Claims (8)

  1. Kochvorrichtung mit einer Kochebene (30) und wenigstens einem Brenner (20) des Typs mit einem Venturi, einem Gasinjektor (50) zum Mitreißen der Primärverbrennungsluft in das Venturi, einem Kopf (22) und einem Körper (21), wobei die Primärluft von oberhalb der Kochebene durch wenigstens ein Ansaugloch (11) aufgenommen wird und die Primärluftzufuhr von unterhalb der Kochebene stattfindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (21) des Brenners den Kopf stützt und von der Kochebene (30) über einen Hilfsträger (10) gehalten wird, der wenigstens eine Perforation aufweist, die das Ansaugloch bildet.
  2. Kochvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hilfsträger (10) eine Vielzahl von Perforationen zum Ansaugen der Primärluft aufweist, die ganz um den Brenner (10) angeordnet sind und so einen Kranz aus Ansauglöchern bilden.
  3. Kochvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ferner ein Abdeckteil (70) aufweist, das den Hilfsträger (10) zum Ansaugen der Primärluft (50) verdeckt und mit Abstandsmitteln (72) bezüglich der Kochebene (30) für den Durchgang der Primärluft (50) ausgestattet ist.
  4. Kochvorichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abdeckteil, das den Hilfsträger (10) zum Ansaugen der Primärluft (50) verdeckt, im wesentlichen einen Körper in Form eines umgedrehten Tellers (70) aufweist, daß eine Vielzahl von Vorsprungsarmen (71) vom Körper des Tellers (70) vorstehen und sich dabei von der Kochebene (30) entfernen und in Kombination ein Gitter bilden, das zum Halten eines Kochgefäßes für Nahrungsmittel bestimmt ist, und daß die Abstandsmittel des Tellers (70) durch eine Vielzahl von Abstandsfüßen (72) gebildet sind, die zur Kochebene (30) vorstehen und paarweise untereinander sowie zusammen mit der Kochebene und dem unteren Rand des umgedrehten Tellers (70) zum Abdecken des Ansaughilfsträgers (10) eine Vielzahl von Ansaugschlitzen (73) abgrenzen.
  5. Kochvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Teller (70) zum Abdecken des Hilfsträgers (10) zum Ansaugen der Primärluft (50) abnehmbar ist.
  6. Kochvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Teller (70) zum Abdecken des Hilfsträgers (10) zum Ansaugen der Primärluft (50) an der Kochebene (30) befestigt ist.
  7. Kochvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Teller (70) zum Abdecken des Hilfsträgers (10) zum Ansaugen der Primärluft (50) eine ringförmige Rinne (74) aufweist, die in diesem Teller (70) ganz um den Brenner (20) angeordnet ist und eine Rückhalteschale für die aus dem Gefäß überlaufende Flüssigkeit bildet.
  8. Kochvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kochebene (30) durch eine Glasplatte (30) gebildet ist, die dicht an einer Arbeitsebene (31) befestigt ist, und daß der perforierte Träger (10) zum Ansaugen der Primärluft (50) einerseits an der Glasplatte (30) und andererseits an dem Hauptträger (21) des Brenners (20) befestigt ist.
