Claims (10)

  1. Gerät (100), wie z.B. ein Haushaltselektrogerät,
    - mit einer Zugangstür (20) zum Inneren des Geräts (100) an der Vorderseite, die um eine waagrechte Achse (21) schwenkbar ist, wobei das Gehäuse vertikal durch eine Vorderseite und zwei Seitenflächen begrenzt ist,
    - mit einer Vorrichtung (10) zum Gewichtsausgleich der Tür (20), die aufweist:
    * mindestens eine Feder (30), deren erstes Ende (32) an der Tür (20) und deren zweites Ende (31) an einer anderen Achse als der Schwenkachse der Tür befestigt ist,
    * mindestens ein Mittel (50) zur Regelung der Federkraft der Feder (30) zum Ausgleich des Türgewichts (20),
    wobei die Feder (30) zum Gewichtsausgleich im Gerät (100) an der Vorderseite angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Ende (32) der Feder an der Tür (20) über ein Stahlband (51) befestigt ist und der Befestigungspunkt (52) an der Tür sich auf der Seite der Tür befindet, die derjenigen gegenüberliegt, vor der sich die Feder befindet, daß das Stahlband über die Kante der Tür entgegengesetzt zu der verläuft, in deren Nähe die Schwenkachse liegt, wobei die Feder so angeordnet ist, daß eine Gerade, die das erste und zweite Ende (31, 32) der Feder (30) verbindet, bezüglich der Schwenkachse (21) der Tür (20) versetzt ist, und zwar um einen Abstand, der ausreicht, um bei beginnender Öffnung der Tür (20) die Erzeugung eines Rückstellmoments durch die Feder (30) zu erlauben, das dem Gewicht der Tür (20) bezüglich der Schwenkachse (21) entgegengesetzt ist, so daß die Tür (20) in einer leicht offenen Stellung entsprechend einem Beginn des Öffnens dieser Tür (20) im Gleichgewicht bleibt.
  2. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tür (20) von einem hohlen Türblatt gebildet wird, das mit einer lösbaren Zugangsplatte zum Inneren dieses Blatts versehen ist, und daß die Feder (30) zum Ausgleich des Gewichts der Tür (20) in der Dicke des hohlen Türblatts der erwähnten Tür liegt.
  3. Gerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (10) zum Ausgleich des Gewichts der Tür (20) zwei Rückstell- und Gewichtsausgleichsfedern (30) enthält, die in der Dicke des hohen Türblatts je an einem Seitenende dieses Blatts liegen, so daß ein Verziehen der Tür (20) vermieden wird.
  4. Gerät nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsmittel des zweiten Endes des oder der Federn (30) von einer Achse (22) gebildet wird, die wie diese Feder oder Federn (30) in der Dicke des hohlen Türblatts parallel zu diesem Türblatt liegt und mit ihren Enden in den Seitenwänden des Gehäuses des Geräts (100) montiert ist.
  5. Gerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsachse (22) in den Seitenwänden des Gehäuses bei der Schwenkbewegung der Tür (20) um deren Achse (21) frei drehend montiert ist, d.h. unter der Wirkung der zunehmenden Federkraft der Feder oder Federn (30).
  6. Gerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein volles Türblatt, insbesondere aus massivem oder nicht massivem Holz oder einem anderen Material, sowie lösbare Befestigungsmittel für diese Türblatt aufweist, so daß es möglich ist,
    - entweder das hohle Türblatt während der Herstellung des Geräts (100) oder in einem späteren Augenblick zu verkleiden, insbesondere bei der Umwandlung des ursprünglich frei aufgestellten oder einfach eingebauten Geräts (100) in ein voll integriertes Einbaugerät,
    - oder die umgekehrte Umwandlung durchzuführen, d.h. von der voll integrierten Einbauform zu einer freien Aufstellung oder einem einfachen Einbaugerät durchzuführen.
  7. Gerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückstell- und Gewichtsausgleichsfeder (30) für die Tür (20) mit mindestens einer zweiten Feder zusammenwirkt, deren erstes Ende am Türblatt und deren zweites Ende ebenfalls an der Befestigungsachse (22) für das zweite Ende der ersten Feder (30) befestigt ist, wobei die zweite Feder zum Ausgleich des Gewichts des hohlen Türblatts ohne das volle Verkleidungspaneel bestimmt ist, während die erste Feder (30) mit den Regelmitteln (50) für die Federkraft zum Ausgleich des zusätzlichen Gewichts der Verkleidungspaneel bestimmt ist.
  8. Gerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Feder und/oder die erste Feder (30) abnehmbar sind.
  9. Gerät nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 oder 7 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (50) zur Regelung der Federkraft der regelbaren Feder oder Federn (30) einen Gewindestift (52) besitzt, der mit einem ersten Ende (54) an einem zweiten Ende der regelbaren Feder über ein Stahlband (51) befestigt ist, während ein zweites Ende (56) des Gewindestifts (52) eine Mutter (55) zur Regelung der Federkraft der regelbaren Feder oder Federn (30) nach Durchgang durch einen Anschlag (53) für diese Mutter (55) aufnehmen kann, die an der Tür (20) befestigt ist.
  10. Gerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Ende (56) des Gewindestifts (52) und die Mutter (55) zur Regelung der Kraft der regelbaren Feder oder Federn (30) an der Vorderseite des Geräts (100) von außen zugänglich und mit einer Abdeckung kaschiert sind.
