Abstract

Zur Ueberwachung des Sprühstromes in Pulverbeschichtungsanlagen wird der vom Werkstück (3) abfliessende (I) Strom gemessen. Veränderungen der Stromstärke (I) sind proportional mit der Veränderung des Sprühstromes an der Elektrode (9) im Sprühbereich (5). Die Aenderungen können hervorgerufen werden durch eine Verschmutzung der Elektrode (9), einen Abfall der Spannung an der Elektrode (9) oder der Kontakterdung des Werkstückes (3).
