Definitions

  • the invention relates to a door handle set according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Pusher pins provided with pin parts which can be rotated relative to one another but are axially firmly connected are required in so-called panic fittings (e.g. known from document DE-A-4 121 770).
  • the two pin parts engage non-rotatably in the two parts of a split lock nut after assembly, so that when the pin parts are actuated by means of a door handle from the two sides of the door, different functions can be triggered in the lock, which in the event of danger, for example in the event of a fire Meaning.
  • the door can only be opened from the outside via the door handle if the bolt of the lock has been removed from the closed position beforehand by means of a key. In the event of danger, however, the door should always be able to be opened from the inside simply by pressing the lever handle, i.e. the bolt must also be removed from the closed position.
  • a problem with door handle sets of this type is that the handle pin, which consists of three main components, can be assembled with the actuating parts in a simple manner.
  • the actuating part e.g. a door handle forth considerable axial tensile forces can be transmitted to the handle pin without loosening or even loosening of the axially interconnected components.
  • the aim of the invention is a further lever handle set to create the genus mentioned.
  • the door handle set should be able to be installed in the simplest way safely and without the risk of loosening or loosening. All components should be able to be brought into a relatively free of play and rattle-free relative position.
  • the coupling pin provided with the locking recess and the associated pin part can be locked together only by the fact that the actuating part e.g. the door handle is slid onto the pin part radially aligned with the coupling pin in a suitable manner.
  • the inner wall of the actuating part receiving channel, into which the associated pin part of the door handle pin is inserted presses the locking piece radially inward into the locking recess due to suitable dimensioning, so that the coupling pin and pin part are properly locked together axially.
  • This connection can be provided on both pin parts; however, it is sufficient if it is only present between a pin part and the coupling pin.
  • the features of claim 2 are useful for automatically inserting the insertion depth so that the locking piece and the locking recess are radially aligned when inserting the coupling pin into the bore of the associated pin part provided with the radial channel.
  • the stop can be realized by abruptly changing diameters of the axial bore or of the coupling area.
  • the locking piece according to claim 5 is a ball.
  • the locking piece should consist of metal, in particular steel.
  • the embodiment according to claim 7 is expedient so that the coupling region of the coupling pin can be rotated relative to the associated pin part even when the locking piece engages with the locking recess.
  • This embodiment also has the advantage that a peripheral alignment is not required when inserting the coupling area into the axial bore of the pin part, because the groove runs all around. In cooperation with the axial stop, assembly can thus be carried out quickly without the operator paying any attention.
  • the locking piece when the locking piece is held in the radial channel is particularly advantageous.
  • the locking piece is held captive in the radial channel of the pin part, with a radial degree of freedom that enables the locking piece to come into and out of engagement with the locking recess.
  • the design according to the invention with locking recess and locking piece is only provided on one pin part of the coupling pin, while the other end is attached according to claims 9 or 10.
  • This attachment must ensure a relative axial fixing of the coupling pin and pin part in any case.
  • Coupling pin and pin part can, however, be rotatable axially relative to one another. It is important that this rotatability is present at least between one of the two pin parts and the coupling pin.
  • the embodiment according to claim 11 is useful if the locking piece also other functions, e.g. which is to take over a rotary connection between the pin part and the actuating part.
  • the invention can also be used with advantage in an actuation receiving channel according to claim 12.
  • the embodiment according to claim 13 advantageously ensures that the associated actuating part, for. B. the door handle, as long as it can not be completely pushed onto the pin part having the locking piece until both pin parts sit properly in the lock nut.
  • the piece of the coupling pin protruding beyond the bolt recess thus represents a security element which forces it to ensure that the pin parts are correctly arranged in the lock nut before the actuating member can be pushed open.
  • a perfect installation can be guaranteed without the installer's attention. Only when the pin parts are properly seated in the lock nut, does the locking piece with the locking recess in radial alignment, so that the locking piece penetrate into the recess and thus the way for that Postponing the actuator can make it free.
  • the invention can thus be implemented particularly advantageously in connection with the features of DE-OS 41 21 770. Because of the radial screw penetrating into the oblique groove of the pusher pin parts, the pusher pin is axially pulled apart, the locking piece, which is preferably in the form of a ball, being pressed radially outward against the inner wall of the actuating part, thus achieving extensive freedom from play for the individual parts of the pusher pin.
  • the invention can also be applied to all other types of fastening of the actuating part on the pusher pin.
  • the lock nut 17 is divided into two parts 15, 16, which are to be operated separately, depending on which of the two lock nut parts 15 or 16 is actuated, different To be able to trigger lock functions.
  • the lock nut part 15 is e.g. on the inside of a door 40 closing a fire-endangered space and the lock nut part 16 on the outside, it can be provided that the lock nut part 15 actuates both the bolt and the latch of the lock 41 when rotating in the opening direction, while the lock nut part 16 when actuated in opening direction only pulls the trap. It is a so-called panic lever handle set.
  • the lock nut parts 15, 16 have axially continuous square central openings 42, 42 'through which a pusher pin 13 according to the invention is inserted in order to come into a special rotationally fixed engagement with the lock nut 17.
  • the pusher pin 13 consists of two axially aligned pin parts 11 and 12, which have a square cross section complementary to the central openings 42, 42 ', the pin part 11 only the channel 42' of the lock nut part 15 and the pin part 12 only the channel 42 of the lock nut part 16 enforced.
  • the pin parts 11, 12 each have axially opposite axial blind bores 20, 21 with a circular cross section, which are applied from opposite sides to a coupling pin 14 with a likewise circular cross section in a sliding fit.
  • a coupling region 26 of the coupling pin 14, which is inserted in the bore 21, is extended by a Axial retaining means 29 described below with reference to FIG. 2 is held axially fixed in the axial bore 21 but rotatable about the central axis 37 of the arrangement.
  • a coupling area 25 is provided, which is arranged in the bore 20 of the pin part 11 in a sliding fit and by a locking ball 24 arranged in a radial channel 23 of the pin part 11, which radially inside into a circumferential groove 22 serving as a locking recess of the coupling area 25 engages with the pin part 11 axially fixed but rotatably connected.
  • the locking ball 24 is held in engagement with the locking recess 22 by the inner wall of a door handle 18 placed on the pin part 11 with its square receiving channel 35.
  • a further lever handle 19 is placed on the pin part 12 from the opposite side, which has a receiving channel 36 which is square in cross section.
  • rosette flanges 43 are attached to the ends of the door handle neck located in the vicinity of the door leaf 40, which rest on the surface of the door leaf 40 from opposite sides. Any other rosette arrangement is also conceivable.
  • Radial threaded bores 44 are provided in the door handle necks axially away from the rosettes 43, into which radial fastening grub screws 34 are screwed. With their conical tips, the screws 34 engage in axially obliquely inwardly recessing V-grooves 33 in one of the four side surfaces of the pin parts 11 and 12, respectively, in such a way as that in DE-OS 41 21 770 in detail is described.
  • the pin parts 11, 12 pulled axially outwards, the door handles 18, 19 being supported either on the rosette 43 on the door leaf 40 or in a manner not shown directly on parts of the lock 41. In this way, a play and rattle-free storage of all components is guaranteed.
  • the door handle 18 If the door handle 18 is actuated, it merely rotates the lock nut part 15, while the lock nut part 16 remains unactuated because a relative rotation takes place between the two pin parts 11, 12. Conversely, the door handle 19 can actuate the lock nut part 16 separately, without the lock nut part 15 also rotating.
  • the ball 24 forming the locking piece is held by radial stops 23 and 46 provided on the radial channel 23 with radial play in the radial channel 23 such that after the lever handle 18 has been removed from the pin part 11, the latter from the coupling pin 14 can be withdrawn axially, the locking ball 24 moving so far outward within the radial channel 23 that it disengages from the locking recess 22 designed as a circumferential groove.
  • the end stops 45 and 46 can be realized by caulking at the two ends of a straight radial channel 23.
  • the axial retaining means 29 between the pin part 12 and the coupling area 26 of the coupling pin 14 consist of a circumferential groove 31 in the coupling area 26, two in parallel to each other and perpendicular to a surface 47 of the pin part 12 extending tangential bores 30 in the pin part 12, which cut the axial bore 21 in the manner shown perpendicular to the longitudinal axis thereof, and in the two tangential bores 30 and the axially aligned circumferential groove 31 with clamping retaining pins 32, whereby the coupling pin 14 and the pin part 12 are held together axially fixed but rotatable relative to each other.
  • the coupling region 25 of the coupling pin 14 is divided into a part 25 'with a larger and a part 25 "with a smaller diameter, so that an annular step 28 is also present between these two parts.
  • the ring steps 28, 27 are arranged axially so that when they lie against one another as shown in FIG. 2, the locking recess 22 is aligned radially with the radial channel 23.
  • Assembly and disassembly of the door handle set according to the invention proceed as follows: First, the pin part 12 is pushed onto the coupling area 26 until the circumferential groove 31 comes into radial alignment with the tangential bores 30. Then the retaining pins are hammered into the tangential bores, which are only so long that they do not protrude from any surface of the pin part 12. The retaining pins are springy compressible so that they are clamped in the associated tangential bores 30 after driving.
  • the screws 34 are then screwed into the sloping inwardly sloping grooves 33, the door handles 18, 19 being pressed against the door leaf 40 or parts of the lock 41 and the two pin parts 11, 12 being pulled apart axially, so that in particular between the pin part 11, the locking ball 24 and the coupling pin 14 there is no more play.
  • the lock nut parts 15, 16 can be operated separately by operating the door handles 18 and 19 separately.
  • the section lying above the horizontal plane 38 shows the arrangement according to FIG. 2 along the line IV-IV above the central axis 37.
  • the axial bore 35 'in the door handle 18' can then first be produced as a circular bore 35a, from which the corner regions 35b were then worked out by broaching. In this way, part of the circular bore 35a lies opposite the radial channel 23. Accordingly, the radial channel 23 has a larger diameter and contains a locking ball 24 'with a larger diameter so that it can extend in a locking manner between the annular groove 22 and the contour of the circular bore 35a.
  • the locking piece is indicated below the horizontal plane 38 in FIG. 4 to design the locking piece as an elongated plunger 24 "which extends in the radial direction and which engages in an axial groove 39 provided outside the circular bore 35a.
  • the cohesion between the pin part can be achieved 11 and the surrounding neck of the lever handle 18 can be further reinforced and improved.
  • the coupling pin on the side facing away from the lock nut 17 is extended by a piece 48 beyond the locking recess 22. If the pin parts 11, 12 are not inserted axially to their desired depth in the lock nut 17 or even are still outside the lock nut immediately at the beginning of the same, the locking ball 24 cannot come into radial alignment with the locking recess 22 and is located radially in the area of the piece 48 serving as an assembly lock. Accordingly, the locking ball 24 projects radially outward beyond the pin part 11, and the door handle 18 cannot be pushed open axially. The fitter is therefore forced to first correctly position the two pin parts 11, 12 in the lock nut 17; only then does the locking ball 24 come into radial alignment with the locking recess 22, and the door handle 18 can be pushed open axially.
