Für die Spule 3 sind als Fixierungsmittel die Zungen 5, 8 und 10 vorgesehen, wobei letztere in Figur 1 nicht sichtbar ist. Mittels der genannten Zungen werden die Spulen fest am Formstück gehalten. Am unteren, nicht dargestellten Ende des Transformators werden die Wickelköpfe der Spulen 2, 3 in einem identischen Formstück fixiert. Bei einem Transformator werden nur die Drahthaltemittel des einen Formstückes benötigt, da die Drahtenden beider Spulen an derselben Seite des Transformators herausgeführt werden. Bei einer Vorschaltdrossel hingegen kommen die Drahthaltemittel 16, 17 beider Formstücke zur Verwendung, da bei der Vorschaltdrossel die Drahtenden der beiden Spulen in der Regel an entgegengesetzten Stirnseiten der Drossel herausgeführt werden. Nach der Montage der Kernbleche und des an den Kernblechen angreifenden Bodendeckels des Transformators oder der Vorschaltdrossel, welcher Bodendeckel einen der Wickelköpfe abschliesst, kann über das Formstück eine Endkappe geschoben werden. Diese Endkappe deckt den Wickelkopf der anderen Spule ab. Diese Endkappe kann als einfaches Kunststoffteil ausgestaltet sein, welches z.B. aus der Richtung entsprechende dem Pfeil B von Figur 1 auf das Formstück aufgeschoben wird. Insbesondere bei einem Transformator wird aber bevorzugterweise die Endkappe als Klemmengehäuse ausgeführt, welches die Anschlussklemmen für die Primär- und Sekundärwicklung des Transformators trägt. In Figur 7 ist ein solches Klemmengehäuse im Schnitt gezeigt. Das Klemmengehäuse ist als einstückiges Kunststoffgehäuse 30 ausgeführt, in welchem Ausnehmungen 31 angeordnet sind, in welchen Schraubklemmen angeordnet werden können. Um die Schrauben der Schraubklemmen bedienen zu können, sind entsprechende Ausnehmungen 32 bzw. 33 im Kunststoffgehäuse 30 vorgesehen. Vorzugsweise werden dabei die Ausnehmungen 32 nach der Montage des Transformators mit einem Deckel zugedeckt, da für den Anschluss des Transformators nur noch die über die Ausnehmungen 33 zugänglichen Schrauben betätigt werden müssen. In Figur 7 ist das Formstück gemäss Figur 2 ebenfalls eingezeichnet, woraus ersichtlich ist, wie das Klemmengehäuse auf das Formstück aufgeschoben ist. Dies erfolgt derart, dass die von den Drahthaltemitteln 16, 17, 20, 24 gehaltenen Drahtenden direkt in die Schraubklemmen hineinreichen. Figur 8 zeigt eine Ansicht in das Innere des Klemmengehäuses in Richtung auf die Schraubklemmen. Ersichtlich ist dabei eine Kammer 35, welche zur Anordnung eines Thermo-Schalters dient. Vorzugsweise ist zur Halterung eines solchen Thermoschalters ein einstückiges Kunststoffteil 36 vorgesehen, welches in die Kammer 35 einschiebbar ist und welches in Figur 8 angedeutet ist. Der Thermoschalter 37 ist dabei nur als Block eingezeichnet. Der Halter 36 weist ferner einen Abschnitt auf, der die rechte äussere Schraubklemme 41 trägt, welche in diesem Fall als zwei axial voneinander getrennte und elektrisch voneinander isolierte Schraubanschlüsse ausgestaltet ist. Dies, da zunächst eine Leitung von der Eingangsklemme des Transformators zum Thermo-Schalter geführt werden muss und weiter eine Leitung von dem Thermo-Schalter zurück zur zweiten Klemme, an der das entsprechende Drahtende der Spule befestigt wird. Zur Führung der genannten Leitungen weist der Halter 36 entsprechende Drahtführungsmittel 38, 39 auf. Mit diesem einstückigen Halter 36 aus Kunststoff, der mit dem Thermoschalter und den genannten Schraubklemmen fertig vorverdrahtet werden kann, wird die Montage des Transformators weiter vereinfacht. Der fertig verdrahtete Kalter 36 wird dazu in das Klemmengehäuse 30 eingeführt. Danach kann das so vorbereitete Klemmengehäuse 30 auf das Formstück aufgeschoben werden, welches die Drahtenden der Spulen in richtiger Position trägt. Beim Aufschieben des Klemmengehäuses werden somit die Drahtenden in die zugehörigen Schraubklemmen eingeführt. Es müssen nachfolgende nur noch die entsprechenden Schrauben der Schraubklemmen angezogen werden und die Schraubenöffnungen 32 mit dem Deckel zugedeckt werden.FIG. 8 shows a view into the interior of the terminal housing in the direction of the screw terminals. The fully wired cold 36 is inserted into the terminal housing 30 for this purpose. The clamp housing 30 prepared in this way can then be pushed onto the shaped piece which carries the wire ends of the coils in the correct position. When the terminal housing is pushed on, the wire ends are inserted into the associated screw terminals. Subsequently, only the corresponding screws of the screw terminals have to be tightened and the screw openings 32 covered with the cover.

Claims (21)

  1. Transformer, in particular for low-voltage halogen lamps, or symmetric series reactor for fluorescent lamps, with two superposed coils (2, 3), the coil heads of which protrude from the stack (1) of sheets of the transformer or of the reactor, with shaped insulating pieces arranged on both sides of the stack above the coil heads, characterized in that each shaped insulating piece is monolithic and comprises a partition wall (4) which insulates the two coils (2, 3) from each other in the region of the coil heads, fixing means (6, 7, 9; 5, 8, 10) being provided on both sides of the partition wall for gripping the corresponding coil.
  2. Transformer or series reactor according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing means pinch the two branches of the coils, which are U-shaped in the region of the coil heads, between them.
  3. Transformer or series reactor according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that each fixing means comprises several tongues (6, 7, 9; 5, 8, 10) which extend from the partition wall (4) in order to pinch the coils.
  4. Transformer or series reactor according to claim 2 and 3, characterized in that there is provided a stiff central tongue (9, 10) which extends between the branches of the U-shaped coil, and that an outer, elastic tongue (6, 7; 5, 8) is provided on both sides of the branches, which comprises a shoulder at its distal end in order to grip the coil.
  5. Transformer or series reactor according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that a terminal plate (15) extending essentially parallel to the front surface of the stack is provided on the partition wall (4), and that this plate comprises attachment means (16, 17, 20, 24) for the extremities of the coil wires.
  6. Transformer or series reactor according to claim 5, characterized in that the attachment means comprise elastic clips (20, 24) formed in the terminal plate, with a recess for receiving the end of the wire, a slit which extends from the recess and gets wider towards an edge of the terminal plate (15) where it has an open end for introducing the wire into the recess, and with a slit (22, 23) that extends from the recess into the inner part of the plate where it is closed at its end.
  7. Transformer or series reactor according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the attachment means comprise wire guides (16, 17) which protrude from the terminal plate.
  8. Transformer or series reactor according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that wire guides (12, 13, 14) are formed on the partition wall (4) in order to determine the paths of the free ends of the coil wire.
  9. Transformer or series reactor according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that a chamber (18) open on one side is formed on the partition wall (4), at least one side wall of the chamber leaning against the coil, this chamber being intended to receive a thermal safety cut-out.
  10. Transformer or series reactor according to claim 4 and 9, characterized in that the chamber (18) forms the stiff central tongue (10).
  11. Transformer or series reactor according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized by a closing cap which can be pushed over the shaped insulating piece.
  12. Transformer or series reactor according to claim 11, characterized in that the closing cap can be pushed on at right. angle to the axis of the coil.
  13. Transformer or series reactor according to claim 11, characterized in that the closing cap can be pushed on parallel to the axis of the coil.
  14. Transformer or series reactor according to claim 13, characterized in that the closing cap (30) supports a row of terminals with screws, which on the one hand receive the wire ends from the coils, and which on the other hand form the terminals of the transformer or series reactor.
  15. Transformer or series reactor according to claim 5 and 14, characterized in that the attachment means (16, 17, 20, 24) on the terminal plate (15) for the ends of the wires are placed essentially coaxially with corresponding terminals with screws in the closing cap, which are intended for the different ends of the wires, so that when the closing cap is pushed into place, the ends of the wires enter the corresponding terminals with screws.
  16. Transformer or series reactor according to one of claims 14 to 15, characterized in that the screw holes (32) of the terminals which face the coils can be covered with a removable cover of the closing cap.
  17. Transformer or series reactor according to one of claims 13 to 16, characterized in that a chamber (35) for receiving a thermo-switch (37) is provided in the closing cap (30).
  18. Transformer or series reactor according to claim 14 and 17, characterized in that the chamber is placed centrally between two sections of the row of terminals with screws.
  19. Transformer or series reactor according to claim 17 or 18, characterized in that the thermo-switch consists in a bimetal thermoelement with an additional thick film heating resistance.
  20. Transformer or series reactor according to one of claims 17 to 19, characterized in that there is provided a holder (36) made of insulating material for the thermo-switch (37).
  21. Transformer or series reactor according to claim 14 and 20, characterized in that the insulating holder supports a fixing means for the thermo-switch, a connecting wire guide (38, 39) for the wires which connect the thermo-switch, and a two-part terminal with screws (41) comprising two mutually insulated connecting means.
