Weiterhin ist gemäß US-PS 4,735,372 eine Rollenwechseleinrichtung niedriger Bauart bekannt, bei welcher die zu wechselnden Rollen mittels Schwenkarmen um horizontal angeordnete Schwenkwellen bewegt werden. Die zu wechselnde Papierbahn, d. h. neue Papierbahn wird mit der auslaufenden Papierbahn mittels einer Klebepresse verbunden. Diese Klebepresse ist in der US-PS 4,170,506 beschrieben und kann die Papierbahnen nur während des Stillstandes der Rollen verbinden. Die für die laufende Produktion benötigte Papiermenge wird zwischenzeitlich aus einem Papierbahnspeicher entnommen, welcher mittels Spannwalzen gebildet ist und sich über der Klebepresse befindet.
Diese Einrichtung zur Papierbahnverbindung, die nur während des Stillstandes der Papierrollen den Klebevorgang ausführt und welche einen Papierbahnspeicher besitzt, ist insofern nachteilig, als daß der Papierbahnspeicher nur eine begrenzte Speicherkapazität besitzt. Bei Hochleistungsrotationsdruckmaschinen kann dieses Prinzip wegen der entstehenden Produktivitätsverluste nicht verwendet werden.Furthermore, according to US Pat. Fig. 1 zeigt die Vorderansicht der Bahnzuführungsvorrichtung, wobei eine der beiden Seitenwände 1; 2 des Maschinengestells weggelassen worden ist. Die Seitenwände 1; 2 nehmen Tragarme 3; 4 auf, welche schwenkbar ausgebildet und mit Lagern 6; 7 versehen sein können. Am Ende der Tragarme 3; 4 befinden sich jeweils auf einem Aufnahmedorn 8; 9 gelagerte Papierrollen 11; 12, welche mit nicht dargestellten Motoren für den Rollenantrieb sowie für die Rollenbremsung ausgebildet sind. Die Tragarme 3; 4 haben ihre Arbeitsstellung in der Waagerechten. Die Seitenwände 1; 2 weisen jeweils eine erste Führungsplatte 13 auf, welche Führungsleisten 14; 16 besitzt, auf welchen Klebewagen 17; 18 in Pfeilrichtung X bewegbar sind. Fig. 1 zeigt den Klebewagen 17 in Ruhestellung und den Klebewagen 18 in Arbeitsstellung. Der Klebewagen 18 hat die gestrichelt dargestellte Position 18' in Pfeilrichtung X verlassen und nimmt die in Vollinien dargestellte Position an der Papierrolle 11 in Klebestellung ein. Die Klebewagen 17; 18 sind auf den Führungsleisten 14; 16 jeweils in Richtung der Aufnahmedorne 8; 9 der Papierrollen 11; 12 bewegbar. Die Seitenwände 1; 2 weisen eine zweite Führungsplatte 19 sowie eine Leitwalze 21, eine Tänzerwalze 22 sowie ein Zugwalzenpaar 23 auf. Die beiden Platten 28; 29 sind gemäß Fig. 2 bis 5 durch rechtwinklig zu den Plattenflächen verlaufenden und in Bewegungsrichtung X gesehen, an den Eckpunkten der Platten 28; 29 befindlichen Papierführungsspindeln 31; 32 verbunden. Auf einer in Längsrichtung zu den Platten 28; 29 verlaufenden Mittellinie 33 befinden sich die Lagerstellen für die Wellen 34; 36 der Antriebszahnräder 37; 38 sowie die Lagerstelle für die Fahrspindel 39. Die Fahrspindel 39 sowie die Wellen 34; 36 besitzen an jedem Ende eine Kurvenrolle 41, welche in einer oberen Führungsleiste 16.1 sowie einer unteren Führungsleiste 16.2 der insgesamt mit 16 bezeichneten Führungsleiste geführt ist und dient der Stabilität der Klebewagen 17; 18. Die Antriebszahnräder 37; 38 des Klebewagens 18 stehen über die Wellen 34; 36 jeweils mit einer Zahnstange 44 in Wirkverbindung. Die Zahnstange 44 ist mit der oberen Führungsleiste 16.1 fest verbunden. Die Antriebszahnräder 37; 38 kämmen mit einem weiteren Zahnrad 46, welches drehfest mit der Welle 47 eines elektrischen Antriebsmotors 48 verbunden ist. Ein Abschlagmesser 61 für die Papierbahn 67 ist über Schwenkhebel 62 durch weitere Arbeitszylinder 63 betätigbar. Der Arbeitszylinder 63 ist ebenfalls als Gabelkopf ausgebildet und im Anlenkpunkt 64 mit dem Schwenkhebel 62 und im Anlenkpunkt 66 mit der Platte 28 verbunden. Die Arbeitszylinder 57; 63 sind vorzugsweise als pneumatische Arbeitszylinder ausgeführt. Es versteht sich von selbst, daß die Antriebsmechanismen, außer dem Motor, doppelt ausgeführt sind und gemäß Fig. 5 mit der Platte 28; 29 bzw. mit der Seitenwand 1; 2 verbunden sind.2 and 3, 31
Die Funktionsweise ist wie folgt. Die Papierbahn 67 verläßt die Papierrolle 12 nach Fig. 1 und läuft über die Leitwalzen 24; 21, über die Tänzerwalze 22 und das Zugwalzenpaar 23 zur weiteren Verarbeitung in die nachfolgenden Aggregate. Nachdem der Papiervorrat auf der Papierrolle 12 ein Minimum erreicht hat, wird die Papierrolle 11 durch bekannte Mittel in Umdrehung versetzt und beschleunigt, bis die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Papierrollen 11; 12 gleich ist. Dann fährt der Klebewagen 18 aus der Position 18' in Richtung der Aufnahmedorne 8 der Papierrolle 11 und nimmt die von der Papierrolle 12 ablaufende Papierbahn 67 mit, so daß diese nunmehr über die Papierführungsspindeln 32; 31 und der zwischen diesen angeordneten Klebewalze 54 abläuft und dann erst an die oben beschriebene Leitwalze 24 zur Anlage kommt. Die Papierrolle 11 besitzt auf ihrer äußeren Papierbahn eine bekannte Klebevorbereitung 68, beispielsweise mit Leim, auf welche nach Abtasten einer Reflexfolie 69 durch eine nicht dargestellte Fotozelle die Klebewalze 54 den Impuls zur Verbindung der Papierbahnen erhält. Nach vollzogener Verbindung wird die Restbahn von der Papierrolle 12 durch das Abschlagmesser 61 getrennt. Der Klebewagen 18 fährt in die Ausgangsposition 18' zurück. Die Papierbahn 67 läuft nun von der Papierrolle 11 über die Leitwalze 24 weiter, wie bereits beschrieben.
