Abstract

Die Bedienung der Betätigungsvorrichtung ist damit sehr einfach und gleichzeitig kann der Spülwasserverbrauch drastisch vermindert werden. Zudem lässt sich eine solche Betätigungsvorrichtung mit vergleichsweise wenigen und robusten Bauteilen kostengünstig realisieren. In Fig. 3c ist der Hebel 6 in einer Position gezeigt, in welcher der Ventilkörper 8 etwa zur Hälfte angehoben ist. Der Auflagepunkt B′ befindet sich etwa in der Mitte der Wälzkurve 7b. Schliesslich zeigt die Fig. 3 die Lage des Hebels 6 bei vollständig angehobenem Ventilkörper 8. Der Drehpunkt B˝ befindet sich nun am rechten Ende der Wälzkurve 7b. Beim Uebergang von der Position nach Fig. 3c in die Position nach Fig. 3d wird die Weguntersetzung ständig grösser. Beim Schliessen des Ablaufventils gilt dann das umgekehrte. Die Kraftuntersetzung nimmt dann zu und die Weguntersetzung ab. Bei einer Spülunterbrechung sind die Hebelverhältnisse ebenfalls vorteilhaft, da der Ventilkörper 8 anfänglich sehr schnell nach unten bewegt wird und die Kraftuntersetzung dann am grössten ist, wenn der Ventilkörper gegen die nach oben wirkende Kraft des ausströmenden Spülwassers auf den Ventilsitz gedrückt werden muss.3a shows the lever 6 with the drain valve closed.
