Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for the heat treatment of running material webs according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such a device is known for example from GB-A-2 147 521
In the case of dryers for running textile webs, in which the treatment agent is completely or partially returned to the web for re-treatment after being inflated onto the web via heating registers and blowers, it is due to the more or less considerable transfer of loose fibers from the web the treatment agent flow required to arrange fiber trap sieves in the treatment agent circuit in order to remove the loose fibers from the treatment agent flow again, so that clogging of the heating register and also of the nozzle body and channels is prevented by fiber accumulations building up there.
It has already been proposed to pull the screens out in the dryer housing (DE-A-33 15 755). In this case, however, severe contamination of the installation space cannot be avoided unless special and expensive precautions are taken to keep the contamination low when the sieves are removed.
It has also already been proposed to design the sieves as continuous endless sieve belts and then to guide them past brushes in order to brush the fibers off the sieve belt (DE-U-1 834 526). Suction nozzles were also used instead of brushes to suck the fibers off the sieves. Through these measures, the pollution of the installation rooms could be reduced, sometimes even completely avoided.
From DE-A-32 34 436 it is known to provide blowing nozzles in addition to the suction nozzles, which are directed towards the back of the screen.
Another device for continuously filtering a gas stream circulated via a blower and a flow channel by means of a rotating sieve is known from DE-U-8 529 852. In this case, a line is connected to the pressure side of the fan, which leads to the rear of the screen and is provided with an outlet slot which extends across the width of the screen.
Particular difficulties arise for the cleaning of the sieves when additives come from a pretreated web into the treatment agent flow and the fibers are thereby glued to the sieve. In these frequently occurring cases, the screen cleaning methods mentioned fail. It is required e.g. to clean the sieve gauze from additives once a week. This is usually done by boiling, since such substances, once they are only in the solid state, can no longer be removed. This means downtimes and therefore loss of production for the dryer.
The invention has for its object to improve a device according to the preamble of claim 1 so that a perfect cleaning of the sieve is achieved without downtime even when the web releases additives to the treatment agent.
This object is achieved by the characterizing feature of claim 1.
A collecting device for the contaminants removed from the sieve should expediently be arranged on the outside of the sieve opposite the cleaning nozzle.
Continuous brushes can also be attached to the outside of the screen.
In the device according to the invention, each section or each field of a dryer can be assigned its own movable screen belt.
Alternatively, a common rotating or rollable screen belt can also be provided for all fields of a dryer.
The screen belt is advantageously led out of the dryer housing, the cleaning nozzle being able to be arranged outside the actual dryer housing because of the improvement in accessibility. This has the advantage that the dirt is deposited in one place, but the rest of the work area remains free of lint piles.
If the sieve belt for feeding the washing water is led out of the actual treatment room, the cleaning nozzle should be arranged immediately behind the outlet of the sieve belt from the treatment room, so that the sieve is not cooled down too much before cleaning. Fibers and finishing agents should not remain on the sieve belt for a long time so as not to stick. Immediate removal ensures easy cleaning even of additives, as long as they are fresh and still liquid.
It has also proven to be expedient to provide a heating section for the screen belt in front of the cleaning nozzle.
The cleaning nozzle is preferably displaceable over the width of the sieve.
The drawing serves to explain the invention on the basis of exemplary embodiments which are shown in a highly simplified manner.
Figure 1 shows a cross section through a dryer for running textile webs with supply of the treatment agent to the web.
Figure 2 shows the same cross section with removal of the treatment agent from the web.
Figur 3 zeigt eine Seitenansicht eines Trockners mit mehreren Feldern, denen je ein umlaufendes Siebband zugeordnet ist.FIG. 3 shows a side view of a dryer with several fields, each of which is assigned a rotating sieve belt.
Figur 4 zeigt eine Seitenansicht eines Trockners mit einem sich über die gesamte Länge erstreckenden umlaufenden endlosen Siebband.FIG. 4 shows a side view of a dryer with a continuous endless sieve belt extending over the entire length.
Figur 5 zeigt in größerem Maßstab eine Seitenansicht einer Waschvorrichtung.FIG. 5 shows a side view of a washing device on a larger scale.
In the overall representation of a dryer for running webs according to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the dryer housing is designated by 10 and the nozzle bodies arranged therein, between which the
Figure 5 shows the washing device in an enlarged view. As can be seen, the sieve is cleaned here outside the
In addition, in this exemplary embodiment of the invention, a
