Definitions
- the invention relates to a shield jacking device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a tunneling machine with such a device is known from US Pat. No. 3,266,257.
- the drilling material detached from the drill head is received by chambers on the circumference of the drill head, which have radially inwardly extending and open shafts at the end. From these, the drilling material arrives via a baffle plate on a first conveyor belt, from which it is transferred to another conveyor. This rises with reference to the longitudinal axis of the machine and ends above two vertical chutes one behind the other, which are alternately fed from above.
- Each chute has an upper and a lower closing flap.
- the chutes are carried by a special chassis. Between the chutes and a first front pipe there is a second pipe which is articulated to this and which surrounds the rising conveyor.
- This known machine has a relatively complicated structure.
- a special conveyor is added to the to transport the drilling material from the drill head area Main conveyor needed.
- the vertical chutes have only a small absorption capacity.
- the object of the invention is to provide a device of the type mentioned of relatively simple and as compact as possible construction, in which at the same time a high absorption capacity for the drilling material can be offered.
- the device should also be suitable for use with a compressed air-supported face.
- the invention also aims for an advantageous design of the device in detail. Further problems connected with all of this, with which the invention is concerned, result from the respective explanation of the indicated solution.
- the invention provides that the inlet openings of the intermediate containers are arranged in the range of movement of outlets of the drilling material chambers, in such a way that the intermediate containers can be loaded directly with drilling material from the chambers.
- the inlet openings of the intermediate containers are expediently provided at least in part within the drill head. This leads to a particularly compact design.
- the inlet openings of the intermediate containers are located within a part of a cylinder surface, relative to the drill head fixed end element, over which the drilling material chambers move with radially inner outlets during the rotation of the drill head.
- closure parts of the inlet openings of the intermediate containers There are various options for the type and design of the closure parts of the inlet openings of the intermediate containers.
- the closure parts are designed as slides movable approximately parallel to the axis of rotation of the drill head.
- the intermediate containers are advantageously supported by the end wall or by parts connected to it. This results in a stable and space-saving design.
- the invention enables intermediate containers with a large capacity.
- the length of the intermediate containers is a multiple of their smallest cross-sectional dimension. This means elongated recording rooms.
- the intermediate containers advantageously extend substantially in the longitudinal direction of the device. Their length can be chosen according to the respective requirements.
- the design is advantageously made such that the intermediate containers extend beyond the erector to the rear.
- the erector can be carried or held or supported by the intermediate containers.
- the intermediate containers are expediently equipped with so-called bunker belts, which move the goods to be picked up and enable their construction in the container space (beyond the height given with normal conveyor belts) that a correspondingly good filling of the container results.
- bunker belts can be double-bar chains or similar elements, for example.
- the device according to the invention is in particular a compressed air shield.
- the intermediate containers are designed as pressure locks.
- Each intermediate container expediently has at least one lockable compressed air supply line and at least one lockable pressure relief line. This allows, according to the desired mode of operation, to build up a pressure inside an empty intermediate container in the closed state thereof before the inlet opening is released, or to relieve the pressure inside a filled intermediate container in the closed state thereof before the outlet opening is released.
- a suitable device can be provided which ensures the correct sequence of operations.
- the shield advancing device shown has a shield, designated overall by the number 1, with a front knife arrangement 2, feed cylinders 3, a shield tail 4 and an end wall 5 located within the region of the shield.
- a drill head 6 In front of this a drill head 6 is arranged, which is rotatably mounted in the end wall 5 and can be driven by motors 7.
- the drill head 6 is provided with chambers 8, which receive loosened drilling material during rotation and can deliver the same directly to intermediate containers 11 and 12.
- intermediate containers 11 and 12 are arranged in parallel next to one another and extend in the longitudinal direction of the shield driving device. In the embodiment shown, they lie in the longitudinal axis L, which is also the axis of rotation of the drill head 6. With the exception of their front part 11a or 12a, the intermediate containers have an approximately rectangular cross section. Their length is a multiple of their smallest cross-sectional dimension. In the embodiment shown, the length of the two intermediate containers 11, 12 is substantially greater than the length of the entire plate 1, as can be seen from FIG. 1. The intermediate containers thus have a large volume and can accordingly accommodate a considerable amount of drilling material.
- Each intermediate container 11 or 12 has at its rear end an outlet opening 13 with a closure part 14, here in the form of a flap-like, pivotable about an upper axis 15 door, which is opened by means of a controllable drive or actuator, not shown in detail, such as a hydraulic cylinder and can be closed. In addition to the closed position, an open position is also shown in FIG. 1.
- a controllable drive or actuator not shown in detail, such as a hydraulic cylinder and can be closed.
- an open position is also shown in FIG. 1.
- At the number 16 indicates a part of the actuator, for example a piston rod.
- the intermediate containers 11, 12 have upper inlet openings 17 which can be closed or released by closure parts 18.
- the closure parts 18 are designed as slides movable parallel to the axis of rotation L of the drilling head 6.
- the inlet openings 17 are provided in the area of the drill head 6. In the advantageous embodiment shown, they are located radially within an upper end element 9 which is fixed relative to the drill head 6 and which, e.g. can be attached to the end wall 5 and forms a part-cylindrical outer surface, over which the drilling material chambers 8 can move with their radially inner outlets 8a during the rotation of the drill head.
- the closure element 9 extends in the circumferential direction over an angle of somewhat less than 180 °.
- the closure element is recessed.
- the slides 18 are cylindrically curved on their upper outside, so that each slider fully fits into the closing element 9 in its closed position and completes this at the location of the recess in question. This can be seen in FIG. 1 and in FIG. 2 with the left slide 18.
- Controllable drives for the slide 18 are designated by the number 19. These can be hydraulic cylinders, for example.
- the front parts 11a, 12a of the intermediate container 11, 12 are held supported in the end wall 5, for example by struts, brackets or the like.
- the intermediate containers 11, 12 can form a holder or support for an erector 21 which may be present. This is then advantageously provided with a guide which can slide on guide strips 22 on the intermediate containers. As can be seen from FIG. 1, the intermediate containers 11, 12 still extend to the rear beyond the erector by a considerable amount.
- Bunker belts 20 are provided in the intermediate containers 11, 12, which contribute to the filling of the respective intermediate container with the drilling material when the inlet and the outlet are open.
- the propulsion device is advantageously a compressed air shield.
- the intermediate containers are then designed as pressure locks.
- the closure parts 14 and 18 and / or their contact surfaces are provided with appropriate seals.
- the number 23 denotes a lockable compressed air supply line and the number 24 a lockable pressure relief line.
- the intermediate containers 11, 12 When operated as a compressed air shield, the intermediate containers 11, 12 work alternately. For example, the inlet opening 17 of the container 12 is open and the outlet opening 13 of the same is closed, while the container 11 is reversed.
- the chambers 8 of the drilling head 6 deliver their goods directly to the container 12, the bunker belt 20 of which ensures good filling.
- the other container 11 is emptied by means of its bunker belt 20, the drilling material being delivered, for example, to a conveyor 25 for further transport.
- the changeover takes place in particular in such a way that after the container 11 has been emptied, its outlet opening is closed and that only in the container (via the line 23) at least approximately a pressure is built up as it exists in the drill head area and on the working face before the inlet opening is released. Accordingly, in the case of a filled container, its inlet opening is first closed and the pressure prevailing in its interior is reduced (via line 24) before the outlet opening is released.
- the intermediate containers can also function as normal conveying devices, either individually or alternately or, if necessary, simultaneously. Both the inlet opening and the outlet opening can be opened at the same time.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
