Claims (14)

  1. Vorrichtung zum vorläufigen Schliessen eines öffnungsfähigen Elementes, wie einer Tür an einem Halterungselement, wie dem Kasten eines Kraftfahrzeuges, derjenigen Gattung, die in abnehmbarer Weise an einem der vorgenannten Elemente befestigt ist und mit dem anderen der Elemente zusammenwirkt, um das vorläufige Halten des öffnungsfähigen Elementes in der geschlossenen oder halboffenen Stellung zu gewährleisten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Feder (20) mit zwei Schenkeln (22, 25) aufweist, die durch den einen sogenannten ersten (22) ihrer beiden Schenkel (22, 25) an dem Ende einer Platte (10) gehalten wird, während der andere sogenannte zweite (25) der beiden Schenkel und die Platte (10) mit einem (5) der vorgenannten öffnungsfähigen Elemente (5, 6) bzw. Halterung, an welchem die Vorrichtung (1) befestigt werden soll, zusammenwirken, um ein elastisches Halten der Vorrichtung (1) an dem besagten Element (5) unter der Wirkung der Rückstellkraft der Feder (21) zu gewährleisten, wobei die besagte Platte (10) an ihrem Ende, das dem vorgenannten entgegengesetzt ist, ein zum Zurückhalten des anderen (6) der vorgenannten Elemente (5, 6) in der Schließstellung des Flügels (6) bestimmtes Zurückhaltemittel (13) aufweist, wobei das besagte Mittel ständig in die Arbeitsstellung durch die Wirkung der Feder (20) rückgestellt und entgegen dieser Kraft während dem Schließvorgang eingezogen wird und zur Durchführung des Öffnungsvorganges des öffnungsfähigen Elementes (6) oder während der Lösung der Schließvorrichtung (1) von dem vorgenannten ersten Element einziehbar ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das sogenannte zweite Ende des Schenkels (25) derart abgebogen ist, um einen mit einer zu dem vorgenannten ersten Element (5) gehörenden Randleiste (40) in Eingriff kommenden Haken (25a) zu bilden und dass die Platte (10) eine in ihrem oberen Teil gebildete und zur Aufnahme einer anderen Randleiste (8) desselben Elementes (5) bestimmte Aussparung (17) aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannte Feder (20) eine zylindrische Feder mit Winkelwirkung ist, die durch das doppelwindungsförmige Wickeln (21) eines zylindrischen Stabes, dessen beide freien Enden die vorgenannten Schenkel (22, 25) bilden, gebildet wird.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (10) einen Hauptkörper (10a) und einen rechtwinklich abgewinkelten Teil (27) aufweist und dass zwei Kerben (26, 19) jeweils in den unteren Abschnitten des abgewinkelten Teiles (27) und des Hauptkörpers (10a) vorgesehen sind und zur Unterbringung der Doppelfeder (21) und zur Durchführung durch die Platte (10) hindurch des sich von dem oberen Teil der Doppelwindung (21) erstreckenden sogenannten ersten Schenkels (22) der Feder (20) bestimmt sind, worauf der besagte Schenke (22) hinter der Platte (10) gebogen wird und sein freies Ende (22b) zur elastischen Abstützung (A) an dem oberen Teil der Platte (10) gebracht wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das sogenannte erste Ende des Schenkels (22) eine Schleife (22c) bildet, die den Durchlass zwischen der Platte (10) und der Schleife (22c) des sich von dem unteren Teil der Doppelwindung (21) aus erstreckenden sogenannten zweiten Schenkels (25) gestattet, wobei die besagte Schleife als Stützfläche (C) für den besagten zweiten Schenke (25) in der arbeitsunfähigen Stellung der Schließvorrichtung (1) dient.
  6. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorgenannte Zurückhaltemittel durch eine in dem oberen Teil der Platte (10) an ihrem dem die Feder (20) tragenden Ende entgegengesetzten Ende gebildete Aussparung (13) gebildet wird und bestimmt ist, eine Randleiste (7) des zweiten Elementes (6), um sie zurückzuhalten, in der Schließstellung der Vorrichtung aufzunehmen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Rampe (11a) an dem vorgenannten Ende der Platte (10) gebildet ist, an welcher die Randleiste (7) des zweiten Elementes (6) entgegen der Kraft der Feder (20) bis zum Einrasten der besagten Randleiste (7) in die besagte Aussparung (13) gleitet.
  8. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zur Aufnahme der Randleiste des vorgenannten ersten Elementes bestimmte Aussparung (17), eine die Ausschlagbewegung der besagten Randleiste (8) des ersten Elementes (5) während des Schliessens und Öffnens der Türen gestattende Höhe aufweist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine der Wände (17a), die die zur Aufnahme der Randleiste des ersten Elementes (5) bestimmte Aussparung (17) abgrenzt, sich fortsetzt unter Bildung einer sich dem Zurückziehen der Randleiste (8) des vorgenannten ersten Elementes (5) aus der besagten Aussparung (17) widersetzenden Spitze (16).
  10. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine der Wände (13a), die die zur Aufnahme der Randleiste (7) des zweiten Elementes (6) bestimmte Aussparung (13) abgrenzt, sich fortsetzt, um eine als Anschlag für das besagte zweite Element (6) während des Schliessens des Flügels dienende Spitze (14) zu bilden.
  11. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das das Zurückhaltemittel aufweisende Ende der Platte (10) ein Griffelement (11) aufweist, das bestimmt ist, mit der Hand oder automatisch gehandhabt zu werden, um das Instellungbringen oder das Zurückziehen der Schließvorrichtung oder das Öffnen des öffnungsfähigen Elementes zu bewirken.
  12. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element (5) der Kasten eines Fahrzeuges ist, während das zweite Element (6) eine Tür dieses selben Fahrzeuges ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit dem entsprechenden Schenkel (25) der Feder (20) zusammenwirkende Randleiste (40) des ersten Elementes (5) ein Verstärkungsblech ist und dass die mit der Platte (10) zusammenwirkende Randleiste (8) dieses selben Elementes eine Randleiste eines Falzes des Fahrzeugkastens ist und schliesslich dass die entsprechende Randleiste (7) des zweiten Elementes (6) diejenige eines Falzes (7) der vorgenannten Tür ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Stift (18) am Boden der die Randleiste (8) des ersten Elementes (5) aufnehmenden Aussparung (17) angeschweißt ist und bestimmt ist, die Vorrichtung in der Arbeitsstellung zu stabilisieren.
