux bobines (2, 3) l'une de l'autre dans la région des têtes de bobinage, ainsi que des moyens de fixation (6, 7, 9; 5, 8, 10) agencés de chaque côté de la paroi et destiné chacun à maintenir la bobine correspondante par pincement.
  2. Transformateur ou inductance d'entrée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation pincent entre eux les deux branches des bobines formant un U dans la région des têtes de bobinage.
  3. Transformateur ou inductance d'entrée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation comportent chacun plusieurs languettes (6, 7, 9; 5, 8, 10) s'étendant à partir de la paroi de séparation (4) pour pincer les bobines.
  4. Transformateur ou inductance d'entrée selon les revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une languette centrale rigide (9, 10) s'étendant entre les branches de la bobine en forme de U, et qu'une languette extérieure élastique (6, 7; 5, 8) comportant à son extrémité libre une griffe agrippant la bobine est disposée de chaque côté des branches.
  5. Transformateur ou inductance d'entrée selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de séparation (4) est munie d'une plaque terminale (15) essentiellement parallèle à la surface frontale du paquet de tôles et comportant des dispositifs (16, 17, 20, 24) de maintien pour les extrémités des fils d'enroulement des bobines.
  6. Transformateur ou inductance d'entrée selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de maintien comprennent des pinces élastiques (20, 24) ménagées dans la plaque terminale et comportant chacune un évasement pour recevoir l'extrémité d'un fil, une fente qui s'élargit à partir de l'évasement en direction du bord de la plaque terminale (15) et qui débouche sur ce bord pour l'introduction du fil dans l'évasement, ainsi qu'une fente (22, 23) fermée à son extrémité et s'étendant à partir de l'évasement vers l'intérieur de la plaque terminale.
  7. Transformateur ou inductance d'entrée selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de maintien comportent des guides (16, 17) pour fils s'étendant à partir de la plaque terminale.
  8. Transformateur ou inductance d'entrée selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que des guides pour fils (12, 13, 14) sont formés sur la paroi de séparation (4) pour déterminer les trajectoires des extrémités libres des fils de bobinage.
  9. Transformateur ou inductance d'entrée selon une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une chambre (18) ouverte d'un côté et dont au moins une paroi est disposée contre la bobine est formée sur un côté de la paroi de séparation (4) pour recevoir un fusible thermique.
  10. Transformateur ou inductance d'entrée selon les revendications 4 et 9, caractérisé en ce que la chambre (18) forme la languette rigide centrale (10).
  11. Transformateur ou inductance d'entrée selon une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par un capot pouvant être enfilé sur la pièce isolante profilée.

  13. Transformateur ou inductance d'entrée selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par un capot pouvant être enfilé en direction de l'axe de la bobine.
  14. Transformateur ou inductance d'entrée selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le capot (30) porte une rangée de plots à vis qui d'une part reçoivent les extrémités des fils des bobines et qui d'autre part forment les terminaux du transformateur ou de l'inductance d'entrée.
  15. Transformateur ou inductance d'entrée selon les revendications 5 et 14, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de maintien (16, 17, 20, 24) sur la plaque terminale (15) pour les extrémités des fils sont essentiellement coaxiaux avec des plots à vis correspondants situés dans le capot et servant à recevoir des extrémités de fils correspondants, de manière à ce que les extrémités des fils s'introduisent dans les plots à vis correspondants lorsque l'on enfile le couvercle.

  18. Transformateur ou inductance d'entrée selon les revendications 14 et 17, caractérisé en ce que la chambre est prévue au milieu entre deux secteurs de la rangée de plots à vis.
  19. Transformateur ou inductance d'entrée selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce que l'interrupteur thermique est composé d'un thermo-interrupteur bimétallique avec une résistance chauffante additionnelle à couche épaisse.
  20. Transformateur ou inductance d'entrée selon une des revendications 17 à 19, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un organe de fixation (36) en un matériau isolant pour l'interrupteur thermique (37).
  21. Transformateur ou inductance d'entrée selon les revendications 14 et 20, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de fixation porte une fixation pour l'interrupteur thermique,. des guides (38, 39) pour les fils connectant l'interrupteur thermique, et un plot à vis (41) en deux parties pour recevoir deux conducteurs mutuellement isolés.
