Definitions

  • the invention relates to a bucket for an excavator or an excavator-like device, which is divided into two parts and whose two bucket shells can be pivoted about parallel pivot axes by means of a piston-cylinder arrangement, with a bearing block, via which the bucket can be linked to an excavator arm.
  • Such a spoon is already known from EP 0 459 100 A1 by the same applicant.
  • a bucket for example a backhoe of a hydraulic excavator, can be designed as a gripping tool by dividing it in two without having to compromise on the optimal bucket shape.
  • this known spoon not only bulk goods can be handled in the usual way, but also large parts such as boulders, beams, pipes, etc. can be gripped.
  • opening the two-part spoon enables optimal emptying of cohesive material.
  • one-piece buckets which have a swivel drive with which one can perform a lateral swiveling and +/- 45 °.
  • the object of the present invention is to develop a spoon of the generic type divided into two spoon shells in such a way that it can be pivoted sideways as a whole.
  • this object is achieved by developing the generic spoon according to the characterizing part of the main claim. Accordingly, a further piston-cylinder arrangement for pivoting the entire bucket laterally about a central pivot axis is integrated in the bearing block.
  • the piston-cylinder arrangement acts on the one hand at a bearing point of one of the bucket shells and on the other hand on a deflection lever, the deflection lever engaging at one end at the bearing point of the other bucket shell and at the other end being connected to an extension of the bearing block via a coupling member.
  • the spoon according to the invention is low in construction and has a narrow width. It is particularly advantageous that the already existing bearing points, as are known for the special spoon according to the teaching of EP 0 459 100 A1, are used in a targeted manner.
  • the force applied by the spoon integrated in the spoon according to the invention lies within two bearing points, so that the bearing reactions that occur can be optimally absorbed.
  • the swivel torque on the left and right can be kept the same.
  • the spoon can be mounted in the pedestal via two triangular plates, the central pivot axis of the entire spoon being arranged in one corner and the parallel pivot axes of the spoon shells being arranged in the other two corners.
  • the excavator bucket 10 has a cutting edge in the usual way, on the front edge of which teeth are no longer shown.
  • the spoon is suspended in a pedestal 28 which is pivotally articulated on an excavator arm 30.
  • Handlebars 32 and 36 which in turn can be moved by a piston-cylinder arrangement 34, usually act on the excavator arm 30 and in the bearing block 28, these parts making possible the usual backhoe kinematics of an excavator in a known manner.
  • the spoon 10 is divided into two planes halves 40 and 42 in a plane which is oriented essentially perpendicular to the cutting edge 12 and parallel to the spoon side walls, as is clear from FIG. 2.
  • the shell halves 40, 42 have bearing straps 20, by means of which they can be pivoted about axes 18 in a direction that are perpendicular to the usual pivoting direction of the spoon 10.
  • Additional bearing brackets 22 are formed on the shell halves 40, 42, between which a piston-cylinder arrangement 26 extends such that the shell halves 40 and 42 can be opened laterally. The spoon thus opens according to the manner indicated by broken lines in FIG. 2.
  • two triangular plates 56 is arranged to be pivotable about a central pivot axis 46.
  • the pivot axis 46 runs through one corner of each of the triangular plates 56.
  • the spoon shells 40 and 42 of the spoon 10 are articulated on the two other corners of the triangular plates 56 via bearing plates 20.
  • a piston-cylinder unit 50 engages in the pivot axis 18 'of the shell half 42.
  • the other end of this piston-cylinder unit 50 engages a deflection lever 52 which, as shown in FIG. 1, is formed in two parts.
  • the deflection lever 52 is supported at one of its ends at the bearing point 18 of the bucket shell 40, which is formed by the bolt 19.
  • the other end of the deflection lever 52 is connected via a coupling member 54 to an extension 48 of the bearing block 28.
  • the entire bucket is pivoted about the central axis of rotation 46 relative to the bearing block 28 by means of the piston-cylinder arrangement 50.
  • a pivoting by approximately +/- 45 ° is possible, as indicated in FIG. 2.
