Once a week it is also necessary to clean the sieve gauze from additives. This is usually done by boiling, because once they are in the solid state, they cannot be removed otherwise.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to achieve a problem-free cleaning of the screens even in such cases and also the downtimes for the Avoid treatment facilities completely as a result of screen cleaning.

This has the advantage that the dirt is deposited in one place, but the rest of the work area remains free of lint piles.
- the cleaning nozzles and, if appropriate, the cleaning brushes should be fitted immediately behind the outlet of the sieve belts from the treatment room, so that they do not cool down too much during cleaning.
- Fibers and finishing agents should not remain on the sieve belt for long so as not to stick. Immediate removal ensures easy cleaning, even of additives, as long as they are fresh and still liquid. It has also proven to be advantageous to provide an additional heating section for the sieve belts with a heating element which is operated with steam or a radiant heater for the sieve belts in front of the cleaning nozzles and optionally brushes.
- the cleaning nozzles To supply the cleaning agent to the cleaning nozzles, the cleaning nozzles or the blow or connected with them. Pressure devices are connected to remote-controlled valves, the control of which can take place either depending on the flow resistance of the screens to be cleaned or on the time.
- the circuit should therefore be such that the screen cleaning system is switched on automatically when the filter exceeds a certain resistance due to the contamination. The full performance of a dryer can only be maintained if the sieves are constantly cleaned. Otherwise the output drops by about 15% in one shift.
- the dryer housing is denoted by 10 and the nozzle body arranged therein, between which the web 24 is passed for drying, 11.
- the treatment agent is circulated in the direction of the drawn arrows in the dryer housing and flows from the circulating air fan 12 into the nozzle body 11, steps from there onto the web 24 and is then discharged between adjacent nozzle bodies and returned to the fan 12. During this circulation, the treatment agent is then reheated in a heating register 13 before it is blown onto the material web again.
- a fiber trap screen 14 is arranged in front of the heating register 13, by means of which the lint detached from the treatment agent from the material web 24 is prevented from entering the narrow channels of the heating register. If there is a lot of fluff, a more or less thick layer of fluff builds up on the sieve, which results in a strong increase in flow resistance, which can lead to a not inconsiderable drop in the performance of the dryer. This fiber layer must therefore be removed from time to time or continuously, depending on the amount of contamination. This is done according to the invention by means of a blowing nozzle which is preferably displaceably arranged on the sieve 14 and which is connected to some blowing or printing device for the cleaning medium.
- Fig. 5 shows the cleaning of the pressure medium in an enlarged representation.
- the screen is cleaned here outside the actual dryer housing 10.
- the direction of flow of the drying medium to the screen is indicated by arrows.
- the contaminants are therefore on the outside of the sieve belt 19.
- the sieve belt is led out of the treatment housing for cleaning.
- the blowing nozzle 15 which is displaceable transversely to the running direction of the sieve belt, a support roller 16 opposite this, and a collecting container 17 for the impurities removed from the sieve.
- a radiant heater 18 is also provided for the sieve belt in order to keep the temperature of the sieve belt at the optimum temperature for the removal of the additives.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device for the heat treatment of running material webs, such as textile webs or the like, in particular dryer, with repeated supply and discharge of the air, gas or vapor treatment agent in circulation on and from the material webs, in which the circulating treatment agent before re-feeding onto the material web for separating contaminants of the treatment agent entrained in the treatment from the material web via sieves.
In the case of dryers for running textile webs, in which the treatment agent is completely or partially returned to the web for re-treatment after being inflated onto the web via heating registers and blowers, it is due to the more or less considerable transfer of loose fibers from the web the treatment agent flow is necessary to arrange fiber strainers in the treatment agent circuit in order to remove the loose fibers from the treatment agent flow again, above all to prevent the heating register and also the nozzle body and channels from being blocked by fiber accumulations building up there.
In addition to the fibers, finishing agents also contaminate the sieve belts considerably. If these burn in additionally, they are very difficult to remove.
The sieves that are switched into the treatment agent circuit for this purpose must be cleaned normally after each layer, ie the fiber mat that is formed is removed. So far, it has been necessary to switch off the dryer, to let it cool down and to open it in order to access the screens. This means downtimes and therefore loss of production for the dryer. Once a week it is also necessary to clean the sieve gauze from additives. This is usually done by boiling, because once they are in the solid state, they cannot be removed otherwise.
In order to keep downtimes to a minimum, it has already been proposed to pull the screens out in the dryer housing (DE-OS 3315755.3). In this case, however, severe contamination of the installation space of the dryer cannot be avoided unless special and expensive precautions are taken to keep the contamination low when the sieves are removed.
It has also been proposed to design the sieves as continuous endless sieve belts and then to guide them past brushes in order to brush the fibers off the sieve belt (DE-GM 1 834 526). Suction nozzles were also used instead of brushes to suck the fibers off the sieves. Through these measures, the difficulties with the pollution of the installation rooms could be reduced, in part. partially avoided entirely.
However, there are particular difficulties for the cleaning of the sieves when additives from a pretreated web come from the web into the flow of treatment agent and the fibers are glued to the sieve. In these frequently occurring cases, the known screen cleaning processes fail.
The object of the present invention is therefore to achieve a problem-free cleaning of the screens even in such cases and also the downtimes for the Avoid treatment facilities completely as a result of screen cleaning.
To achieve this object, it is therefore proposed in a device of the type mentioned at the outset to connect the screens to cleaning nozzles for the screens, by means of which the screens clean the screens with high pressure from the side of the screens facing away from the inflow side of the treatment agent to the web to be treated is fed. Appropriately, collecting devices for the impurities removed from the sieves should be arranged on the side of the sieves opposite or facing away from the cleaning nozzles for the sieves. Furthermore, on the side of the sieves opposite or facing away from the cleaning nozzles for the sieves, peripheral brushes for the sieves can be additionally attached to the sieves.
Compressed air or water can be used as the cleaning agent blown onto the sieves by the cleaning nozzles. The cleaning agent can be heated up.
In the device according to the invention, a movable screen belt with cleaning nozzles and optionally brush cleaning devices can be assigned to each section or each field of a dryer, but it is also possible to provide a common rotating or rollable screen belt for all fields of a dryer, which is at the beginning and / or end of Dryer is led out of the dryer housing, the cleaning devices can advantageously be arranged outside the actual dryer housing because of the improvement in accessibility. This has the advantage that the dirt is deposited in one place, but the rest of the work area remains free of lint piles.
If the sieve belts for supplying the cleaning agent are led out of the actual treatment room for the material webs, the cleaning nozzles and, if appropriate, the cleaning brushes should be fitted immediately behind the outlet of the sieve belts from the treatment room, so that they do not cool down too much during cleaning.
Fibers and finishing agents should not remain on the sieve belt for long so as not to stick.
It has proven to be expedient to design the cleaning nozzles to be displaceable over the width of the sieves, which leads to simple constructions of the cleaning device.
In einer Schicht fällt sonst die Leistung um etwa 15% ab.To supply the cleaning agent to the cleaning nozzles, the cleaning nozzles or the blow or connected with them. Pressure devices are connected to remote-controlled valves, the control of which can take place either depending on the flow resistance of the screens to be cleaned or on the time. The circuit should therefore be such that the screen cleaning system is switched on automatically when the filter exceeds a certain resistance due to the contamination. The full performance of a dryer can only be maintained if the sieves are constantly cleaned. Otherwise the output drops by about 15% in one shift.

Bei dieser Umwälzung erfolgt dann in einem Heizregister 13 eine Wiederaufheizung des Behandlungsmittels bevor es erneut auf die Warenbahn geblasen wird.1 and 2, the dryer housing is denoted by 10 and the nozzle body arranged therein, between which the

Fig. 5 shows the cleaning of the pressure medium in an enlarged representation.
