Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rosette zur Abdeckung eines Wandanschlusses einer Mischbatterie, wobei eine Abdeckhaube mit ihrer Durchgangsbohrung auf einer über die Überwurfmutter des Wandanschlusses schiebbaren Hülse angeordnet und mittels Gewinde axial stellbar ist.
Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist aus dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster 1 900 057 bekannt.

In der Zeichnung Figur 1 ist eine zum Teil dargestellte Mischbatterie 4 an der Gebäudewand installiert gezeigt. Die Mischbatterie 4 ist dabei mit zwei Anschlüssen für Kalt- und Warmwasser versehen, wobei in der Zeichnung lediglich ein Wasseranschluß aus Vereinfachungsgründen dargestellt ist. Das Kalt- und Warmwasser wird aus in einer Gebäudewand 5 installierten Versorgungsleitungen über jeweils ein S-Anschlußstück 6 der Mischbatterie 4 zugeführt. In der Mischbatterie 4 ist etwa koaxial zu den Einlaßöffnungen von Kalt- und Warmwasser jeweils ein sogenanntes Ventiloberteil angeordnet - in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellt -, mit dem der Wasserzulauf von Kalt- und Warmwasser separat abgesperrt oder entsprechend der gewünschten Wassertemperatur dosiert einer Mischkammer in der Mischbatterie 4 zugeleitet werden kann, woraus es dann über einen Auslauf in ein Waschbecken, Badewanne etc. austreten kann.In the drawing Figure 1 is shown a mixer tap 4 shown partially installed on the building wall. Um Installationsungenauigkeiten der Versorgungsleitungsanschlüsse ausgleichen zu können, ist jeweils für den Kaltwasser- und Warmwasseranschluß ein S-Anschlußstück 6 vorgesehen, an dem die Mischbatterie 4 mit einer Überwurfmutter 41 unter Zwischenlage einer Dichtscheibe 44 angeschlossen werden kann.
Zur Abdeckung des S-Anschlußstücks 6 und der Überwurfmutter 41 ist eine Rosette 1 konzentrisch zur Überwurfmutter 41 angeordnet.
Die Rosette 1 besteht im wesentlichen aus einer Abdeckhaube 2 und einer Hülse 3, die beide aus Kunststoff im Spritzgußverfahren hergestellt sind. Die Abdeckhaube 2 und die Hülse 3 sind mittels Gewinde 24 teleskopartig zueinander angeordnet.
Die Abdeckhaube 2 hat eine koaxiale Durchgangsbohrung 28, in dessen Wandung eine Nut 27 zur Aufnahme eines Elastomerrings 34 ausgebildet ist. Die von der Gebäudewand vorstehende Stirnseite 22 der Abdeckhaube 2 ist sphärisch ausgebildet und mündet in einer Seitenwand 26. Konzentrisch zur Durchgangsbohrung 28 ist parallel zur Seitenwand 26 eine Buchse 23 angeformt, an dessen Innenseite ein Gewinde 24 ausgebildet ist. Die Buchse 23 ist mit der Seitenwand 26 durch radiale Stege 25 verbunden, wobei die Stege 25 so bemessen sind, daß an der an der Gebäudewand 5 gelegenen Stirnseite eine Ringnut 29 entsteht, von der eine Dichtung 21 aufgenommen ist.
Die Hülse 3 ist am Außenmantel mit einer zylindrischen Mantelfläche 33 versehen, wobei an der einen Stirnseite ein radial vorstehender Bund 35 ausgebildet ist, an dem an der Außenseite ein zu der Abdeckhaube 2 passendes Außengewinde 24 angeordnet ist. Konzentrisch zur Mantelfläche 33 weist die Hülse 3 eine Öffnung 31 auf, an deren Innenwandung Längsrippen 32 angeformt sind, derart, daß sie mit Spiel in der Stecklage an den an der Überwurfmutter 41 ausgebildeten Kantflächen 42 zur Anlage gelangen und ein Verdrehen der Hülse 3 auf der Überwurfmutter 41 ausschließen, aber ein axiales Verschieben ermöglichen.

Nach einer Dichtheitsprüfung kann dann bei Gutbefund die Abdeckhaube mit der eingetauchten Hülse 3 auf die Überwurfmutter 41 aufgeschoben werden, so daß eine drehfeste Verbindung zwischen der Hülse 3 über die Längsrippen 32 zu den Kantflächen 42 der Überwurfmutter 41 hergestellt ist. Wird nun die Abdeckhaube 2 gedreht, so schraubt sich bei dem Drehvorgang die Hülse 3 aus der Abdeckhaube 2 teleskopartig heraus, bis die Dichtung 21 an der Gebäudewand 5 verpreßt wird und einen dichten Übergang herstellt. Andererseits gelangt die Hülse 3 mit ihrer Stirnseite 36 an dem Gehäuse der Mischbatterie 4 zur Anlage, so daß eine feste und dichte Verbindung zwischen der Mischbatterie 4 und der Gebäudewand 5 hergestellt ist. Zur guten Aufnahme der Stirnseite 36 ist in dem Gehäuse der Mischbatterie 4 eine Aussenkung 43 ausgebildet.
